The location is pretty decent it is thirteen minutes away from the pavilion mall

They do not change the bedsheets even though they had stains on them and i kept telling them to clean them

The location was closer to town and we could access cabs anytime of the day.

Maybe the housekeeping should have been promt in restocking

À FUIR – invasion de cafards ! Une expérience catastrophique. À notre arrivée, la prise en charge a été rapide, mais une fois dans les chambres, grosse désillusion : des cafards partout ! Dans les chambres, la cuisine, la salle de bain… une véritable invasion. Nous l’avons immédiatement signalé à la réception, mais le problème ne concernait malheureusement pas un seul appartement : nous avions plusieurs appartements situés à différents étages et il y avait des cafards dans tous ceux que nous occupions. Nous en avons également constaté dans l’établissement. Autre problème : aucune climatisation dans les parties communes, avec une chaleur vraiment difficilement supportable. Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner était infect, à tel point qu’il était difficile d’y manger. Franchement, hôtel à fuir. Nous ne demandons pas du luxe, simplement un minimum d’hygiène et de confort. Dormir avec des cafards dans plusieurs appartements différents est totalement inadmissible. À éviter, sauf si vous aimez partager votre chambre avec les cafards !

Room service not up to the standard

Collecting the keys was easy. The apartment block was clean, and the taxi pickup and drop-off point was easy. The local convenience stores were super simple as well. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym.

I was disappointed that the pool was not open. It was due for maintenance, but it looks like it's never seen any maintenance and is permanently shut. The colour was disgusting, and breakfast was very, very average.

Tolle Lage. Zimmer war im 45. Stock mit super Blick auf die Petronas-Towers. Apartment großzügig, Betten bequem.

Frühstück ist miserabel. Getränke (außer Automatenkaffee) ungenießbar, abgepackter Scheiblettenkäse, undefinierbare Wurst und Marmelade. Toastbrot und ein paar warme Sachen, die nicht appetitlich waren. Habe ich bei dem Preis so noch nicht erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend.

La habitación olía a tabaco muchísimo, un olor intenso que no se fue en los dos días de estancia, y eso que según las normas del edificio estaba prohibido fumar. El apartamento estaba en un piso 39 y coger el ascensor requería de bastante paciencia.

Total value for money. Great view. Easy to access cab, convenient store, food joints, and facilities are superb. Amenities inside the apartment meet expectations.

The location was good as it was close to places like the pavilion and the exchange.

Unfortunately, our experience on arrival was disappointing. One of the reception staff members during check-in was rude and abrupt, and attempted to charge us additional taxes despite the booking clearly stating that everything had already been paid. Thankfully, a colleague intervened and confirmed that no extra payment was required. The room itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were stains on the bedding, tape holding sections of the flooring together, and insufficient cups, plates, and cutlery for the number of guests staying. Overall, the accommodation fell short of the standard we expected.

The location was great, very close to the pavilion and walking distance to the exchange. For the short period were there it was convenient.

Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly; however, one staff member was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful during check-in. This did not create the best start to our experience. Upon entering the room, we found a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bedding was marked and stained, there were broken hinges on the TV stand door, a used sponge had been left in the kitchen, and there were insufficient cups, mugs, and cutlery for the number of guests. There was also tape covering broken flooring, and we found dust under the beds, along with spare bed legs stored underneath them. This was particularly disappointing given that a deposit is required and there is a sign in the room outlining the charges guests may be liable for. I reported all of these issues to reception; however, aside from providing an additional mug and replacing the sponge, none of the concerns were addressed. The cleaners only came on the evening of our final night to ask whether we still wanted the bedding replaced. I assume the maintenance issues were not resolved due to the bank holiday, but the room should have been properly inspected before our arrival. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect the standard presented in the listing photos.

