Luxury Poolside Studio Near Hobbiton

Everything you need was there. Trouble free check in. Definitely a 2 night stay. Now off to Hobbiton which is only 15 km away. Thankyou.

Great location and spotlessly clean. Pool was amazing although couldn’t stay in for long as it was freezing. Will have to come back in the summer to fully appreciate it. Bed was so comfy!!

Amazing house. Very modern, bed was super comfy. Lots of lovely little touches, like milk in the fridge on arrival, lovely soaps and shampoos. Kitchen was great and it felt very homely. It’s winter so I didn’t use the pool but the outside area was fantastic. Also had a big TV and lovely heat pump/air con. It’s a great safe and quiet location. Would highly recommend.

When entering the house from the main road, there were quite a few cobwebs on the doors and along the entrance path, which was a bit unpleasant.

Cute and comfortable studio done to a high standard.

The place looked new, very beautiful, but also functional and comfortable. We only stayed overnight and regret not making use of the pool.

Really good location to visit hobbiton and the house was well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the pool was nice to jump in of a morning would highly reccomend

Very clean and compact pool house, perfect for our 2 night stay. Having a pool to ourselves was pure luxury. Guest information was creative & informative. Very quiet location, approx 20 minutes walk into Matamata

Beautiful quiet location close to both downtown restaurants and Hobbiton. Brand new construction. Easy access and departure. Bed was SUPER comfortable.

We booked to have a spa but the property was updated and the spa removed (of which we were proactively informed etc). While a beautiful house the kitchen area would not really be functional for cooking (no sink) and only possible to make instant coffee. This was not an issue for us as we were only staying 1 night. Also towels in bathroom were very scratchy (air dried?) would recommend some fluffy and more towels. Lastly bed placement was against a wall so had to climb over my husband to get out of bed (amazingly comfortable bed though!). Minor things that were not negative just opportunities.

it was easy to get there, to pool was great aftter so many hikes, we got what we expected and booked.

we could not turn of the light in the pool so it was on the hole night. a coffemaker besides the free instantcoffee would be great,

A little vent in the bathroom makes a bit of noise during the night with the wind.

Loved the pool such a beautiful design to swim and relax in. Everything was very clean and felt very comfortable. Very close to Hobbiton, which was only a 14-minute drive away .

Everything from the spa to pool Immaculately clean and well maintained fabulously relaxing interior and owner friendly and so accommodating would highly recommend as soon as possible close to Hobbiton.
