The unit looks nothing like the photos. I was in an attic space, so “windows” were only skylights. No ventilation, hot and stuffy. The building is also undergoing renovations on the exterior - 2 skylights I had were covered in scaffolding with the ability for workers to look directly into my space.

Uma ótima estadia em Oslo, bem equipada, utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar, secador de cabelos, aquecedor e ventilador. Tem tudo que é necessário. Quarto amplo bem arejado. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Localização maravilhosa no centro da para ir tranquilamente a pé até a estação central.

No dia do check out a funcionária da limpeza entrou sem bater na porta por volta de 9 da manhã. Eu estava no banheiro e acabei de assustando e gritando. Nada contra em adiantar a limpeza muitas pessoas saem antes do checkout às 11 mas deveria bater na porta e verificar se o hóspede fez ou não o checkout

The location was great, it was very clean and it was a gorgeous apartment.

Unfortunately, we were forced to vacate this property within a couple hours of arrival due to the lack of hot water and heating. The room was as cold as the outdoors was, the thermostat didn’t not go higher than 13 degrees Celsius and when we complained the property’s solution was to bring us a BROKEN temporary heater. So for the lack of basic and necessary amenities upon arrival, health and safety risk and the lack of solution we were forced to leave and find an alternative. Extremely disappointing and we are awaiting a full refund. AVOID this accommodation if you want to have an enjoyable stay in Oslo and if you want to avoid health and safety risks due to no heating or hot water with the property is not taking responsibility for this.

I am awaiting a refund via my complaint to booking.com. The apartment was miniscule, unwelcoming and not in the best condition. Toilet was dirty. They moved us to another place but the location was so bad we didnt even go in. We accrued significant additional cost as we ended up having to stay at the Radisson and changing our flights to leave Oslo after just 2 days. It was a disaster.

This place was quick to keep my money when I asked to change my dates. The airlines changed flight for my daughter.

The apartment was great. Everything we needed for our 3 nights were there. Brilliant location and most places were 10-15 mins walk away or a tram around the corner for longer journeys. The beds were very comfortable, cooking facilities great (we ate every evening in the apartment), it was clean, tidy and quiet. It was handy to have a washing machine and a clothes rack to dry everything. Easy to find, supermarket and a lovely coffee shop within 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the Munch museum, the Opera House and the shops. Definitely going back.

To be fair there was not much to dislike. You need your Netflix subscription to get the telly on, we don’t have Netflix but then we don’t watch much telly either but if you have a child with you, you may need it! I would of liked a tumble dryer but the clothes rack did the job and that is me being really fussy. I have no complaints.

Central Location, quietness , comfortable beds, well furnished for our needs

Door sticking so needed many attempts to open the door. Very worrying. Dustpan and brush and a tea towel would have been helpful. Coffee maker on its way out. Email with information would have been helpful beforehand.

Huge space with all facilities provided. Thank God they hv a portable heater because this new room was too cold and air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Cooking facility is good. All equipments working fine in kitchen. Some people on Google reviewed saying there were strangers in the corridors, but we didn't see any. we only saw some workers waiting to load and unload stuffs. The building is sharing with some business offices.

Was given an attic room, was really hot. Coming frm Asia, we didn't expect to experience such a hot environment. Air con not working and the buttons were confusing. Felt too stuffy difficult to breathe. called customer service and they changed our room. Got a better room, some lights were not working but whatever we could breathe! Thank God they hv a portable heater because this new room was too cold and air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Cooking facility is good. All equipments working fine in kitchen.

The location was excellent for our stay in Oslo. Very near centre and all amenities, but also on a quiet street.

More crockery so didn't have to wash dishes so often. Never used the dishwasher as pointless with 4 cups, plates and bowls. Needed to wash and reuse. Also a beam in our bedroom stuck out into the room fairly near to the bed so had to be careful not to bang into this when getting in and out of bed

They advertise the apartment with pictures that doesn’t correspond to the actual apartment that you were getting. Very disappointing.🤬🤬

The kitchen wasn’t very functional, no basics like salt, pepper or oil provided. The windows could not be opened and inside the room was incredibly hot (27-28°). The washing machine needed a deep clean (had a very musty odour) and the room differed substantially to what was advertised online

The location was perfect. A nice, clean location that allowed us to see the entire city on foot. Perfect size for a couple.

Curtain did not block out the light from all the rooms on all the floors of the internal courtyard which were left on all night. No chance of a sleep in after many hours of travel, due to construction work occurring outside apartment all day. No teatowel in kitchen, not even salt and pepper . Because of the layout in bedroom, there was no room to access one side of the bed. Luggage racks would be handy.