Too much cockroaches in the room, kettle broken, no trash can provided in all rooms. Pure bad Experience to be honest. Restaurant is outside and doesnt have AC.

the only thing that i liked about them was that they let us keep our luggage when we went to langkawi. OTHER THAN THAT NOTHING EMPRESSED ME MUCH DURING OUR STAY

I GOT A SIMILAR ROOM, FROM A DIFFERENT BOOKING HOTEL IN OTHER TOWER OF THE SAME BUILDING AND THAT TOO ON A HALF PRICE THAN AYYAT AND THAT PISSED ME OFF.

There was no response to requests for cleanup. Drinking water bottles were not provided on daily basis. Location of charging points or power sources are not very user friendly. There is not clothes drying arrangement

Good location. The view was amazing at night. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean. Appreciated the washer-dryer and the kitchen. The breakfast staff were excellent! Very obliging. However the breakfast buffet did not have fresh juice, pancake/croissant / bakery items etc. it was still substantial.

The lifts did not work properly. There were 3 lifts for the B block which contained (at least, to my estimate) 5 apartments X 50 floors😳 While our entire 5 day stay, 1 lift was not working. The reception was okay-ish and impersonal. They were not friendly or welcoming. (Everyone we saw at the reception was like that.

Le concept est super bien, l’endroit est proche de tout, une fois bien installée, c’est assez spacieux,

L’accueil , le personnel été présent pour le Check In, et le Check Out, je trouve que c’était assez froid le premier contact. J’ai voulu payer avec ma carte via Apple Pay mais malheureusement je devais sortir la carte physique. Dans l’ensemble au niveau des chambres tout été assez propre rien à dire de mauvais.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, rooms were very big and spacious and clean and the bed was comfy, the outdoor pool was amazing and the views were the best

The lift system was so slow

The unit was clean and comfortable to stay in along with all necessary amenities.

1. No bell boy services. 2. Having to go to a separate space each morning for breakfast. 3. One of the 2 keys given to us malfunctioned the very next day. When inquired as the reception, they had no additional key to replace.

We picked this hotel for several reasons for our 8 night stay - 2 bedroom apartment, combo washing/dryer machine, value for money, good location (walking distance to Pavillion and TRX shopping centres which also has the MRT stations). The apartment was roomy and good views over parts of the city. Note that there is no levels ending in a 4 (ie, ours was 33A). Overall we enjoyed our stay. Each room has its own aircon unit (3 for the apartment) which we enjoyed. Big fridge for all our goodies too.

Yes, the lifts were slow during busy periods, and when the cleaners claimed the designated freight elevator, but it didnt worry us. Yes, no daily room service, but it can be requested daily at reception, also didnt worry us. Some minor room issues like broken window handle, loose kitchen tap, leaking kettle, but was fixed within a day after we mentioned them to reception.

Nothing but the location. Entire building is full of fruit flies, bugs and cockroaches. Though they promised and advertised HOUSE KEEPING everyday but it was merely any housekeeping at all. I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF BUGS AND COCKROACHES AND SHOW IT TO THE RECEPTIONISTS AND FINALLY MANAGED TO GET THE APARTMENT CLEAN. Cleaning here means barely cleaning at all, even after complaining. Elevator was a huge issue. Average waiting time was 7 to 10 mnts, if you are lucky. Had future bookings but cancelled and got out. BUGS and COCK ROACHES, SPIDERS(Rest room) all over. Kichen cabinets were broken and utinsills were non functional. Bad experience, very bad. Not worthed fr money at all.

Got the chance to add pictures of bugs, broken cabinet n non functional utensils. Enlarge my pics on top of their microwave and floor, SCAREY BUGS!!!! They didn’t give any trash cans in the entire apartment. It was a total loss!!!

