The staffs are very kind and accomodating. They respond to my requests fastly and nicely (asking utensils, ice in a glass etc.). The airconditioner is also well functioning. Although there's no mini fridge but it's okay. Nice view also through the window. The best! The food is also nice, though a few dessert but the food tastes good. They are also very welcoming.

Maybe having no option of one double size bed. Buts its okay if there are two guests in one room. Maybe, they can also connect a netflix acct in their TV amd have extra tissue not just beside the toilet. Wifi is a bit slow. I don't know if there's a heater or I just don't know how to operate. But overall, the hotel is great. Definitely, I will go back whenever I visit CDO or recommend it to friends and family.

Hamersons hotell er et rolig og behagelig sted å bo midt i en travel by. God frokost, behagelige senger. Særdeles vennlige og serviceinnstilte personale. De leverte alt vi ba om.

Breakfast was great. Nice restaurant. Good food choices. The shower recess leaked but the shower itself was hot and had good pressure. Air conditioner worked well. Room itself was very neat and tidy and a good size.

There was a door to the adjoining room that was in no ways sound proof. We had a family in the room next door and they, plus their TV, was very loud.

The breakfast was nice. A very hearty filipino treat.

The drain in the shower is not draining well and there is a foul smell emitted from the drain.

The property was clean, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our entire stay was perfectly good. Value for money and highly recommended ☺️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is my second time back to see cdo I tried a couple new places there absolutely horrible hamerson Hotel never disappoints always clean always professional well operated facility you can't help but to just keep coming here

No Safe, the immediate area a little dirty no refrigerator

Everything. The cleanliness, the comfortable bed and bed linen and the bathrobes. I also liked the toiletries.

The free breakfast could have had more variety.

Not satisfied with the food, always the same viand. Maybe you can serve vegetables and pork dishes sometimes.

Chambre confortable. Produits de douche et lait corps fournis. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix.

La douche mériterait un nettoyage plus approfondi, le check-in était plutôt lent et la clim ne se met en route que lorsqu’on entre dans la chambre, donc pas moyen d’obtenir la chambre climatisée à l’avance. Le mini-bar est un mini frigo vide qui ne refroidit pas très bien. Le quartier n’a pas l’air rassurant le soir.

We were only here for a quick overnight stay and arrived around 11:30pm and were checked out by 7:30am the next morning, but the room itself was plenty comfy for the price. Air con took a bit to figure out and was apparently impossible to turn off? Shower was hot, bed was comfy, breakfast buffet was “ok”…. Good selection of food and drinks but not a single thing was what I would call even warm much less hot

As others have mentioned there is a super foul smell that comes out when using the bidet. If you don’t use the bidet you don’t encounter this smell, but we also smelled the sewer smell when using the hand sink to wash our hands. We were on the 6th floor so I was hoping this would not be the case for us but it was definitely real. The staff also did not seem to be extremely personable or friendly but yet again I was only there for just under 8 hours so that may not be a fair assessment

I like the hotel. I mean it's just like your usual hotel. Nothing fancy. The wifi is good.

The breakfast is HORRIBLE. Every breakfast in this hotel is essentially about EGGS and all the ways that eggs can be cooked. I stayed for six days, so imagine eating eggs every day for six days. I am allergic to eggs except the organic ones (and their eggs are not organic). Also, you can eat only so much egg. Every day this hotel serves eggs cooked in various ways. There's some bread (bad), a bit of fruit (the same every day), and soup (also egg-based). Everything else is about eggs. There are days when they add something else to their egg menu, but the dish or two that they add without eggs are all processed food (e.g., sausage, spam - the cheap and bad tasting kind). I will not return to this hotel again. It's not worth it.

I booked 7 standard twin bed for our stay from April 16 to 20. But unfortunately we were given a 1 matrimonial bed per room. I told them that the room i booked was for 2 bed/room. They told us they were fully booked but i booked these rooms last Dec. 2025. How come the rooms were not the one we booked? I was really disappointed. I requested a transfer but only 1 room with two beds was given to us. Also the hot water was a problem, almost all the rooms we got has no hot water. 👎👎👎

Apathetic staff. Dirty Bathroom. Poorly trained staff in hospitality.

The modern facilities, spotless rooms, the friendly and polite staff and most of all they were very considerate about my checked out time. Would love to stay here again.

Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

Läget och personalen var jätte bra. Nära till Gaston park.

Lyhört något så enormt. Vi hörde tydligt och klart när grannen pratade samt folk som pratade i korridoren.Vi hade oxå rum ut mot gatan där det var väldigt mycket trafik natten igenom. Trafiken körde oxå med signal hornen så det tutades natten igenom.Det behövs isolering på flera ställen på hotellet. Hotellet annonserar oxå att det fick inte vara några fester på hotellet och trots detta hade de en julfest där det spelades musik i massor basen trängde igenom allt.

It was my second time staying in Hammerson and both times were really nice,great hotel staff and delicious breakfast/restourant food,rooms are quite big with amazing view(depends on the room). City center with Malls is bit far due to Hotel location but with Grab its okay. Their Gym is nice too. I would definitely come back for the third time.

Staffs in the kitchen hesitate to take order for room delivery. Kept on saying that they’re too busy in the kitchen and it might take longer.

Staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room had a clicking sound all night. Was hard to sleep. Maybe needs a service. Also found some poo on the window bottom seal from a lizard. And the lamp was in the middle of the bed . Was hitting my head on it few times.
