C’est à proximité de tout aéroport,restaurant, la place jemaa el fan et à 30 min des activités comme quad moto buggy ect. La propriétaire elle est super gentille très accueillante a l’écoute et la résidence est sécurisé.

Zeer prettige host. We hebben heel laat het appartement op zelfde dag geboekt en ingecheckt maar konden in appartement in. Brandschone apartement en een goede airco die de hele woning goed koelt. Ruime balkon met uitzicht op binnenzwembad. Omdat we laat hadden ingecheckt kregen we volgende ochtend een verse sap en heerlijke cakejes bezorgt ipv zelfde dag (prijzenswaardig). Toegang tot appartementencomplex via toegangspoort waar bewakers staan die alleen bevoegden toelaten en de auto konden we veilig ondergronds parkeren. Kortom: zeer veilige omgeving.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce logement. L'appartement est tout simplement magnifique ! Même les enfants ont adoré la décoration. Tout est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. L’hôte nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse : un plateau de pâtisseries françaises, des boissons fraîches et une grande bouteille d’eau nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Après plusieurs heures de route, cette délicate attention a vraiment fait toute la différence. L'appartement est équipé de 2 salles de bains, ce qui est vraiment top avec des enfants ! Tout au long du séjour, l’hôte est resté disponible et à l’écoute, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions. Nous avons sincèrement apprécié sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence très agréable, très calme et parfaitement sécurisée. Les enfants ont pu jouer dans la piscine en toute tranquillité, la baignade étant surveillée. Et avec quatre piscines à disposition, chacun y trouve largement son compte ! Je recommande ce logement à 300%, tant pour l’accueil exceptionnel de l’hôte que pour l’emplacement idéal et la disposition de l’appartement. Tout est à proximité, et l’aéroport se trouve à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Franchement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Un séjour au top dans un appartement impeccable, très bien décoré et avec des lits vraiment confortables. La résidence est calme, sécurisée et l’emplacement parfait, proche de la médina et de la ville moderne. Un grand merci à Ptisame, toujours disponible et au petit soin. Je garde l'adresse précieusement! Dommage que mon séjour ait été trop court.

It was an excellent location, apartment and a lovely host who went above and beyond for us. I will definitely be booking here when I'm next back in Marrakech and will be recommending this to all my friends and family. The place was clean, calm and very stylish. 100% recommended! Clean shower, comfortable bed with all the amenities needed for your stay.

It was a lovely apartment and will come back. It had all the dishes and the apartment was furnished nicely. Also the customer service was wonderful the ladies where welcoming and i recommend it.

Nothing it was amazing

The property is in a gated “garden Riad” block 10 mins drive from Menara airport. Although on a main Boulevard, the apartment is in a quiet area with no traffic or airport noise. Marrakesh is a crazy place to drive and park and so we parked up our hire car (parking is free at the Appartement) and took taxis into the medina/main tourist area for £6-£10 each way. The apartment is new, elegantly decorated and well equipped with good internet. There are 6 rooms: a living area, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one en suite), a separate bathroom/shower, and a large outside balcony with dining table and sitting area. The rooms are all compact but functional and well designed, with air conditioning. The showers are particularly good. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher or microwave but has full facilities for cooking/self catering. The apartment overlooks a good sized swimming pool with sun loungers which is shared with others in the community but was a real boon in temperatures of 37degrees. Ptissamee responded quickly in all communications and was a helpful and attentive host. There are cheaper places to stay in Marrakesh but the tranquil situation, swimming pool and quality of the environment makes this a special place to stay.

There are no local shops or restaurants within walking distance.

For a first timer in Morocco, I feel we got lucky as the place was really nice as shown in the pictures.

There were some technical issues with the Air conditioner but was sorted by the Host in no time at all.

Cleanliness

The host ruined my stay here. If you like privacy then do not book here! I kept being told of for accidentally leaving the lights on when I would go out (for how expensive it is this shouldn’t a problem). The cleaner checked me in and then the host called me asking where I was as she wanted to come meet me and explain the rules, I was out and still had to arrange to meet her whilst busy. This property wouldn’t be family friendly as everything is white so children would be risky if a mess was to be made. CAMERAS INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. A cat came to the door which I let inside for a few minutes and she knew straight away, meaning she was watching me all the time as it was only a few minutes she then came to the house and asked if I was smoking, and complained about the cat. I was a solo traveller I smoked on the balcony and she would see me on the balcony when she would walk past. For how expensive it is you have no privacy at all. When I checked out she never sent me any message of how I will leave and if I needed any help getting a taxi or anything just rude. I left and found a 2 bedroom villa with breakfast included and a private pool for the same price. Also beaware of the taxes! I paid 300dh for 7 nights when I arrived. The villa I checked into after charged me 20dh for 7 nights. I’m not sure who this property would be suitable for as children cannot stay here and neither can friends stay here of opposite genders. And cameras inside the property mean you are watched all the time. She knew as soon as I allowed the cat inside for a few minutes!

It was a pleasant stay for several days 😊. It was our first time in Marroko. We felt very welcome and got help whenever we needed. The appartment is in a super condition.
