A very spacious and functional apartment in a safe and quiet area of Vienna. It comes with a parking space, air conditioning, all the necessary household appliances, and even cleaning supplies. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the host is extremely attentive and always available if you need anything. A special thank you for the lovely gifts — such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome.

Had a great time at the apartment. The place was very spacious and had all the amenities one needed. The view from the windows overlooking the vineyard was amazing.Christian was very accommodating with all our requests and even let us park our car in the apartment parking for free for 3 days because we couldn't take our car to Prague due to rental agreement issues. It's the perfect place to be in when in Vienna . Definitely will recommend to others visiting Vienna.

Wir hatten die Fewo für 9 Nächte mit unseren 3 großen Enkeltöchtern gebucht. Wir hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen können! Sie ist schick, sehr schön geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Der Vermieter Christian hat uns ausgezeichnet betreut, beraten und reich beschenkt. Bei Außentemperaturen über 30 Grad waren die Klimaanlagen hoch willkommen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls von Vorteil: sehr ruhig, diverse Heurige in der Nähe und der Weg zum Zentrum ist mit der Tram 38 oder dem Bus 38A gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage abseits des Innenstadt-Trubels und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick erholt an. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen - einfach perfekt!! Der Blick über Wien ist genial - am Morgen als auch am Abend! Der Gastgeber ist super nett und steht für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit zur Verfügung und tut alles, um seinen Gästen unvergessliche Tage zu bereiten. Vielen lieben Dank :)

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da und haben uns auch diesmal wieder in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen, freundliche Gastgeber, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber:)

Die Ferienwohnung ist extrem großzügig, hell, sauber und top ausgestattet. Herrliche ruhige Lage mit schöner Fernsicht über einen kleinen Weingarten. Christian ist dazu noch ein aufmerksamer und sachkundiger Gastgeber mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir (4 Freundinnen) können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Christian ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist in einem perfekten Zustand und äußerst geräumig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer beherbergen 5 Personen und dazu gibt es ein großes Bad mit WC, ein Duschbad und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet! Für Kunstliebhaber hat Christian auch noch das ein oder andere Schmankerl. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Wien in einer ruhigen und gehobeneren Wohngegend. Fußläufig findet man ein paar Restaurants und einen Supermarkt + Bäcker.. mit dem Auto (kostenfreier Parkplatz vorm Haus) ist man schnell an den div. Sehenswürdigkeiten Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

We liked the area and surroundings very much. We had a great view from the apartment. The apartment itself was great. The host was very nice and friendly.

It was a little bit cold in one of the bedrooms. It would have been great if there had been a doormat at the entrance door (inside).

From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm and gracious welcome from my lovely hostess, and I knew immediately this would be a special stay. The unit itself is absolutely stunning. As an artist, I deeply appreciated the thoughtful details and care that went into every aspect of the property. With its sweeping views and tranquil setting, I knew right away my time here would be unforgettable. Every detail my host Christian designed was both beautiful and functional. The home was spotless and impeccably maintained, with airy, sun-drenched rooms, elegant furniture, and original artwork that gave it a unique character. The gourmet kitchen was a joy to use, so much so that I plan to buy a few of the same items for myself (including the beautiful teapot and incredible coffee maker). Sipping tea here felt like a luxury. The comfortable pillows, excellent shower, generous extras throughout and serene quiet made for a deeply restorative experience. I would not change a single thing, it was perfect. Staying just outside Vienna gave me a more well-rounded, peaceful experience, and I am very happy I chose this location. Döbling is a special district to stay in, I’m so glad I did. It was a little extra for Ubers from the location, well worth it for me personally. I left feeling inspired, and grateful, not only for the beauty of the property but also for the privilege of meeting such thoughtful hosts. Truly unforgettable

Very nice location and warm welcome of the host. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Easy to connect to the center with public transport.

A really large apartment with everything you will need. Christian was a great host. Would love to return one day. The location was perfect for us. There is a short walk from the tram up a bit of a hill. With heavy luggage this might make a taxi the best option when arriving. We were fine but some might struggle. The bedrooms were all of a good size. I wish we could have enjoyed the views but the winter weather took care of that.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, für die nette und ausführliche Begrüßung und die uns entgegengebrachte Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, makellos sauber und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. In dieser Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Christian stand uns jederzeit mit seinen Tipps, rund um Wien, zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch verkehrsgünstig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Top Wohnung in Top Lage mit Top Gastgeber! Die Wohnung beeindruckt nicht nur durch die atemberaubende Aussicht. Die 150m2 teilt sich auf in 2DZ, 1EZ mit Kleinem Balkon, ein großes und ein kleines Badezimmer, ein extra WC, Abstellräume, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, die Küche und als Herzstück der grossflächige Wohn-Essbereich mit einer Aussicht wie man sie in Wien nicht erwarten würde. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner die man benutzen kann. Waschmittel wird bereitgestellt. Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo stehen auch zur Verfügung. Die Straßenbahn und der Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach kurzer Fahrt erreicht man schon die Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung laden diverse Winzer zu einem Besuch ein. Auch einen Spaziergang durch das noble Viertel in dem sich die Wohnung befindet oder in die Grinzinger Weinberge kann ich empfehlen. Es befinden sich im näheren Umkreis auch mehrere Nahversorger. Christian ist ein ausgezeichneter und erstklassiger Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Und sehr verwöhnt, er hat uns einige Regionale Leckereien sowie Wein und Saft bereit gestellt. Danke dir nochmals für alles!!! Wir hatten einen einzigartigen Urlaub und können es nur empfehlen. Der Aufenthalt hier ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes.

