קצת קושי בתקשורת ובצ'ק אין כי אין מישהו פיזי בקבלה, הכל דרך הנייד. שהינו שבוע שלם אז היה נדרש לבקש שינקו לפחות פעם אחת שוב. וכן אם רוצים להפעיל מכונת כביסה יש שעות מסוימות שלא הכי נוחות למי שרוב הזמן מטייל. ובגלל גל החום שהיה בזמן שהותנו היו מאווררים שנתנו מענה אבל הגיע הזמן שבאירופה כולה יתקדמו למזגנים. סך הכל דירה טובה מאוד ואחזור אליה שוב

Stay away! We stayed on the 3rd floor in late July. No A/C, just one fan, and the room was boiling hot—we couldn't sleep at all. No one helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Towels requested were only delivered the next day, and reception was completely unhelpful/unresponsive. Also, watch out for their greedy check-in policy: a non-refundable £34 damage cover or a £200 deposit. Absolutely ridiculous fees for a terrible stay. Avoid this place!

We stayed at the apartment for one night during hot weather and were horrified at how hot it was, all through the night! It was not fit or safe to be there in that temperature, which was over 30 degrees C. We were unfortunate that the apartment we were in was on the top floor of the block. As we ascended the stairs we could feel the temperature rising with every floor. During the night it was significantly hotter inside the apartment than outside. There was a large fan in the room which we had directed at the bed but it did little to keep us cool. These apartments should not be rented out during hot weather (especially as we paid nearly £200 for one night!) until some proper air conditioning is installed. It was even worse for us in our situation as the reason we were staying there was to be close to the hospital we were having a caesarean operation at the following morning! We were actually scared during the night whether the baby was going to be ok! Even for a regular person the temperature was not healthy, but for anyone with any health conditions it was definitely not safe. We should have been contacted to warn us of the heat inside the apartment, offered cooler accommodation, and reimbursement. It’s a shame about the temperature issue as, were this not the case, it would be a pleasant, well fitted out apartment.

The location was perfect with it being a short walk from Golders Green tube station, making public transport easily accessible. The apartment was clean and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes. We requested an early check-in only a day before our arrival and this was facilitated for us. The staff were super helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had.

The only downside was that the room was warm and there was only 1 fan provided despite there being 2 double beds, meaning one of the beds didn’t get any of the breeze (it was not an oscillating fan). Our room was on the lowest floor so I’m unsure if this may have contributed to the heat.

Spotlessly clean! Short, easy walk from the bus station. Modern, with everything you could need for a short stay.

The location was good the house its self is beautiful clean easy checkin and access would be great if they had a designated smoking rather than stood out on the street late at but over all I was very happy with my stay I wpuld happily stay again host was great I really enjoyed my stay

Es war super gemütlich und schön.

Wir waren um 16 Uhr da zum einchecken aber unser Zimmer war noch gar nicht bereit wir mussten 20-30min warten bis wir reinkonnten. Das war echt unpraktisch auch gerade weil sie early check in anbieten - das würde ich auf keinen Fall machen und extra bezahlen (nur als Tipp). Außerdem war die Dusche viel zu heiß es gab keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu regulieren was ärgerlich war.

We stayed during heatwave so room was uncomfortably hot. Fans were provided but not enough to make any difference.

Super clean and very nice room

Terrible WiFi. Super thin wooden floorboards result in you hearing every step from the room above. One night around 4am for at least an hour this woke me up and kept me up. Beds were squeaky. They purposely prevent the bathroom from ability to lock it. After a day they made it lockable Room cleaning is not included in the price. Due to the terrible wifi on day 5 or 6 they moved me to a new room. But they refused to give me ability to lock the toilet. That night the plumbing in the walls making banging noises throughout the night. Needless to say i was unable to sleep. They refused to refund me but offered me late checkout. I moved out 1 night early as I could not bear it any longer :-(

The room is modern and nice. Location is very good if wants to be in that area of North London.

