Emplacement parfait, proche du fameux marché au poisson. La communication avec l'hôte était excellente. L'appartement était très agréable à vivre, avec deux balcons. Les environs très calmes permettaient de bien récupérer des longues journées.

le frigo était parfois un peu bruyant, nous l'avons simplement débranché la nuit, il restait froid et cela nous convenait très bien, nous n'avons pas informé l'hôte car cela ne nous semblait pas nécessaire

Un apartamento muy completo, con los espacios muy bien optimizados. Limpio, con metro cercano que conecta fácilmente con todos los sitios turísticos. El anfitrión muy eficiente y amable, nos atendió muy bien tanto en la entrada como a la salida. Además está el mercado local muy cerca de degustar pescado fresco y platos de muy buena calidad 🫶🏻

Everything I needed for a week's stay was present, despite the heat the apartment was very easy to keep cool. The location is also ideal to reach almost everywhere in the city, plus it’s very quite at night.

Got a bit confused by a building with the same name on the same street.

Communication re check-in instructions was thorough and efficient given it was self processed. More spacious than advertised. Self sufficient with a kitchen area and washing machine. Small balcony allows for drying of laundry. Walking distance to outer Tsukiji market with its great food options. One of the best value accommodations I’ve stayed at in Tokyo when factoring in connectivity, space, basic facilities.

El proceso de check in, muy dispendioso , estando de viaje no siempre es facil tener ni el tiempo ni las facilidades para estar diligenciando formularios de registro que implican sacarle foto a documentos y luego montarlos. Todo esto para una persona mayor es dificil . Luego llegamos al edificio y nuevamente tocaba para por fin recibir la clave de ingreso, volver a hacer el registro de ingreso, fotos de pasaporte y de cada persona, y nadie a quien dirigirse, una tablet y ya . Muy impersonal y dispendioso. El baño tenia mal olor, como a sifon o humedad y las toallas insuficientes para una estadia de una semana. Nadie a quien hablarle, todo toca por la aplicacion.

The Nespresso coffee maker downstairs had mold 😭. Couldn’t use it.

地點很靠近築地市場，過馬路就到了，離地鐵站大約走10分鐘。廚房設備鍋碗和餐具應有盡有，不過沒有鹽巴和洗菜籃，杯子和玻璃杯都有。浴室的浴缸蠻大的，比起商務旅館的浴缸好很多，但沒有浴缸的水龍頭，要用蓮蓬頭放水。洗衣機蠻乾淨的，還有洗衣粉，浴室可以開乾衣模式。附近也有停車場，如果考慮自駕也是不錯。晚上很安靜。附近的超市不多或者營業蠻早結束。

電梯稍微小了一點，感覺是兩個人加兩個大型行李的空間。 垃圾場的垃圾分類好像不明顯，只看見一堆袋子，應該再加強分類標示。密碼鎖的操作教學有點不清楚，出門要按兩次lock才會鎖上，但按完LOCK後怎麼打開是個謎，總之我一直按成功了。

這間住宿的位置真的非常方便，距離築地市場非常近，幾乎只要過一條馬路就到了。早上起床後，可以直接步行到市場逛逛、吃早餐，感受當地熱鬧的氣氛，是一次很棒的住宿體驗。 如果天氣不太熱，也可以慢慢散步前往銀座，沿途走走看看很舒服。附近同時也有築地市場地鐵站，想要搭車前往東京其他景點都相當方便，無論是觀光、購物還是用餐，交通安排都很輕鬆。 住宿環境整體乾淨、舒適，空間與設備都很不錯，而且還有陽台，可以稍微透氣、休息，讓整體居住感受更加放鬆。以這樣的地理位置、住宿品質和便利性來說，整體CP值非常高，是一間值得推薦的住宿。

離最近的地鐵站入口稍微有點距離，要走一下下，其他還好。

The location is awesome. Nearby a lot of cafes and restaraunts, farmacy shops, supermarkets, metro stations and bus stops for any direction.