Es una casa muy amplia con todos los detalles muy cuidados, muy completa y todo limpísimo. Totalmente recomendable. Está en una zona residencial muy agradable, silenciosa y rodeada de viñedos. Hay un tranvía a 7/8 minutos andando que te deja en el centro de Viena. El propietario es encantador y se preocupa de que todo esté perfecto. La pena es no haber podido pasar más días allí.

We had an amazing stay at Christian’s beautiful 300-year-old apartment in Vienna. From the very beginning, Christian impressed us with his attention to detail and his accommodating nature regarding check-in and check-out times. He was extremely welcoming and took the time to give us a detailed tour of the apartment, sharing the fascinating history behind it and the stunning artwork that reflects its heritage. The apartment itself offered breathtaking views, and its location made it incredibly convenient to access public transportation and explore the city. Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Everything was great: the host, the views, comfy beds & furniture.

The nicest apartment I've stayed in Vienna in the last 20 years (I go twice a year). For being well outside the city, it is very convenient. Walk 3 minutes down to the local cafes (excellent) and the bus stop - the bus is 5 mins from the U4 station which is 13 minutes direct to Karlsplatz in the center -- also the same direct line to the Schoenbrunn stop. The apartment itself had everything we could possibly need - a parking spot out front, coffee for the whole trip, a lovely bottle of local wine, local juice etc. All appliances (more than we needed) in an ultra modern kitchen -- when was the last time you stayed in an apt with Miele appliances? Christian, the owner, is a lovely man: not old, but old-school Viennese. Grinzing (the area it is in) is beautiful and the local produce/wine is famous for its quality. The pictures in listing are really not adequate -- it is far nicer, and far larger than it appears. A wonderful stay in my favorite city.

Although not a central city location we found this was a great location for our visit to Wien. The apartment is close ie walking dystance to restaurants and countryside. We loved the spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen and modern and well appointed bathroom facilities. Everything worked well for our family group. Plus, the on site parking is a great bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Christian's apartment! The view is lovely, the flat is very spacious, extremely comfortable and clean. It has all the amenities needed for a family - washing machine, dryer, cot upon request and well stocked kitchen. Christian was a great host, leaving us little treats upon our arrival and was very accommodating on all our requests. The apartment is close to shops and amenities in Grinzing which has a village feel and is very pleasant. Overall a really great experience, I would be back anytime!

Nothing - everything was fantastic!

The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (bath, shower, 4 sinks, 2 toilets) which was perfect for our party of 5 (parents with 3 adult children). The hosts thought of every detail, and responded quickly to any questions. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with multiple vineyards, and yet, it is only a short 5 minute walk from a street with multiple restaurants, grocery store, bank, bakery, and streetcar station. The property is air conditioned.

The property is exceptional. It wasn't an issue for our party, but the location of the property (20-30 minute car ride from the old town) may be an issue for some.

We felt as if we were staying at an apartment of a close relative. Of course, we were not at home, but we felt welcomed as if we were at home. The view is spectacular. The apartment is equally beautiful. It is very spacious. Devices are of high quality. Everything clean. Beds, pillows and duvets comfortable - it was so nice to slip into bed after a long day. Hassle-free parking. The accommodation was a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to repeat it.

Huge and beautiful comfortable apartment with everything you need for a family (a/c for summer, laundry facilities, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 WC, well stocked kitchen, free parking). Well decorated and with an amazing view as well!

Nothing! Not a problem for us and our kids, but there are quite a lot of precious paintings around the house. I can see some families may have a bit of a challenge protecting the paintings depending on their kids' ages and carefulness.

This home is just magical. Looking out over the hills of Grinzing, this apartment was really roomy, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. Our host, Christian, was gracious, always available and even left us a wonderful gift package upon arrival! The area is pristine, quiet and ideal for a wonderfully relaxing time in this upscale, verdant area of Vienna. The Wi-Fi works great and is super fast, and there is a flat-sceen TV in the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and all washrooms came with their own toiletries and hairdryers. Cleaning products, just everything. Not that you would need those because the house was, as said, sparkling clean. 100% would recommend to absolutely anyone.

A lovely apartment, great on every element I need as someone who travels a lot. Many little things for comfort from the host, great furnishing, and good communication.

We know Vienna quite well and we came to attend a ceremony. Grinzing is an upper class residential area and the place where the most typical “Heurigen” are located. The apartment is spacious, confortable and has been fully renovated in a tasteful way. Christian waited for us late in the evening to handle the keys, showed us the apartment and left local and fresh products for breakfast. Everything was perfect!!! We will come again for sure!