And I did not book any room in the loft. My reservation is a one bed room apartment for two, and it is 40 meters. I asked them to change it with what I booked. They refused to give me my room.

The key code was sent by text an hour before check-in, and it was easy to access the apartment with the instructions. The location was great, quiet and yet close to the central station and the Opera House (10 minute walk) and a couple of blocks to the no. 12 tram or no. 30 bus, both of which we used to get to some of the sights. The bathroom was lovely and big with a good shower and plenty of storage. & the bed was comfy with clean sheets. There was a good kitchen, which was a bonus, especially if you don't want to eat out every night. The apartment was clean and when we asked for a bin bag one was provided. We loved Oslo, it was a very accessible city, not too crowded and had plenty of museums to visit. The Oslo Pass was great value as we visited all the places we wanted, with public transport included and well as the ferries to the islands.

The apartment wasn't one of the ones shown in any of the photos on the listing, it's windows faced the courtyard making it a bit dark on a rainy day. The wardrobe was also the cleaning cupboard with only 5 coat hangers and some hanging shelving (not enough for 2 people) with no clothes storage (eg. chest of drawers) in the actual bedroom, I ended up just using my travel bag. The TV was a problem for us. We only wanted to watch it of an evening after a being out all day, but it can only be used if you sign up to Chromecast and have streaming services on your phone or other devices. We don't have any and as it was also set up in Norwegian with no obvious way to change the language, the TV was of no use to us at all. I asked about how we could use it on our first night, but the question wasn't answered. It should really be made clear before arrival that you need streaming services to use the TV or even better on the property listing, as the TV cannot be used without this. The hosts did reply after I asked again and would have sent someone to help us with the TV, but as it was the end of our stay and we had realised by this time we would not be able to access anything, we declined their offer.

Kitchen had no dish soap or dish towels so we had to use the dishwasher even though we only had a few glasses and cups. The only light switch for the main part of the apartment was near the entry door; so at night we had to turn off the lights at the entry, and walk across a dark room and down 3 steps to the bed room. On our last full day, internet was not available. We notified Forenom by e-mail (via booking.com) the morning we noticed no internet, but did not hear back until the afternoon, after their maintenance crew left for the day. Internet was still not available when we left the next morning.

NOTHING! The apartment had BEDBUGS! what was supposed to be a nice evening ended up being a terrible experience, full of bites and expensive special laundry afterwards!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

In floor heating couldn’t keep it warm. Service had to deliver supplemental heating unit. No decorations.

Decor a bit clinical but did not bother me much.

Great location. Access was easy. We’ll equipped with everything required for a short stay.

Why not provide enough coffee, tea and milk for just a few nights stay. There were no basics provided in the kitchen apart from dishwasher tablets. Even oil for cooking. Small things. We struggled to get the television to work. It would have been nice just to be able to switch it on to watch the news.

Good location in that you can walk from the train station and to a ferry port. It was a comfortable apartment and had everything we needed - the kitchen was good and we were able to cook. There are restaurants nearby - altogether a convenient and well-equipped apartment.

We had some trouble with the code access to the apartment and had to go to the Forenom office nearby to collect a keycard. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Bed mattress is infested with bed bug . My husband was bitten badly by the bed bug .

Great location, really really close to Opera, or everything you need in Oslo. Food supermarket on next corner, 2 min walks. Room clean, 2 bedrooms with nice living room, TV working with sharing from other devices. Kitchen relatively big.

Kitchen didnt have salt or sugar, almost nothing. Doors pretty thick, you can hear a lot of sounds through them. Windows from wood, not the best isolation.

A perfect place near the centre of Oslo. Easy to walk everywhere. Quiet, clean.

In the shower there was no shelf where we could put our soap/ shower gel - it was very inconvenient to pick it from the wet floor....

It was in a great position easy walk from the station.

It was unseasonably hot when we arrived and the apartment was like an oven. It took Quite a while to cool it down. No aircon so had to cope with a small fan on a chair at the end of the bed in order to sleep.

Zero - I left after 75 minutes!

I will be filing a complaint when I get back home! Someone needs to contact me in the US on Tuesday!!! I ended up not staying there and had to book a hotel on the spot!

It was self contained with an excellent kitchenette. There was a generous sitting and dining area. The location was great, walking distance to the main rail station and surrounded by places to eat. It was only a short walk to the Munch museum and public transport

Although the lift was perfectly fine to the floor there were quite a lot of different levels and fire doors to negotiate with cases to get to the room

A huge apartment, nicely laid out. Clean.

Poor lighting and availability of sockets for hairdryer etc. Too few towels, no shower mat or hand towels. No shower gel or any small touches, basic amenities.

The apartment environment was very nice and in a great location. Quiet at night and in a safe area. Heated flooring in the bathroom was very nice.
