No servicing of room (unless you stay 9 nights or more) - feel this needs to be disclosed better on Booking.com. No live TV. WiFi was difficult to connect to.

كانت هناك بعض الحشرات في الشقة، ربما لأنها تقع في الطابق الأرضي. كما أن إحدى الغرف كانت تحتوي على رائحة قوية تشبه رائحة المجاري، وكان هناك صوت واضح للمجاري. وفي إحدى المرات لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة .

Vi havde udfordringer med en defekt seng, da der ikke var støtteben (som der var på de andre senge). Vi henvendte os til udlejer og de kom dagen efter og deres besked var, at de havde lavet sengen, men da vi kom tilbage fra byen, havde de godt nok sat en støtteben på, men det støttede ikke på gulvet. Så det ene par måtte sove alle 3 nætter på gulvet. Udlejer har efterfølgende ikke anerkendt, at de ikke havde lavet sengen selvom der blev sendt flere billeder som dokumentation. Derudover var lågen til fryseskab skæv og virkede derfor ikke. Så en meget dårlig kundeoplevelse i deres behandling af vores henvendelse og udbedring af defekter

In een van de kamers is het bed redelijk smal, een twijfelaar. Verder queensize bedden. Helaas deed de lift het gedurende ons hele verblijf niet. Dat was wel lastig omdat het apartement op de bovenste verdieping is. We hadden hier geen bericht over gekregen.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have any good views from our windows. Also we had to go down a flight of stairs ,across a walkway, up another flight of stairs, and then a second full flight of stairs to get to our flat. The elevators were out of order the entire stay. but even if the elevators were working the location still would have required all of those steps. Be careful to know ahead of time where your flat is located. I saw an L delete couple struggling without the elevator and front desk assistance was only there the last day we were there.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The location of the property was great, and close to many tourist attractions. Also, location was close to the Tube station and many shops. The apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms which was great for the four adults in my family.
The check in was kind of difficult and the access to our apartment was very tight and long. There was no one at the front desk to help us navigate our way to our apartment, we ended up calling customer service about 5 times to get checked in. The layout of the apartment was very inconvenient, you go up and down so many stairs to make it to the apartment, then when you are inside you have to go up the stairs to reach the bedrooms with the bathroom. Last day before our check out they cut off our A/C at 7:00am even though check out is usually at 11:00am. They should be more transparent with the description of their property so people that are older or disabled will not be surprised when they check in. Definitely, I will not come back to this property and I will not recommend it to others.

Check in was a bit glitchy, as the information on booking.com was different to the provider information. We had elderly relatives checking in first who found the codes tricky. But that was sorted out promptly, and the rest of our stay was lovely

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The location of the building was good and the apartment was quiet, which cannot be easy to achieve in a busy section of a busy city. The number of bedrooms was great for us, and they were sufficiently comfortable.
There is no guidance for parking while unloading and getting settled AND the directions to actually find the unit, which is tucked into a building, down a "hallway" that's not even a hallway, are poor. We struggled with luggage for three, a tiny elevator and a car illegally parked. (We got a ticket that we didn't even know about until we got back home.) We had to ask three people and finally found our cleaning person who escorted us to the unit. Way-finding is tricky. THIS unit is trickier than most to describe..

Het vinden van het appartement is een kleine uitdaging. Toewijzing van accomodatie geeft een indicatie van een bloknummer maar op de straat is niet duidelijk welk blok waar is. Na binnenkomst is de etage waar je moet zijn ook niet helder. Het zou mooi zijn als de bewegwijzering wat verbeterd met Blok nummers buiten en Appartementen nummers bij de entre en liften.

Fanns ingen kaffebryggare, lägenheten låg under markplan, ingen vidare utsikt…lägenheten var rymlig. Fick köpa handdiskmedel, komplettera med toapapper eftersom det bara fylldes på 1/gång i veckan samt köpa salt själva. Saknade krokar när man kom in att hänga ytterkläder på.

There was in a different section which was no use to us with heavy bags. Wouldn’t tell us if we could store luggage until check in. Then told us we could in a basement with no lock. Very unhelpful. TV reception very poor No natural light (it’s in the basement) With people in the rear garden/terrace it’s noisy as the garden chairs are right next to the windows. Privacy is affected when people are in the garden, especially in the evening when apartment lights are on.

Dålig beskrivning hur vi skulle hitta till vår lägenhet som låg i C. Det stod ”följ skyltar” men det fanns inte en enda skylt! Det var sällan någon på plats att fråga. Dag tre visade en kille oss en utgång vid vår lägenhet som gjorde att vi snabbare kom till tunnelbanan. Sån info skulle kunna finnas på rummet t. ex. Han var heller inget under av trevlighet utan verkade mest tycka att vi var besvärliga. Vi hade problem med låset till dörren, vilket verkade göra honom mest irriterad.
