Not quite as good as shown in the photos, but it was reasonably comfortable, clean, and in a very good location.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Near to transport nodes and tourist centres. Easy to explore both beyoglu and sultanahmet

The rooms are comfy and clean. It's all you need if you intend to just recharge before another day of exploring the city. Our particular room could use some attention by the handyman as some bathroom fixtures were lose as well as the shower door. Another downside was the terrible WiFi. Don't expect to use it for more than messaging.

A kilátás egy romhalmazra nézett, ahol macskák vernyákoltak. A valaha fehér függönyök szürkék voltak a portól, a szobában elő is jött az allergiám. Hiába tettem ki a ne zavarjon táblát, csak bejöttek a szobába. A reggeli nem volt kiadós, választék se volt sok, de amit adtak, az jó volt. Az ágymatrac sem egy új darab lehetett, eléggé kifeküdték már, a klímánál pedig a hőfok 20 celziusz volt, nem lehetett állítani.

Poor WiFi: slow downloads/uploads high latency and poor reception at rooms. But it’s just about usable and we don’t come to an Istanbul hotel to spend too much time on the internet. Breakfast wasn’t buffet and there was no jogurt, cereal, juice, fruit nor cold meat. The bread, cheese and eggs were nice though. Breakfast was only available from 8:30am so we missed it a few times as we needed to leave early. We had two rooms, the double room (410) was fine but nothing special. Window view was very gloom. Aircon was central but controlled from the room but even when set to 19C was just strong enough to keep it decent however won’t be enough for AC fanatics. Bathroom shower mixer was low quality and didn’t mix cold and hot water properly so you get to experience colder and hotter water coming from the shower head. Water pressure was constantly changing, likely not enough water pressure in the system to get to the third floor. Bathroom basin threw foul smells when running water, likely missing U-trap (seen this before many times in poorly constructed toilets). None of the bathrooms had windows nor the extraction fans seemed to activate so lacked proper ventilation. Suite room (408) was nicer as lots of space, little window bay with table/chair and big walk in shower. Pillows were too big and hard for our taste but we found softer ones on the hall cupboards and helped ourselves to them. Bottled water was provided in the rooms and they had a little fridge and a safety deposit box. Location wise is very convenient as it’s very close to Tram T1 Karakoy but you need to walk uphill a bit to get to the hotel. Luckily the hotel does have a lift but it’s tiny so max 2 normal size people or 3 tiny ones fit on it. We didn’t raise any of these issues since its clear these don’t have an easy solution. Overall this is neither a great nor a bad hotel. There isn’t anything too bad or too great about it. It’s average in everything as it misses in some details.

Отличное расположение, но до метро далековато, если идти с чемоданами. Но зато мы заселялись и порта - пришли пешком, быстро и очень удобно по прямой Красивый вид из окна, эркер в номере добавил атмосферы. В отеле лифт, сантехника работала отлично, в ванной чисто. Номер как фото. Кровать удобная, матрасы новые, очень порадовало. Полотенца, постельное - все чистое!!! Был завтрак, скромный, но вполне нормальный, наелись, даже ребенок поел. Номер просторный. Вобщем остались довольны. Отель добавила в избранное

O checkin foi facilitado e flexível. Após o checkin a localização é ótima, próxima a estação de Tram, pier, ponte e torre de galata, no entanto para comer esta região é um pouco mais cara que hotéis próximos a Taksim, e concentra muito nos restaurantes que oferecem pão/wrap com peixe. Em algumas ruas mais escondidas tem bares bem animados. Um ponto negativo é o acesso do aeroporto, o ônibus para na praça Taksim e usar outros meios de transporte precisa fazer algumas conexões. Se torna um pouco difícil de achar a estação do funicular, e dependendo do horário já não está funcionando. ir da Taksim a pé até o hotel é um tanto difícil, pois com malas andar nas ruas próximas a torre que são ladeiras ingrimes, não é fácil. Ir de táxi, prepare o bolso, e a paciência em conseguir alguém disponível. O quarto era espaçoso, e confortável (o chuveiro apesar de diferente era excelente, bem quente e com muita água) porém a vista para o beco dos gatos era feia. O café da manhã é gostoso, com opções bem locais, porém sem alterações de um dia para o outro, servido tarde por volta de 8h30 e modo "a la carte", não buffet, o que acaba se tornando um pouco lento o atendimento e não deixa tão confortável para repetir.

