No está en todo el meollo sin embargo, la habitación era muy amplia, limpia y bonita. De lo mejor de Hanoi. Lo recomiendo al 100%. La dueña un encanto y muy servicial. Habla inglés y nos pudo ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos.

L’espace dans la chambre ! Le coin salon, le coin cuisine, la salle de bain grande et nikel! Très bon emplacement du Homestay dans le vieux quartier, on peut aller se promener à pied au lac Hoan Kiem, très reposant et très beau.. et avec plein de commerces autour. Excellent service proposé par le Homestay (laverie, bien pratique quand on a des vêtements sales à laver entre 2 excursions..). La personne qui gère le Homestay est très agréable et arrangeante.

C’était juste incroyable, on ne remerciera jamais assez Chou qui était gentille, aidante, prévenante et tellement adorable !! Elle nous a aidé à mainte reprise et a rendu notre séjour incroyable Vraiment on recommande les yeux fermés c’était juste parfait Merci encore 1000x L’appartement est propre, très fonctionnel et sécurisé ! Tout est parfait de l’emplacement à l’installation et surtout grâce a chou, son cousin et sa grand mère

It's very tidy, great place to stay great area. Very friendly.

I really liked how helpfull they were during our whole stay. They made both the check in and checkout really easy, which made our vacation really smooth. They even let us have their baggage at their place for 2 days.

I would like the lobby to have more AC, but that is just a small complaint, because you are just passing by this area anyways, so not really much else to nitpick on.

I couldn’t figure out the airco but Im sure if I had asked the host would have helped me out. I only stayed for one night therefore didn’t mind.

This tidy studio apartment is located in a pleasant little off-street courtyard, close to everything in the French District - excellent eating at Luk Lak a block away and easy to get transport. The apartment is spacious and well accommodated and the host is helpful and responsive. A quiet retreat from Hanoi bustle. Good value for money at just $60 AUD a weekend night.

The place is great and has everything needed. The communication with Chau was great and her grandmother on site is very nice. It's close to the old quarter but much quieter versus the places right on the busy streets which was greatly appreciated. I definately recommend it to everyone going to Hanoi.

The room was gorgeous! Even nicer and bigger than the pictures. It’s literally a small studio apartment (bigger than where I live at home haha). We checked in late and check out early so didn’t really get to interact with the staff, but they were super responsive, flexible and accommodating! Also loved the location, right next to old quarter but not directly on the main road, so it was super quiet!

Chou, the owner, is very kind and hospitable. She let us used the shower room and kept our baggage safe even after our booking period. The room is also clean and conveniently near to the center.

It's a nice place to stay with an elevator to get to the rooms. Very clean and safe location with some good restaurants in the neighborhood. The restaurants are a little bit more expensive but, is really great food

I always wish for a pillow top mattress like most hotels have in the United States. But that's not how Asia works. Most beds in Asia are very firm. The beds Lubi house are pretty

Didn’t expect such a quiet place in Hanoi. Also, photos represent reality - which is rarely the case. We liked our two days there before leaving Vietnam.

I guess the problems are where problems of Hanoi are. Balcony is super cute, but you open the window - and you breathe in the dust. But this is the charm of this city, so…

Back to Hanoi for one night, so we chose this one. Excellent communication from Chau via WhatsApp. Room was exactly what we expected and required. Nice area and a little out from the action which is what we hoped for. It's not a room, it is like your home.

The self-check-in process was incredibly simple, making my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The room was actually a cozy studio apartment, complete with a small kitchen (though I didn’t use it) and a lovely little terrace, perfect for relaxing. The space was very comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after exploring. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. On top of that, Chou the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Ms. chau the owner was very hospitable she even allowed us to store our big luggages because we were not allowed to bring one to our booked tour. Her grandma was so adorable too. she even gave us a detailed guide to self check-in. Location was quiet and near a café. 😌

I liked everything. However, Asia uses hard beds. Asians have great posture, so hard beds work well for them. I like pillow top mattresses. However, even expensive Asian hotels generally use harder beds than western hotels. That's the reason I gave 9 instead of 10. Not sure why my review starts with a frown? It should start with a smile but, can't control everything on the app

We had a wonderful stay at Lubi Haus. The location is unbeatable—Hoan Kiem is one of the most beautiful districts, and everything is easily accessible. There are many great cafés nearby. Chou and her grandmother were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. We were also allowed to use the washing machine and dryer. The apartment is clean, and we received fresh towels and water every day. 10/10!

Lubi House was a lovely homestay. We interacted with the proprietor mainly through Whatsapp although we didn't get to meet her. The accommodation was reasonably clean and the area was quiet. I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. We were able to leave our luggage with the grandma staying there, after check out.

Everything with the property was great! Even better than expected! Chau is really helpful and supportive and replied promptly to every question asked! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. Every detail was beautiful, cozy, and modern - from the flowers in the bathroom, to the mural in front of the laundry room, to the meticulously designed lobby. We even heard live piano in the restroom due to the restaurant nearby! Practically it was the best option - spacious, affordable, super central, across a beautiful coffee house called 8hrs, has a laundry/washer and kitchen room. Chau is extremely responsive - she is so sweet and will also respond within seconds. If I return to Hà Nội, this is absolutely where I would stay. Thank you, Chau!

