Reviewed May 29, 2026清潔ですし、何よりも素敵なご夫婦がとても良かったです。シャワーと洗面所、トイレは共用ですが、お部屋のベッドマットが良くてよく眠れました。
シャワーが水しか出ません。湯船があったけど、水では入れませんでしたので、2日目はアーユルヴェーダのスパで入って済ませました。 立地は空港に近いですが、あんまりで歩いて飲食店には行けず、のどかな田舎にある感じです。

Il faut aimer les moustiques, les pieds marrons de poussière, les douches froides (pas d’eau chaude fournie dans les chambres) et entendre ce que se disent les voisins de chambre à travers la porte.

The breakfast ist very good and fresh. You should also try the Kottu for dinner. It’s one of the best Kottus we had on our trip!

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und informierte Gesprächspartner. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt bei unserer ersten Station nach der langen Reise und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Sue Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen.
Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall einen fahrbaren Untersatz, um diese Unterkunft zu erreichen.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The bed was super comfy I slept like a baby and the bathroom was very clean and large. The breakfast was excellent with lots of food including some traditional Sri Lankan dishes. But the thing that made this stay really special was the kindness of the hosts. My flight was very delayed and they drove in the middle of the night to let me into the hostel even after they had already ended reception. I feel so lucky that this was my first stop in Sri Lanka.

Встретили молодая пара, очень приятные, все чисто везде, мебель хорошая, видно все сделано очень хорошо, я б даже сказала дорого, находится не очень близко к аэропорту, но в тихом районе, завтрак самый насыщенный из всех гестов, где мы были до этого... Вобщем рекомендуем 👌
Из минусов старая кровать, но матрас при этом хороший.

A casa de banho era privativa, mas fora do quarto, e não tinha água quente. O serviço de transfer até ao aeroporto é de $7 de tuktuk, o que é muito caro comparado com o valor pedido pela app PickMe (app semelhante ao Uber).

De kamer zat vol muggen en insecten. Toen ik in bed zat te lezen ben ik gebeten door een kakkerlak. Dit was pijnlijk!! Als er 1 kakkerlak is, zijn er altijd meer en ik wist niet dat ze konden bijten. Ik wilde niet blijven en vroeg hulp aan de eigenaar. Aanvankelijk was hij vriendelijk en stelde hij voor dat ik een verzoek zou indienen om mijn kamer te annuleren. Toen ik dit deed werd hij onverwachts boos en wilde dat ik toch betaalde. Het was al 22.00 uur en buiten was het erg donker. Het huis ligt afgelegen, dus ik had niet meteen een nieuwe kamer. Om 24.00 uur kwam ik aan in een ander hotel en kon ik nog een paar uur slapen voordat mijn vlucht ging. Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan!

No hot water in the shower and breakfast could be better compared to other places we've been.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Geboekt om snel een paar uur te slapen voor onze vlucht midden in de nacht. De eigenaar stond samen met ons op en hielp ons met het regelen van een taxi. Misschien is het handiger om dit vooraf te regelen dan midden in de nacht — een kleine tip! Het verblijf zelf is prachtig, een echte villa met grote, ruime kamers en een zeer goede douche. Ook al waren we er maar enkele uren, het was toch heel fijn verblijven.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable (malgré un départ à 4h du matin ils nous ont apporté un thé avant le départ dans notre chambre). Le lit est très confortable. La chambre est propre. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable : 12 euros la nuit et confortable.
L'absence d'eau chaude mais par 30 degrés dehors ce n'est pas un problème.

I recommend all of you to try this place if you are looking for a stay close to colombo airport. There’s raw nature around the neighborhood within walking distance which I like! You can ask the host to get fruit or vegetable or order food from PickMe.
Nothing Heard stories of past guests that damaged the wall and water machine. Cant believe how people leave the damage with just an apology. Please come with care.

Powerful aircon and windows to allow for some natural light. Massive bathroom with soap provided. Fridge space available in the communal space if needed. Was able to wash some dirty clothes during our stay as well. The most amazing hosts, great English and very friendly. Lovely breakfast prepared for a time convenient for us. Situated only 15 minutes drive from the airport and 1 hour from central Colombo, this is the perfect place to stop over. Look no further for your stay in Negombo!

The villa is a newly build and very clean, bed was super comfortable. Room is very spacious and there is a large balcony to sit and relax.
