Un ottimo colazione e una buona posizione

Ambiente non troppo curato e mi hanno chiesto di lasciare una caparra per l’appartamento senza che mi fosse stato detto al momento della prenotazione

The breakfast was good with many options. There are parking spots behind the hotel. The apartment was spacious. The sauna was a nice bonus.

You have to clean the apartment by yourself, so it would be nice to have more cleaning products.

No avisaron con antelación que si no limpias tú antes de irte te cobran un extra de 80 euros. Si no pagas ese extra tienes que aspirar, limpiar el baño y quitar las sábanas, a parte de dejar todo recogido y cocina limpia. El personal no es especialmente agradable. Por el precio del alojamiento, más la caución que hay que dejar, me pareció el alojamiento y el personal bastante deficiente

Très cher par rapport au marché Pas possible de voir les aurores boréal depuis (centre ville donc normal) Très radins sur les produits : nous avons du réclamer du sel, pas de shampoing (sachant qu’on nous a dit qu’on allait en ramener) Aucun passage de ménage C’est clairement un Airbnb avec un bon petit dej mais pas hôtel du tout.

Es una buena opción para estar unos días, total libertad para cocinar y hacer tu marcha. Es espacioso, cómodo, caliente y no le falta de nada, tiene todo tipo de utensilios y sauna. Buenas ubicación y parking si alquilas coche. El personal del hotel que regenta el apartamento es muy amable y resolutivo. El desayuno incluido facilita la estancia.

Por decir algo, no está referenciado cómo utilizar la sauna y encenderla. Pero el personal del hotel lo resolvió, gracias Natalia!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, auf der Schlafcouch gab es sogar einen Topper, sodass das Schlafen sehr gemütlich war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, es gab eine sehr große Auswahl! Außerdem war die Lage unschlagbar. Sie lag nicht weit entfernt vom City Center, alles war fußläufig erreichbar (einkaufen, Abfahrten für viele Ausflüge, Bus zum Santa Claus Village und Flughafen). Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft und wir würden jederzeit wieder diese wählen.

Grand appartement confortable, lumineux, calme et tres propre, petit dejeuner tres complet, le sauna est un avantage, possibilite de deposer ses bagages a la reception, du linge en extra et produits menagers fournis, menage pris en charge par l hotel en fin de sejour, personnel aidant, idealement situé pour aller observer les aurores boreales du jardin de l Artikum a 5 minutes a pied lorsque les conditions s y prêtent :)

Appartement un peu excentre du centre ville a 10 minutes a pied de la plupart des pick up points pour les excursions, a 5 a pied minutes d un supermarche, pas de nettoyage journalier durant le sejour, un petit book avec les horaires petit dejeuner, code wifi, fonctionnement du sauna et du lave vaisselle serait un plus, literie un peu molle, check in a 17h, radiateur dans la douche un peu etrange

Una ubicación perfecta, buen desayuno y buenas instalaciones

El abusivo precio, despues de llevar más de 10 dias por la zona es el alojamiento más caro que hemos pagado y es igual a los demás. Abonamos 288€ por una noche y ni siquiera habia jabón en la ducha, pero eso si un radiador dentro de la ducha. El desayuno fuera del alojamiento, estaba cerca pero habia que ponerse abrigo, botas..... En fin un ABUSO en toda regla

Muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Pillamos el desayuno, que se sirve en un hotel que está a menos de dos minutos andando. Desayuno bastante variado y bueno. El personal muy amable y servicial, como no estábamos alojados en el hotel nos dieron un número de WhatsApp para que pudiéramos contactar durante las 24 horas. La ubicación también buena, en menos de 10 minutos andando estabas en la calle principal

The only relatively positive thing about this stay was the location - around 10-minute walk to the center of the city. Staff was friendly at arrival but that was it, nothing more.

Most disappointing thing was that the appartment is advertised to be an extention of the hotel; that was definitely not the case. The appartment was more or less clean when we arrived, however they do not clean it during our stay unless we pay an extra fee. Towels and bed linens are the same, only changed for an extra fee. All of this was definitely not mentioned in the booking confirmation, and that was not the impression we had when booking. However, the worst part was the breakfast: cleanliness is poor, taste is bad and really did not enjoy neither the food, nor the drinks. I’m usually not one to write a bad review; but this was bad.

Buona Posizione

Non era ben pulito e mancavano i prodotti da bagno. La colazione monotona presso un hotel nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo fatto anche check in e check out.

Good location, comfortable place.

Check in after 4-5 pm …. No information book available in the flat …

We really like the location. We always choose hotels with central location. Our apartment was just perfect. We did not stay much there because we love to explore and there is plenty to visit. Breakfast was very basic - i quess just the way it is so no complains :) We found everything what we need just every day the same. Standard powder scrambled eggs :) Staff was very polite and super accommodating.

Big space, sauna

cold, cold radiators and impossible to change the temperature. HAd to ask for toilet paper and hair dryer.