The location of Ayatt Bukit Bintang is very good for shopping as it was very close to the major shopping malls like TRX, Pavilion, Fahrenheit etc

We had booked a Premier Two Bedroom Suite (1 Queen + 2 Single + 2 Bathroom). The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed instead of 2 single beds. To add the 2nd single bed, they just put a mattress on the floor of the lounge. When we arrived, there was left over food in the kitchen cupboards from the previous guests, food stains in the fridge, there was blood stains on the sheets of the beds. When the room was serviced, the new sheets had blood stains again. You need to request for the room to be serviced otherwise it does not get done. Rooms get serviced between 1:00pm - 10:00pm The first time we requested the room to be serviced, we specifically asked for new towels - we didnt get new towels, they only emptied the rubbish and did nothing else. You also have to ask for extra toilet paper. They do not provide laundry powder for the washing machine, and there is no tea towel to dry dishes. The room was advertised as having a clothes drying rack but there was no drying rack and when I asked at reception, they did not have one. There is no hot water for the kitchen sink or bathroom basins. There is only hot water for the showers. There are only 3 lifts for 60 floors and you can wait up to 30 minutes to get a lift. 1 lift is quite often used by staff, so effectively there are only 2 lifts for guests to use.

Cleaning service was not good. I had to tell them repeatedly to clean the bathroom but they didn’t.

Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle. Rubbish was not empty, floor are vacuum or swept, toilet was not clean. Towels and floor mat was not changed. When we first arrived, they don't provide kettle, shampoo or shower gel, no cups, plates and cutlery too. We have to call the reception to send it to our room. The room comes with induction cooker, but no cooking pots or pan. Basically nothing is provided. I would suggest that Ayatt should provide a cleaning tools eg, broom, toilet brush and mob. The guess would gladly do their own cleaning if the tools is provided. Rather than staying for 5 days in a dirty toilet and floor..

ブッキンタンの街もさほど遠くなく歩いて行けます。周りにも美味しいパン屋や少し高級感のあるお店があり、ショッピングセンターには銀座で２時間は待つバチャコーヒーがあったりと少し調べるとなかなか楽しい場所です。 難点はエレベーターが時間を間違えるとめちゃくちゃ混んでいるのと 駐車場の場所がわかりにくいです。 あとコンドミニアムなのでタオルなどは自分で洗濯しないとハウスキーピングは来ないので、3泊以上する人は洗剤を持って行った方がいいと思います。

the check in was a nightmare, one one pan pan to cook no other vessels to cook when asked for one more pan or a casserole were rudely answered saying no to us. no glasses in the room , no slippers or bathrobes in bathroom , the bed sheet and towels were not changed daily as told earlier in our booking stating they had a shortage of bed linen and towels this was conveyed to us by the room cleaning staff . of the 06 days we stayed 02 no room cleaning staff came to our room even after repeated reminders nothing changed the bathrooms were also stained and dirty , When we told them that we would complain and give a bad review they said that our review wasn't very important . The breakfast was average with not very welcoming staff..

The location was great. Good restaurants close by within short walking distance. The apartment was clean.

Each building is only serviced by 2 lifts for guests and the service lift. Leaving the apartment was a nightmare as the lifts usually took up to 10 minutes to arrive. As we were on level 40, we were able to get a lift going down after a lengthy wait. However, the lifts would go to lower floors and would be too full for new people to come in from lower floors. Going up would require joining a queue, and waiting upwards of 10 minutes for the lifts. There was only a couple of times where a lift was empty, and available within under 2 minutes. The housekeeping has to be booked in before 3pm.

Nice Location. Apartment is spacious and really nice view on the twin towers. Beds were comfy. And value for money was good. The swimming pool and gym are free access for residents unlike other towers in KL. I stayed twice in Nov and Dec and they gladly stored my luggage free of charge between the two stays. Baby crib is offered free of charge.

No response on booking messages at all and they don't have a reception to call or WhatsApp. Anything you need, you have to go down 45 floors and go to the other building just to inform the staff of your needs. I hope they can arrange easier communication for residents. Also on my arrival day at the second stay, I had a lot of luggage but they didn't have anyone late at night to carry my luggage. Had to carry 6 pieces of luggage all alone and when I requested the trolley they asked me to return it back. It wasn't a pleasant experience after a long trip and arriving tired. No face towels provided. Baby crib was dusty from storage. At least was supposed to be cleaned beforehand since a baby will use it. Had to clean it ourselves. Overall experience was good and will definitely come again.