Very clean and comfortable place with a great location in Tokyo. The room was quiet, modern, and well equipped. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

トラブルの際の対応の悪さ。 鍵の不具合があり、チェックインの時もオートロックが開いたまま。 出かける時も鍵が閉まらず、対応待ちで約束の時間に遅れてしまった。オーナーが対応に来るわけでも無く、メールでの指示で閉めるために汚いバックヤードで鍵を探させたり非常に不快でした。

The tiny kitchen.

There is nothing in the area. The place is almost situated in an alley. There are zero restaurants in the vicinity. The food court across the street was closed at 5pm. In fact the building was locked up and there was no entry, The key lock system to enter the unit was very iffy. One day I had to try to enter the unit and had to go thru the exercise at least 10 times before it finally unlocked. I was ready to panic because there is no one around to help. The call system is a complete failure.

Checkin was difficult as it is done remotely and the iPad to sign in was not working properly for a while, took some time to check in, not great after tiring travel. There was beeping from the cooker one night which would have prevented sleep but was eventually sorted and batteries replaced next day. I did not like the remote services but the apartment was great.

This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds and two blocks walk away from 7-11 and Lawson. It is a 5 minute walk from the underground station and the Tsukiji outer market. The apartment has everything you need - especially for one with small kids. We also liked that it was close to the centre of Tokyo, making the journeys to different parts of Tokyo nice and close! This was a great stay for us and we will come back! We also liked that this was in a quieter part of the city and found it restful. It was in a quiet area but still had good access to shops and metro - tho people wanting a more vibrant nightlife may want to consider other areas.

For a family of 4 there is a sofa bed and a master double bed. I agree with some of the others that the couch bed is not the most comfortable although it was better than I expected from the reviews and we all still managed to get a good nights sleep. Especially for our kids, they really did not mind it, but I think 2 adults on the couch might struggle a bit to be comfy.

歯ブラシとバスローブがない！ 普通のホテルにある備品がないことは最初に明示してほしかったです。あとお風呂入れるボタンがありませんでした。あるなら分かりやすく提示するかないなら無いと書いてほしかったです。バスタブはあるのでシャワーでお湯を入れました。 また、ルームキーをもらったので事なきを得ましたが、番号解除式のドアが何度試しても開かなかったので疲れて早く入りたいのに入れませんでした。 入り口のチェックインも慣れてないと長々入力に時間がかかり大変です。

Booked a room for 2 of us, there was 1 chair which was broken only. Requested to have another chair but advised to purchase one by myself. There were a couple of cutleries but 3 odd chopsticks and 1 wine glass. No kitchen cloths or dishwashing basket allocated, very hard to tidy the kitchen after cooking meals. ‘Auto-generated message’ was sent every day, didn’t feel someone was hosting us, a robot world was not for us. Would not come back.

The room is spacious, the kitchen has many appliances available. There's a balcony too, for whomever enjoys that option. Downstairs is a shared space, convenient for hanging out when you're locked out of your room.

They don't check the battery of your keypad before your stay. So once you leave your belongings inside, it's basically a Russian roulette if you're able to access them again soon. In my case, I was locked out of the room for a night because my keypad didn't work anymore. There's no staff present at the hotel, so nobody was able to give me a physical key or let me in. Their customer service did offer me another room to stay for the night. Nevertheless, if I had to catch an airplane early the next day, or a train, or had other plans, I wouldn't have been able to without leaving all of my belongings behind. Not only does this show extreme tardiness, they also didn't compensate in any way. No discount, not even a free late checkout. The next day, however, a staff member came by to replace the battery and let me into my own room again. Regarding cleanliness, there were questionable stains on the sofa, chair and the curtains. The nearest subway station is a bit of a walk, so when carrying heavy luggage, you're in for some exercise. Staying here is not recommended, unless you're an adventurous spirit, who likes odds of being locked out and doesn't mind stains of mysterious origins.