Very friendly and flexible host :) the room was clean and the homestay is located in a very nice and safe area. We could leave our luggage after checkout, Chau also helped us with the laundry.

The host was absolutely amazing. We had a lot of contact via WhatsApp, she helped me so much and organised my transfer to the airport as well! The place is beautiful and really quiet. I loved staying there for the three nights in Hanoi. One of the best rooms on my trip!

The reception staff was very polite and informed us in advance how to use door locks and other things.

The sound insulation is not very good. There is renovation work nearby which affects our sleep.

The room is very newly refurbished but unfortunately not well isolated from the outside noises. During our stay, there was a construction happening during the night. We still had a great time but if you have hard time sleeping, it is a consideration.

We visited during Typhoon Yagi and the owners were so good keeping us updated and even providing supplies in case. We didn't have any issues with damage, power or flooding and are grateful for the location and our wonderful hosts. Special thanks to Chou!! This homestay is excellent value for money and we'd highly recommend.

This is an exceptionally great hotel that I and my friend ever experienced. We arrived quite late in Hanoi almost 10p.m., and the staff there reached out in advance to facilitate our check-in experiences. The room is so large and there is more than enough space for you to chill out or party with your loved ones.

I hope the blanket can be bigger and more cozy.

Location is near Trang Tien and the lake, but far away to walk to Old Quarter. There are enough restaurants, coffee shops and shops in the area. There is also a good Jazz with live music nearby.

They clean daily, but I found stains on the towels, cushions, walls, and even the tablecloths, which is particularly unpleasant. So it makes the place feel dirty and poorly maintained. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for the rating it has. The lack of soundproofing is a major issue. The noise from the street, including constant beeping from motorbikes and cars, makes it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep without earplugs. I was also frustrated to learn after booking that the hotel only accepts cash payments. This is outdated and inconvenient, especially since most businesses, even small supermarkets in Hanoi, accept card payments. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me extra for using a card. This policy is not acceptable in today's hospitality industry.

Very cosy, felt like a little apartment to ourselves. The balcony was cute but we didn’t get to use it much because of al the rain! The hostess was very helpful and accommodating to our needs :-)

Very nice services and very clean all things with selfservice but very convenient. Even though when we got checkout we paid by credit card the owner was accepted very fast and kindly handled the payment. Additionally the owner continues to helping us about the other problems that while traveling in Hanoi through the whatsapp massenger except for the hotel management She helped and provide all things without any difficulties Really I had good experience at Luby House. I strongly recommend other travelers to visit this hotel.

The host was the best host I've ever met in my entire travel history. This studio apartment has everything you need to live comfortably even for long term stay. The property has elevator so don't worry about staying in this 5 storey property. Location was quite but at the same time close to city center. 100% perfect.

I loved this property so much, it was up to date, everything worked, it was spotless. the design is BEAUTIFUL, so relaxing and stylish. well equipped kitchen. Sometimes in Vietnam the buildings hallway is not good but everything about the building is perfect and in great condition. The host is also so nice!!

This apartment has everything that you could need, its comfortable and decorated lovely. It’s in a quiet part of town right next to the opera house and embassies, 5/10 mins in a grab to everywhere that you would want to go in Hanoi. There’s a huge smart TV, great aircon, comfy bed, hot water and a lovely balcony. Chou who runs the apartments is excellent, she gave us all of the information that we needed and was so friendly and accommodating. It was like a home away from home and we actually came back to Hanoi for a 2nd time just to stay in this apartment again for a few more days.

The owner was super helpful and friendly, the apartment clean, centrally located to get around all the tourist spots in Hanoi and also the surroundings are generally quiet allowing you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi old city. We would recommend this apartment to any travellers especially couples and would indeed stay again at our next visit. Apart from the hospitality the owner offered to keep our bags whilst we visited Halong Bay and returned to find everything in place and the bags waiting for us in our apartment.

Chau sent the necessary information for the self-check in advance. We could even get the room earlier because one of us was feeling sick. Very beautiful and big apartment just like in the pictures. There was a big fridge with freezer.

Oh my god, where shall I start. This place is absolutely amazing and if you ever find your way to Hanoi, stay at Lubi House. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Street nearby can get a little loud if you want to get to bed early, but that‘s Hanoi. It‘s loud and full of people everywhere. If you go to bed late it‘s no issue. Everything is clean, shower is hot, we loved it. A special thanks to our host. She went above and beyond to help us with everything! I would this place again just because of her.

I stayed this place for next morning bus from opera house. Opera house was just around corner so it was very handy. Communication with the owner was quick response & helpful etc. There is a lift which is nice. The room was spacious.

Very friendly host who was easily contactable & made the self-check in very straightforward. The room was spacious & in a great location - a bit of a walk into the busier parts of town but as a result relatively quiet at night! Lots of coffee shops nearby too!

Beautiful, large rooms. Very clean and lovely space to be in. Chou was extremely helpful, and her Grandma helped us with washing which was very kind. For us, the location wasn’t the best as quite far from old quarter but we still managed and had a lovely stay. Xx

Although it’s was not directly on the street, the place was noisy and we could hear the cars passing by all the time. The bathroom and the kitchen could have been much cleaner.
