location, location, location. This hotel sits at one of the best places in Florence - you can walk to almost everywhere and feels very safe even late at night. The rooms are nice.

The location, staff, and room were are excellent.

The only issue we had was that on our first night, the AC was not working properly. It was much cooler in the hallway than in our room, but we notified the staff in the middle of the night and they brought us a fan and fixed it.

Bardzo fajny pomysł i realizacja na zagospodarowanie części wspólnych sztuką. Przyjemny taras. Idealna lokalizacja. Przemiły i pomocny personel.

Mała i średnio wygodna łazienka. Dodatkowo wymagająca już remontu. Jakość kilku elementów wykończenia w moim pokoju odstaje standardem od całej reszty.

The location is ideal. Loved the neighborhood, and I loved the staff so much!

I’m sensitive to light, and I can see light peeking through the shutters, and I can hear street noise. But luckily I had my AirPod pros and was able to use noise cancellation to help me sleep.

Location is great and staff were exceptional. We stayed 2 different times this spring. Rooms very clean and comfortable!

The breakfast was varied and good. Location was very central.

Inadequate lighting and no comfortable seating in the room. The room design was spare and cold, not inviting. While the young staff including the manager were friendly, they were not experienced in customer relations.

Location was amazing. Staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable. And breakfast on the fifth floor was a great way to start the day.

The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The room quiet when window closed. AC was ok. Nice towels and robes. Ample hot water for 2 back to back showers. Water and snacks in mini fridge a very nice touch and restocked daily. Nepresso and tea kettle in room. 5th floor breakfast and all day refreshments were excellent. Lesly, Sophia, Amir, Agatha and everyone we interacted with were pleasant, professional and accommodating.

The only thing I did not like were the mosquitoes that came in open window. Perhaps impossible to avoid. Screens on windows probably a no go. We had netting option over our bedding in our next lodging situation but it was a villa. If mosquitoes love you, use a skin so soft towelette on parts of body exposed.

The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The glass elevator with art to view was really unique. The front desk team was phenomenal. The location was great for seeing the city and th local shopping was top notch.

The amount of outside noise until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning was a bit surprising, but that is also part of the charm of being in the heart of the city.

An unforgettable honeymoon stay thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Amir, Alessia, Filippo, and the whole team, who took such great care of us with their kindness and local tips. The hotel is unique, perfectly located, and has a warm, intimate atmosphere, topped off with a great breakfast and a very relaxing rooftop. A place with a soul where you feel right at home!

I loved it all!

Hotel Milu is an excellent choice for several reasons. The location is conveniently located just 10 minutes walk away from the train station. Tucked in the heart of city next to a beautiful square where most nights you can get immersed in live musician performances , beautiful opera tunes. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The common area on the 5th floor has a very cozy atmosphere with access to espresso and lattes at any time of the day. Next time, my daughter and I are back in Florence, this will be the place we stay:)

We had a wonderful experience at this Hotel Milu in Florence and would have stayed more than one night if we had planned our vacation differently! A+ for location, atmosphere, reviews and value! Thank you to the staff who was very helpful and friendly!!

The Milu hotel was the perfect hotel. It was centrally located for everything, I was able to walk to everything in the city. The hotel was nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed. They helped me book reservations to restaurants and even helped me by putting together for tour ideas after I mentioned it. I will 100% be staying at the Milu again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff are very friendly and really go above and beyond! The location is very central and so perfect for accessing all of the sights, and there are lovely restaurants nearby too. We found the room to be very comfortable and really enjoyed breakfast each day. I would highly recommend!!

One of the best hotel experiences we have had, period. The room was clean, neat, and stocked with plenty of espresso and other treats! The staff were so nice (shout-out to Megan S. and Filippo)! They provided us with great recommendations for food and even helped us place a reservation. The hotel is near some designer boutiques and a short walk from numerous restaurants and other shops. Next time we are in Florence, we will for sure be coming back to Hotel Milu.

The noise from the street

Hotel op een prachtige, rustige en nette locatie. Zeer dicht bij alles wat je wilt meemaken in Florence. Kamers zijn ruim, de bedden erg goed en de badkamer en waterdruk zijn ook uitstekend!.

De geluidisolatie van de ramen plus luiken naar buiten is matig. Ondanks dat er geen horeca in de straat zit, zijn straatgeluiden al vroeg in de ochtend goed te horen. Daar moet je tegen kunnen.

Wonderful place to stay while in Florence. Was a perfect spot close to everything you could want to visit. The front desk were incredible and assisted with recommendations for around Florence and even in recommending places to visit on the next part of our trip.

The most valuable of our stat was the warmth of all the staff. Breakfast is really very good. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location close to the main attractions of the city. We sure will come back when we have the chance. Highly recommended.

Genuine hospitality and service at its finest! My boyfriend and I met a friend in Florence for a few days and we all enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a little small, but perfectly fine for European standards. The two of us didn’t feel smothered. The free minibar was incredibly generous and unexpected. And the fancy espresso machine in the roof lounge was so nice to use…delicious, freshly-ground coffee. We look forward to returning to this hotel the next time we visit. (And the sister hotel is lovely, too.)

This was an exceptional stay in a really nice boutique hotel, in the heart of Florence with excellent staff! The hotel is luxurious, well designed with great artwork all over. The room was spacious had all needed amenities (including complementary minibar items) and had a lovely hand written welcome note and gift which was much appreciated! Breakfast included lots of options. Great feature is the 5th floor where guests can relax at anytime, with available coffee/tea/hot water as well as a microwave and many cool art books. Location is great as it's very central, close to the river, designer shops and nice restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, providing great recommendations, always available via What's App, helpful with luggage, were kind enough to make restaurant bookings for us and at breakfast would go out of their way to make sure we had everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very noisy in the middle of the night. Passerby talking can be heard loudly. No sound proof.

The location was great! Very close to many stores and main attractions, if you are planning on dinning in the oltraorno neighborhood like we did (which we recommend) this location is perfect!! The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The closet could be a bit bigger but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as it does have space. The mini bar is free, mostly water, juice, coffee and some snacks which was a pleasant suprise. They also have a coffee machine in the 5th floor where they serve breakfast, that is available all day and also free which we loved and found very convenient. Also the staff is great, very welcoming and ready to help with anything that is required. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
