Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The property itself is really nice. Well looked after and has all the facilities. We loved it and would like to come again. Very cosy and homely vibe. Safe and family-oriented neighbourhood.
Although we communicated our arrival time in advance, there was apparently a misunderstanding and we ended up waiting outside for over an hour at 1 a.m. The property was difficult to find because no clear address, villa number, or sign for “The GlassHouse” was provided, and the directions were unclear. There was also no lockbox for the keys, so we had to wait to be let in. It would have been helpful to receive the Wi-Fi password and an emergency contact number in advance. When our mobile data ran out, we had to ask a passerby to call the owner, though a kind neighbour downstairs eventually helped us with the Wi-Fi details. In addition, the bathroom light was not working, making it very dark at night. Overall, the property was hard to locate and the check-in process needs significant improvement.

ازعاج من قبل العاملة و الحارس وعامل الصيانه طلبات مستمره للدخول للفيلا وقت اقامتنا ورفضنا ذلك تأخير تسجيل الدخول عند الوصول كان صاحب الفيلا في الخارج والمفتاح معه وتم تأخير التسجيل حتى الساعه 4 عصر عند تسجيل الخروج اتصالات من 10 الصبح طلبا للخروج و ارسال عامل الصيانه رغم عدم طلبه

Reviewed Jun 18, 2024My family liked the Glasshouse Villa so much. I was searching for a small villa with private pool, in a quiet safe location and suitable for both kids and elderly. The glasshouse was the perfect place for us. Dr Yusuf was very patient and tried his best to do everything to make us comfortable and enjoying our stay. We really appreciate his effort. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back again this summer or in our next visit to Egypt.
