This hotel was a complete disappointment. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the owner was rude, and he kept insisting everything was “good” even though the place was clearly dirty and neglected. The AC barely worked, the bathroom had mold and a terrible smell, and it was absolutely not suitable for kids. On top of that, people were loud in the hallways around 12–1 AM every night, making it impossible to rest. The entrance staircase is tiny and extremely difficult to manage with a stroller. I reached out because I didn’t want to overpay for my trip, but they refused any refund despite the conditions. This place feels like a scam. Nothing matches the photos.

Very clean and tidy and brilliant location

The suit was good for family stay and looking around Esteghlal avenue. Location was perfect as it is near the middle of Esteghlal avenue so you could go every where by walk. Super matket, self use laundry and bakery is very near, bulk of restaurants and so in. just search it on googlemap. The facilities were normal quality but things working as expected. Hotel personell was polite and supportive speaking many languages. Suit has no parking but you could use ispark building park for 550/24h.

Location, personnel politeness.

A great location just off Istiklal and easy access to all the laneways. The staff organised our airport transfers each way and took the pressure off getting in to Istanbul from the new (very remote) airport. There was plenty of space and a comfortable living room. The team were really helpful generally and good for a chat. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantasztikus kilátás az erkélyről, (a Boszporusz túloldalán látszik a Topkapi palota, a Hagia Sophia és a Kék mecset) ragyogóan tiszta szoba, barátságos, kedves személyzet. Néhány aprósággal (napernyő, vagy más árnyékoló az erkélyre, vágásra alkalmas kés, teáskanalak, egy kis helyi világítás a konyhapult fölé, esetleg egy mikrosütő) kiegészítve a felszerelést szuper szálláshely lehetne. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, pár lépés az Istiklal sugárút, de azon a pár lépésen belül 5 étterem és egy remek kisbolt található. Kényelmes ágy, kiválóan működő légkondi.

A felszereltségből fent említett néhány dolog hiányzott, de lehet, hogy az apróságokat csak kérni kellett volna. :) Az erkély lehetett volna jobban elszeparálva a folyosótól (akár csak egy ráccsal), hogy ne kelljen hívatlan vendégek miatt aggódni.

位置非常好，出門即是熱鬧的獨立大街，櫃台接待人員也非常友善，早上7點至24點，都有人在。房間熱水充足且溫度舒適，洗澡或上廁所是分開的。我們接近中午12點到，櫃台接待給我們提早check-in的優待，大推!!

The proactivity of the staff and the location.

The first room I was given was poorly cleaned and had multiple issues: water stains on the ceiling, dirty walls, mold in the bathroom, broken power outlets... the list goes on. The walls and ceiling were extremely thin, and the room heated up significantly due to the sun. The next day, I requested a different room; the staff was proactive and sorted it out, though the new room wasn't clean enough either there were outlets hanging out of the wall, and so o...but since I was only staying for one night, I let it slide. A major downside was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows; it was practically impossible to sleep because of this.

Fantastic location. staff were extremely attentive. Rooms were perfect for 2 groups of 7.

The hotel staff smoked behind our room in th elobby, it was very loud. it was not clean and we had to ask for dishes and other kitchen items although they were advertised on the website.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à l’hôtel. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les femmes de ménage travaillent très bien et les chambres sont toujours propres. À l’accueil, le monsieur est très gentil et accueillant. Nous étions 6 personnes et tous nos amis sont très satisfaits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe ! We are very happy with our stay at the hotel. Everything went very well. The staff is very friendly. The housekeepers work very well and the rooms are always clean. At the reception, the gentleman is very kind and welcoming. We were 6 people and all our friends are very satisfied. We will be back with pleasure. Thank you to the whole team!

The location is perfect, side road in the middle of Istiklal street. Absolutely buzzing with shops, cafes, restaurants etc. You can walk to pretty much all the places to visit in Istanbul, that is if you like walking otherwise a quick cab ride will get you anywhere you want. Cannot fault the staff.

All the doors in the apartment needs locks. Toilet flush was tricky.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο. Αίματα και ακαθαρσίες στους τοίχους, σεντόνια και πετσέτες λερωμένα και με τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους, άσχημη μυρωδιά στους χώρους και τα μπάνια (εκ των οποίων το ένα είχε διαρροή και κάθε φορά που πατούσαμε το καζανάκι έτρεχαν νερά) και γενικά το πάτωμα ήταν βρώμικο με ψίχουλα, σκόνη και τρίχες. Η καθαριότητα είναι κάτι πολύ βασικό για όλους μας και δυστυχώς το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν φοβερά βρώμικο! Δεν είχε room cleaning service αλλά δυστυχώς ΟΥΤΕ καθαριστικά εντός του δωματίου για να μπορέσουμε έστω να καθαρίσουμε μόνοι μας τα βασικά. Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν δυστυχώς, ούτε θα ξανά πήγαινα ο ίδιος.

