Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The room was very clean. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and i love it. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the port. Toledo Street is vibrant and lively, making it a great area to explore, shop, and enjoy local restaurants and cafés. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Overall, the convenient location and cleanliness were highlights of my experience.
This time, the internet connection was extremely slow. Reliable internet is very important for international travelers, as we often rely on WhatsApp to communicate with family and friends. I also traveled with my laptop and needed internet access to do some work and check my emails. Unfortunately, the connection was not reliable during my stay. I believe this is something that management should address as soon as possible, as internet access is an essential service for guests. During my previous stay, the internet was excellent, which made this experience particularly disappointing. As this was my final stay here, I hope improvements will be made for future guests.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Muy buena ubicación en calle céntrica y comercial aunque bien insonorizada la habitación. Las camas muy cómodas. Caja fuerte y nevera. Baño bien equipado y aire acondicionado que funcionaba genial.
El ascensor es muy lento y antiguo y hay que estar pendiente de cerrar bien las puertas para que funcione.

The location is simply perfect – right in the heart of Naples, with all the main attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk away. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Most importantly, every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were also very lucky to visit during the celebrations for Napoli’s 100th anniversary. We watched the parade from what was probably the best possible spot, making this experience even more special and unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would definitely stay here again.

Compliqué a trouvé une fois arrivé devant l'immeuble . Je pense quil serait judicieux de mettre plus en avant le nom de "lhotel " qui se trouve finalement dans un immeuble lambda. L'étage n'est pas indiqué dommage en dehors de cela c'était parfait

Su ubicación es inmejorable: se encuentra en la calle más emblemática de la ciudad y a escasos metros de la estación de metro, lo que facilita enormemente cualquier desplazamiento. La zona cuenta con una oferta gastronómica infinita, con muchísimas opciones para comer o tomar algo a cualquier hora. A pesar de estar en una calle con mucho movimiento y vida, la habitación es un remanso de paz; el aislamiento es excelente y no se escucha ni el más mínimo ruido del exterior. Por último, quiero destacar la limpieza del alojamiento, que es impecable, y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal. Han sido excepcionales y han hecho que nuestra estancia sea perfecta. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Wer nur kurz Neapel Innenstadt erleben will, hat hier Alles: Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und sauberem modernen Bad. Nach dem Aufwachen, kurz duschen und dann vor der Tür in eines der zahlreichen Cafes einen Espresso trinken...mit einem Gebäck oder Toast. Das ist authentisch. Super auch der Taxistand schräg gegenüber für schnellen problemlosen Transport zum Flughafen.
Wer sich eine kleine gemütliche Lobby wünscht, z.B. um sich als Kleingruppe zu sammeln, wird enttäuscht. Das Toledostop ist ein reines Übernachtungs-Hotel.

The reception was unstaffed most of the time, which was a bit inconvenient.

Si trova a due passi dalla metro e vicinissimo a tutto: centro storico, Spaccanapoli, Piazza del Plebiscito e il mare. Per i miei prossimi viaggi a Napoli non cercherò mai un'altra struttura, questa diventerà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento. Consigliatissimo!

A cama poderia ser mais confortável e conseguíamos ouvir o barulho da canalização e das pessoas nos outros quartos. Foi difícil descansar.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ottimo soggiorno, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, vicina a tutte le cose principali di Napoli. La struttura offre anche il deposito bagagli perfetto per chi, come noi, aveva un volo nel tardo pomeriggio.
Scomodo il fatto che non offre la colazione.

Reviewed May 6, 2026街の中心部だが宿泊料はリーズナブル。騒がしい通りに面しているものの部屋は静かだった。連泊に向いている。防犯対策もしっかりされている。
スタッフが常にいるわけでなく不便を感じる時がある。シャワーのお湯が出るまで時間がかかる。建物の構造上やむを得ないと思うがエレベーターが古くて乗り降りに時間がかかる。

Reviewed May 3, 2026Posizione favolosa in pieno centro ..con affaccio su via Toledo in mezzo ai negozi.Anche la sera strada percorribile a piedi molto tranquilla..accoglienza del personale molto cordiale .c'è deposito bagaglio dopo check out e bagnetto di cortesia.stanza pulitissima ma con arredo molto minimal (non erano comodi i comodini per me personalmente..troppo piccoli come appoggio )