The host and customer support is probably the worst I have experienced in 20 years booking with this platform. A real shame as the place has a lot of potential. But, the lack of care and hospitality by the host (who is actually never there and almost unreachable on the phone) is appalling.

There was no AC, the rooms were very hot and humid, very unacceptable. No lifts also, had to walk stairs regardless of your condition

Management, against what is advertised, there is no receptionist to contact in case of shortcomings, and there were a number. No contact phone to call the management, only communication through message, which either not replied or referring to booking.com not providing correct specifications . Sound isolation of the room is nonexistent, very noisy due to poor soundproof of floors, door and wall. Could hear ever guest incoming or moving above or next door (this is not due to noisy guests). Bed much smaller than advertised and mattress hanging through.

The heat was absolutely unbearable. It was a warm day, but the property does not have any ventilation, and the windows are secured by restrictions. As such I lay awake pouring sweat all night and couldn’t sleep - it was awful

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the Chabad House and kosher restaurants and also very close to the train station. The advantage of this hotel is that the rooms are large and spacious compared to rooms in other hotels in the area. The rooms are new, the kitchen is large, there is a free laundry service at the hotel. It is suitable for Sabbath-keepers.

There was no air conditioning in the room. Although we were given fans, on hot days you need air conditioning.

Location was perfect. Beds super comfortable. Area was quiet and safe. Host was quick to get back to us when we had issues.

Wifi was in and out which was annoying. A corkscrew was provided but no wine glasses! Biggest issue was the hot water ran out every day so we could not shower whenever we wanted. The property has potential to be 10/10 but a few things need to be sorted.

The stay was disappointing and did not match what was communicated in advance. Through Booking.com I received a message saying the accommodation provider takes full responsibility for the message content, yet after booking I was asked for extensive personal details, identity documents, and either a deposit or non-refundable damage insurance, which felt excessive. Before arrival, I specifically asked whether the room had a window and was told yes, but the window could not be opened. I also asked about an electric plate and was told one would be available, but on site I was asked to pay an extra 35 GBP for it. This was misleading. The room was also uncomfortable: the mattress severely dipped in the middle and broken springs poked us, the blinds did not properly cover the window, so light came through, and the train noise was audible every few minutes. In addition, the property is not Shabbat-friendly, as there are automatic lights in the hallways and a keypad at the main entrance. Overall, the communication and actual conditions where totally different, and I would not choose this place again.

Nice little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Within walking distance of Golders Green station, with easy connections to central Lnd in about 30 minutes.

Heatings work well, although they take a little time to warm up the room.

Das Studio war sehr viel kleiner als bei der Buchung angegeben.,19 qm statt 33 qm, keine Sitzecke wie angegeben, kein Kleiderschrank wie angegeben, kein großes Doppelbett, sondern 1,6m Standard, Waschmaschine nur im Nebengebäude, kaum nutzbar, angebotenes Ersatzappartement im Keller wegen Geruchbildung inakzeptabel. Genaue Zimmergröße 5,5m * 3,1m + 2qm das Bad.

No había trapos de cocina, ni escurridos de platos y los cables de la cocina muy mal. Podrían poner más enchufes. Y la ventana que da al interior estaba siempre con la luz encendida. Y para la hora de dormir es muy molesto.

There is alot to say about this location but lets start with the fact that the address is incorrect and is about 45 mins away from posted address. Then when we arrived I tried to pay for early check in and the host was super rude and not helpful at all so we waited outside of a area until check in to received a totally different address 45 mins away. Got to location there is no staff insight ever. We needed clean towels had no help, the tv service sucks barely had reception. The bedding was disgusting gross under the duvet. The area is a religious area so no late night options and very few daytime options. Only plus is the train is close. Said there is laundry onsite this is false and rooms are extremely hot even with 40 degree weather outside. Hot water only stays hot for about 1 fast shower then stays cold for the rest of the guest. Very unpleasant experience. At 11 oclock you must lower your tv because of their quiet hours.
