Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Great stay in Pompeii. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is convenient parking available at the hotel, which was especially useful for us as we were travelling by car. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and a very good start to the day. The location is also very convenient for visiting the Pompeii archaeological site. As a bonus, we were close to Aniello Falanga’s pizzeria, which was one of the highlights of our time in Pompeii. Would definitely recommend Hotel Maiuri.

La colazione é buona e abbondante. L’hotel ha un comodo e sicuro parcheggio auto per gli ospiti ed é anche convenzionato con un altro parcheggio vicino al sito archeologico di Pompei, per godersi la visita agli scavi in totale libertà.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026L'hôtel est super. Il est propre, le personnel est très gentil et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et pour toutes les nationalités, ce qui est rare. Nous nous sommes régalés, dommage qu'ils ne font pas restaurant. La chambre est propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire avec la climatisation ce qui est agréable en plein mois d'août. Le site de Pompéi est à 15/20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.
L'environnement autour de l'hôtel n'est ni joli, ni propre mais ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien c'est la ville.

Frühstück war nicht in Ordnung (Cappo schlecht, Orangensaft extra Kosten). Das Hotel liegt neben einen Busbahnhof, ab 03:30 war es sehr laut. Unsere Zimmer war Richtung Parkplatz.

Za doručak samo jedna vrsta salame i sira i to toliko loših da je strašno. Vjerojatno najlošije salama i sir a Italija poznata po tome. I škrtost u šamponu da je grozno. Svaki dan dobijete samo JEDAN mali šampon da moja žena sa kratkom kosom i ja skoro bez kose nismo imali ni za to, a tijelo smo jedva prali sa malim sapunom. Za 4 zvjezdice i nekoga tko je doletio avionom i nije nosio svoj šampon je stvarno škrtavo i nezgodno

Ideális kiindulópont a Nápolyi öböl és a Amalfi part felfedezéséhez. Külön köszönet a privát fuvarért a Pompei archeológiai park bejáratához!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026I liked that they had free parking. We really liked the room and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the dining area were wonderful sweet ladies who made everything about breakfast special. Give them a raise.
Two things I did not like completely. I thought the front desk staff could be sweeter. I found Italian front desk people more cold and distant than I am used to in my travels. I have been to 32 countries and I think Italian front desk people are the coldest and aloof. I found this place no different. The ladies in the kitchen should train the front desk people on how to smile and be sweet. The other thing I didn’t like and I think should be illegal for hotels to do is to list that Toiletries are included and then to find those little bottles of shampoo and body soap. Certainly not enough for two people to shower. I am glad to see many hotels are moving away from these little things and really providing bottles of soap and shampoo on the wall, and some even include conditioner

Er zou een restaurant zijn en dat was er niet. Voor lunch werden we naar het tegenovergelegen restaurant verwezen maar dat was dicht. Het is verder lopen naar de ingang van het Pompei park dan we dachten.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Es war wirklich alles toll! Der Service und die Mitarbeiter haben ein super Niveau. Die Zimmer waren in einem sehr guten Zustand...wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Zusätzlich hatten wir jeden Tag einen VIP Ausblick auf den Vesuv. Fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Auf die Piazza Bartolo Longo haben wir eine viertel Stunde benötigt, gemütlich gelaufen. Hier findet man tolle Restaurants und Café's. Ab da, zu den Eingängen von Pompeji, dann noch einmal mindestens Minuten laufen. Für ältere Gäste bitte dieses beachten!

Gros problème d'eau chaude. Dans les deux chambres nous avons pris des douches avec des variations de températures importantes ce qui n'est pas normal pour un hôtel comme celui là.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The hotel was very clean and modern. It had plenty of sockets, the bathroom in the room was nice and it was really quiet with no road noise. It was a slight walk from the main square in Pompei but only 10 mins or so and easy enough to find.