Walking distance to Pavilion & KLCC and nice layout of the apartment. Nice city view from the room and lots of eateries around and there is also a Bila Bila mart at grd flr. There is also swimming pool, gym, karaoke at level 10 but we didnt get to use it. Requested for an iron and they were quick to send it to the room. Parking was convenient and accessible through RFID given by reception. Overall it is was a very pleasant stay.

Sometimes takes a longer time at the lift area as there are many guests checked in.

The lifts took so long during peak times and so full with no air-conditioning in the lifts or where you wait for the lifts. House keeping is not house keeping and no cleaning was done. We stayed for 10 nights. Some days our room was not serviced and we had no towels. There is a drain smell in the rooms. One of the toilets was really slow to flush.

This could be perfect ! Great location, lovely staff, very nice pool, the room was great as well. But several issues, it was not clean, lots of hair in the room and it was lacking from fourniture: no hand soap, no big trash, no hand towel… overall a good experience.

We booked a night for a 3 bedroom apartment at the Ayatt but after checking in, we we're told that we are actually staying at the Agile. Overall it's a nice and comfortable Residence but you only have 2 elevators for 60 floors. Each time you need to wait at least 5 minutes to get into the elevator and during checkout time, you need like 10 minutes as the elevator is packed with people and their suitcases.

La hauteur de la tour, l'appartement situé au 51ème étage, la vue, proche de Bukit Bintang à pied. Calme.

Nettoyage à l'arrivée un peu limite, le sol de la cuisine était collant et on en mettait partout. Il a fallu nettoyer. Les ascenseurs lents avec le va et vient. Piscine qui ne donnait pas vraiment envie de se baigner. Lit très dur.

The staff were rude. Rooms were never cleaned. We were treated badly in the lobby. One woman was acting like a bully to us as she thought that we were indians (We are mauritians). Each time we had different responses to queries asked for luggage storage by the same rude woman. I would never recommend this to anyone else. This was distressing as we had to look for another hotel late at night.

Booking.com mentioned complementory late check out but property manager denied. Building entrance, creepy corridors, outside men hanging outside lobby entrance. Pain to get a lift and use the touch panels. Housekeeping needs attention

Our first room was filthy & hair everywhere, I tried to shower and nearly vomit from being in there, requested room clean twice, still not cleaned at 6pm so I went down and the lady moved us rooms. The room we moved to was okay, still hair around but the room was very loud like airplane flying over every 10 min. Only writing this review as we have 2 year old daughter and it was not pleasant being there with her

The city view from the 52nd floor was amazing. i wish I had gotten view of the twin tower and bukit bintang though. it would have made it a 10/10.

the mattresses were abit worn out and the cleaning team wasn't very thorough. it could have been better.

Property was clean. The AC was running when we walked in which really helped with KL heat. Rooms were big as advertised and the beds were comfy. It is located at a very convenient place, you can walk to most places nearby.

They did not provide enough cutlery for 3 guests. Some of the bathrooms did not have enough toiletries.

The location was good. The view from the facilities pool was the only good thing about this place.

New building not completed should not be accepting guests, just yet, maybe in the future it will be better. Dangerous, noisy and smelly. Terrible, would take too long to write everything that was bad and not to standard. Works going on in rooms nearby could hear the noise. Floor outside lifts and corridor protective plastic ripped a big trip hazard. 3 pillows without covers, no coffee cups or glass wear in kitchenet, asked 3 times before they delivered the next day. No hand soap, only one small towel hook behind a door. Gymnasium not open. Guests dive bombing in the pool. Smelly bins at entry if you can find the door. Had to wheel luggage a long way from reception. I called it faulty Towers. Could not be bothered to ask for partial refund.