Nebolo to moc čisté, mali sme zaplatený apartmán s výhľadom na Bospor a dostali sme výhľad na schody čiže celé zle.

The reception staff were excellent — very friendly, and they gave us very helpful guidance and recommendations.

Die Lage ist definitiv Top, sehr nach an der Iskiklal Strasse aber auch ausreichend entfernt um die Hauptstrasse nicht zu hören. Personal wie auch Inhaber sind sehr sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir waren das erste Mal ,aber ich würde immer wieder gehen. Preisleistung ist nicht zu toppen. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Terasse , Aussicht war grandios.

Kitchen does not have hood, can not cook because of smell. Could not sleep beacause of a lot of shouting from next door flat all the night.

It is very central and the price seems fair plus the staff is friendly

The photos are not like reality the room we had was zero equipped for four people, no places where to put your stuff in the bathroom. The kitchen is old and the overall room is sloppy and would need a redo of the floors and the painting

non ci e piaciuto perche abbiamo pagato per fare il check-in. 4 ore prima cosa che non ci era comunicato prima. la stanzia adorava di un cativo odore il banjo pure e abbiamo pulito e lavato il banio da noi dicono sul sito che si regola la stanza come siamo uschiti e rintrati il primo girno non cera nulla si stitemato neanche i letti i ascigamani li stessi come lo abbiamo lasciato. anche su i cuscini abiamo trovato machie di rossetto

Great location, great area to be in, central close to the historical sites but also nice hipster vibes. Spacious rooms with all that was needed for a large group of 8, quiet, comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and easy going, organized shuttle service to and back to airport for a good price, and were able to organize shuttles for other things such as Hamam for free, and good tips for cafes/restaurants.

It was published as one apartment for 8 people on the website but in fact it was two apartments next to each other on the same floor so that wasn't exactly right but in the end turned out fine. The inside was clean but the bathroom was in parts old, things were broken, hair dryer was rusted, places to store stuff weren't enough. Like closet had no shelves so it was hard to store things so well. Random bits of things just hanging there, that could be just repaired but it seems again a different perception of basic needs as this was common everywhere in bathrooms in cafes.

A comfortable apartment hotel right on Istiklal Avenue, with a huge number of cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator — which is quite rare in this part of the city.

There was no coffee maker in the room — coffee is only available at the reception — and the bathroom could use a bit of an update. Otherwise, everything was great overall.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Taksim Suites. The location is excellent—very central and just a short walk from Taksim Square and 1 minute walk to Istiklal Street, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet still calm and comfortable. A special thank you to the reception team—they were incredibly kind, professional, and available 24/7. No matter the time, they were always ready to help with anything we needed

Расположение хорошее, завтрака не было, но рядом с отелем есть хорошие кафе, очень дружелюбный персонал, не высокая ( относительно) цена

Номер с очень старым ремонтом, выглядит бедно, готовить было бы невозможно - практически нет посуды, старая перекошенная электроплитка. Номер был с двумя спальнями. В гостиной диваны не раскладываются. По ночам громко кричала какая то птица. Номер был на втором этаже, окна в крошечный дворик- окна в окна, поэтому занавески открыть нельзя было.

Расположение идеальное, на ресепшене персонал был приветлив, нам нужны были бокалы- дали,открыть вино -дали, соль-дали, зонтики есть (4 шутки точно было), номер сам большой , на 1 этаже всегда была вода. Есть плитка, стаканы, кострюля, сковородка, столовые принадлежности, чайник, фен.

За 5 дней ни разу не убрались и не выкинули мусор. Но это для на не является минусом, на первом этаже есть место для мусора, сами выкинули.

Posizione perfetta, a portata di tutto. Ragazzi alla reception gentilissimi e super disponibili. Il prezzo è ottimo. Scelta perfetta per chi non ha grosse pretese in termini di servizi. Va bene anche per le famiglie.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione in più, ma l'essenziale c'è e funziona.

In the ROYAL TAKSIM SUITES nothing is 'Royal' (see photos). Old furniture, all from decades ago...!! No Royal would be amused to stay there... Last day only ice-cold water. No shower. The answer was: '...sorry, do you wish to have a 🍸 drink...??!!

Funcionarios prestativos e excelentes quartos, perdi meu fone no transfer e prontamente o recepcionista ligou ao motorista para realizar a procura e devolução, equipe muito solicita.

シャワーからお湯が出ず、1日目は水シャワーを浴びることになりました、2日目にスタッフに言ったら出るようになりました。 あと、予約した時は9人一部屋と表示されていましたが、実際は2部屋でした。

Lage ist super. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

Möbel ziemlich abgenutzt, die Küche nur sehr rudimentär ausgestattet. Die Balkontür war kaputt und ließ sich nicht abschließen. Der Schreibtisch an den Rändern rissig, so dass man nicht so gut arbeiten konnte.
