Der Zweck unserer Reise war eine medizinische Nachkontrolle in einem Universitätsklinikum im Stadtteil Kağıthane – praktisch direkt um die Ecke vom Apartment. Für uns war die Lage mehr als genial. Wir halten uns auch unabhängig von medizinischen Terminen häufig in Kağıthane auf, und die Gegend hat uns diesmal wieder sehr gut gefallen. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in den TSL Apartments Kağıthane. Kağıthane ist ein sehr lebendiger Stadtteil mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und einer bunten, vielfältigen Bevölkerung. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr gut mit der U-Bahn, dem Bus oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Wohnzimmer und integrierter Küche, separatem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie einem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das Apartment war sehr funktionell und komplett ausgestattet – inklusive Waschmaschine und einer sehr guten Klimaanlage. Das tolle Design, der sehr gepflegte Zustand und die vollständige Ausstattung haben uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die makellose Sauberkeit, die den positiven Eindruck der Unterkunft abgerundet hat. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The property was stunning really beautiful, the staff were amazing especially the guy and the girl that worked in the cafe downstairs, they both went above and beyond to help us with places we weren't sure of and things to do, they were lovely so friendly and made our stay so much better :) the food was amazing as well 👌🏽 so handy for room service as well.
Didn't like that the spa area wasn't open. Our balcony was full of pigeon poo, it's not the staffs fault the pigeons choose to sit there but would've thought it would be clean for us arriving.

شئ واحد وهو عدم وجود من يحمل الحقائب أخدم نفسك بنفسك وهذا متعب بعض الشئ

البعد عن الأماكن السياحية تقريبا نصف ساعة عن تقسيم والبسفور النظافة كل 3 ايام المفترض كل يومين بحيث يوم تنظيف ويوم بدون تنظيف موظف الاستقبال له لحية كان فظا ويبدو عنده ميول عنصرية ضد العرب ، استئذناه بتمديد ساعة عند خروجنا قال اخرجوا أو سأحضر الأمن؟

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026An ample sized apartment, clean and comfortably warm, this was in January with an ambient temp of less than 10*c so please with the warmth. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning unit so would be comfortable in the summer. The apartment was comfortable and more than met our needs. I would not hesitate to rebook should we return to Istanbul.
The only draw back was our apartment overlooked a four lane road but the noise did not prevent us from sleeping.

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. • Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel war makellos sauber, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. • Freundlichkeit & Empfang: Das Personal ( Herr Ahmet ; Herr Mazlum ; Herr Yusuf ) war überaus herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Schon beim Empfang wurde ich sehr freundlich begrüßt, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe. • Frühstück: Das Frühstück war hervorragend – (Ein Dankeschön und Liebe Grüße an das Koch Team ) frisch, reichhaltig und mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. • Service: Jegliche Anliegen wurden professionell und schnell umgesetzt, die Ausführung der Arbeiten war durchweg sehr gut. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Wer in Istanbul einen angenehmen, komfortablen und gastfreundlichen Aufenthalt sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

The accommodation wasn't prepared for three people as per booking. Room service not existant, had to make our own bed, rubish collected once in three days. Deposit taken and not returned apparently due to the bank issue, however two days later still no money returned. Walking distance next to a busy road to shopping centre.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Η τοποθεσία, η άνεση στα δωμάτια. Πήραμε το διαμέρισμα με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και σαλόνι και ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο. Μείναμε δυο φορές στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.
Ενώ και στις δυο διαμονές μας είχα κάνει κράτηση για τρία άτομα (2 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί 10 χρονών) και τις δύο φορές δεν είχαν έτοιμα κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες κτλ. για το τρίτο άτομο και αναγκαστήκαμε είτε να τα ζητήσουμε αργότερα στο δωμάτιο είτε να κατεβούμε να τα παραλάβουμε εμείς μετά τις 20:00 αφού δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό να μας τα ανεβάσει.

De locatie is voor iedereen verschillend dus daar kan ik niet veel overzeggen maar dit is geen touristisch gebied maar dicht bij verschillende verbindingswegen dus voor degene die zaken doet in het europese deel kan het handig zijn en niet te duur.
Als je aan de wegkant slaapt is het wat lawaaiig.
