Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The room was great: spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was very efficient, and we were kindly allowed to put our luggage in the lockers after check-out.
However, the lack of hot water in the shower was inconvenient. We reported the issue to the host, but unfortunately it was not resolved.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία δίπλα από το μετρό του Toledo και γενικά πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια για βόλτα στη Νάπολη! Αν ψάχνεις ένα μέρος σε καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και άνετο είναι ότι χρειάζεσαι.
Η περιοχή φαίνεται κάπως κακόφημη αλλά έτσι είναι γενικά η Νάπολη, οπότε μην το φοβηθείτε. Είχε λίγη ανηφόρα και λίγο μας δυσκόλεψε όταν φτάσαμε με τις βαλίτσες αλλά δεν αποτέλεσε πρόβλημα.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The apartment was clean, spacious with a small balcony and fridge was useful. There is a luggage storage area too. The host was really good with instructions and communicated well with us. As it was our anniversary he included a complementary bottle of prosecco for us. Its a 5 minute walk to the lively spanish quarter and all the local amenities and transport locations.
Located on the 3rd floor you have to pay to use the lift.

L’ascensore a pagamento, al terzo piano e con il caldo infernale è una schiocchezza. Ovviamente non dipende da chi gestisce la stanza ma è una scelta del palazzo che però penalizza la struttura

All communications and check in process is through Whatsapp, which might not be very common in other countries. But all communications went smooth and the host fulfilled our needs as well. - Air conditioner - Close to metro
- Bad smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom sometimes. But it goes away in a day. - Need to walk up a slope to get there which can be a bit tiring.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Καθαρό και περιποιημένο δωμάτιο. Πολύ άνετο για δύο άτομα. Καθαρα σεντόνια και καθαρό μπάνιο. Ησυχία που σημαίνει καλή μόνωση γιατί έξω γινόταν χαμός.
Η γειτονιά είναι περίεργη. Φαινόταν επικίνδυνη. Με πολλή φασαρία που ευτυχώς δεν ακούγονταν στο δωμάτιο.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the self check-in process was very easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were replaced every other day, which was greatly appreciated.
The apartment can be quite noisy at night. You can hear sounds from the street, as well as noise coming from the hallway and neighboring apartments. It is also located close to several bars, so on weekends karaoke and other late-night activities can be heard.

La camera era pulita e con tutti i confort. Il personale, molto disponibile. è riuscito a venire incontro a tutte le mie esigenze.

Die Unterkunft und das gesamte Haus/Treppengaus wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. Alles etwas abgegriffen. Intensiver Parfümgeruch der Zigarettenrauch ubertüncht.

Reviewed May 8, 2026We had an absolutely magical stay at Orto Paradiso in Minori on the Amalfi Coast, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible Filomena. From the moment we booked, she was so thoughtful, reaching out with all the details well in advance. When we arrived, she welcomed us with such genuine warmth, and every interaction was full of care. The lady who also worked there, alongside Felomena, kept our room spotless and was always so kind. And the guy who worked with them—he was equally lovely, sharing tips about the best local food, which we tried and it was absolutely delicious. Felomena made our holiday feel like a dream—she wasn’t just a host, but a warm, caring person who went above and beyond every day. If you want a truly special stay on the Amalfi Coast, Orto Paradiso is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

Μείναμε 3 βράδια ,τα 2 είχε φασαρία το βράδυ, μπορεί και να έτυχε ,δε ξέρω! Δε μπόρεσα να χρησιμοποιήσω το ακουστικό στο μπάνιο ,μόνο⁹ το ντους.

Cristina was very friendly, with excellent prompt communication and so helpful. She brought me over an adapter when the one I had been using previously didn’t fit into the sockets.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025La habitación espaciosa y limpia. Ubicación si vienes por ocio, inmejorable. Sin duda repetiríamos. El contacto con el anfitrión es rápido y fácil. El acceso es sencillo también.
Un baño fuera de la habitación por ejemplo, para el momento de ir a buscar las maletas poderlo utilizar. Que el ascensor costaba 10 céntimos.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Μου άρεσε η θέση του, η ευρυχωρία του δωματίου, και η ευκολία να φυλάς μικρή βαλίτσα σε ντουλάπι αν φτάνεις πριν την ώρα του check-in. Ο βραστήρας, το τσάι, τα σνακ καθώς και τα μπουκαλάκια του νερού στο ψυγειάκι πρόσθεσαν μία επιπλέον νότα άνεσης.
Οι λευκές πετσέτες που μύριζαν σαν να μην είχαν στεγνώσει εντελώς μετά το πλύσιμο καθώς και το «χλωμό τους» χρώμα που δεν με προδιέθετε ευχάριστα. Επίσης η ντουζιέρα αν και ευρύχωρη λόγω του ότι δεν στέγνωνε επαρκώς είχε μαυρίλες υγρασίας στις γωνίες.

It’s not really what I didn’t like, but my recommendation or advice would be to have one black towel for make up removal! All the towels were white (very typical-clean-soft-etc)but having a small face black towel just for make up would be great !