I overall liked the location, staff service level was excellent, especially Mr Hussain was super friendly, professional, helpful - he used to handle receiption, serving breakfast, managing coffee shop for internal and external customers alone. mtr Husaain really helped me to arrange our airport transfer with care and took care of our luggage - stored and put them in Van to airport. superv service oriented guy

Terrible sound insulation, it's impossible to sleep until 3 a.m., because the crowd is screaming under the windows and you can hear everything as if they're in your room, a very tired and dirty room

Бронировали гостиницу специально с завтраком, тк предтоял день в пути. Но им не смогли воспользоваться, тк начинался он в 8.30, выезд из гостиницы также был в 8.30. На впечатьпние от гостиницы это не повлияло. Впредь также здесь буду останавливаться

Отель соответствует заявленному описанию, локация топ - рядом с Галатской башней. Очень чисто и уютно, завтрак вкусный и сытный, персонал супер. Очень рады были остановиться тут и рекомендуем!

Bon emplacement proche de tout. Mais a noter que l'hôtel est sur une montée très raide. Je déconseille donc aux personnes qui ont des difficultés a marcher.

Salle de bain défraîchi, eau pas assez chaude, petit déjeuner très médiocre. Personnel très gentil mais le Directeur n'est pas arrangeant du tout. Nous avons été très déçus de son comportement. En plus de ne pas être arrangeant, il a essayé de nous facturer ses propres frais de banque. Je déconseille fortement cet hôte.

Il bagno era pulito ma tutto ciò che si toccava cadeva per terra, si staccavano i supporti dal muro, erano messi su alla buona. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, nulla da dire per quantità ma molto scarsa nel dolce. Formaggi, olive, patatine, wurstel, omelette, sedano ecc abbondanti. l'unica cosa dolce era una buona quantità di pane con delle marmellatine. Io migliorerei questo aspetto.

butik sakin bir otel. Galatanın merkezinde. Galata kulesinin dibinde. Rahatlıkla Galata Kulesine ulaşabildim. Mısır çarşısına yürüyerek gidebildim çok yakındı. Merkezi konumda olmasına bayıldım. Odalar temiz ve ferahtı.

La stanza veramente incredibile, ampia e comoda per tre persone. Il personale sempre attento e molto gentile, veramente un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione, inoltre, rende l’hotel veramente unico!

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, mindenhez közel. A személyzet extra figyelmes és kedves. A reggeli is nagyon jó volt.

Egy két korrigálás ráférne például a fürdőszobára, továbbá az ablakok nem szigetelnek eléggé.

Die Fenster im Zimmer waren etwas undicht, was sich im April aber nicht besonders negativ bemerkbar machte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Lage vom Hotel war optimal. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal hier buchen.

Alles war in Ordnung wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Nos gustó todo, una habitación compartida para 3. Las camas geniales, almohadas de dos tipos, más blandas o duras. El desayuno genial, le dijimos k no nos pusieran tanto de desayunar pork era demasiado, muy bien surtido de todo. El personal muy muy atentos. La ubicación genial, cerca para coger el tranvía y poder moverte por Estambul, cerca del puente de Galata, de la Torre de Galata, etc... 6 días geniales en este magnífico hotel. Lo recomiendo 💯%

Galataport'a, Eminönüne yürüyerek rahatlıkla gidebildim. Vapur iskelelerine ve toplu ulaşıma çok yakındı. Odalar temizdi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Uygun fiyata merkezi yerde rahatça konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel.

The best hotel to stay at a reasonable price. Its location right next to Galata was also great. I was able to walk to Galataport. A clean and nice hotel at an affordable price.
