appartement très bien équipé, le mobilier est moderne et rien ne manquait, tout est prévu et très propre. L'accueil est vraiment très bien. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Und es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Alles in Gehweg Entfernung. Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Frisöre und was man sonst braucht. Der Besitzer war so nett und hat sich so gekümmert. Ich hatte das Gefühl ich bin bei meiner Familie zuhause. Sie haben immer nach mich gefragt und geschaut ob ich irgendwas brauche. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und würde jedes Mal dort wieder zurück gehen. Also wirklich alles sehr sehr gut!

بشكل عام لا أنصح بهذه الشقة، وكانت تجربتي غير جيدة.

إقامتي في هذه الشقة لم تكن كما توقعت، وأرى أن بعض التقييمات المنشورة لا تعكس الواقع الكامل للتجربة، وربما تكون نتيجة طلب المالك من بعض النزلاء كتابة تقييمات إيجابية، لذلك أحببت توضيح تجربتي بكل أمانة. الشقة تقع في الطابق التاسع، وهذا يجعلها شديدة الحرارة معظم الوقت، خاصة في الأوقات الحارة. كذلك المساحة الفعلية للشقة أصغر بكثير مما توحي به الصور المنشورة، وقد شعرت بأنها ضيقة جدًا، باستثناء المطبخ الذي كانت مساحته مناسبة نسبيًا. الحمام أيضًا قديم جدًا، ولا يتوافق مع الانطباع الذي تعطيه الصور المعروضة في الإعلان. أما من ناحية الموقع، فالسكن بعيد عن المناطق الحيوية، ويستلزم الاعتماد على التاكسي أو أوبر بشكل دائم. الشقة تقع في منطقة: مشروع كلية البنات، خلف دار الدفاع الجوي، بجوار نادي الطلائع، مدينة نصر، وكان من الصعب على السائقين الوصول إليها بدقة، مما تسبب في إهدار وقت وزيادة في تكاليف المواصلات. كما أن أسلوب الاستقبال والتعامل لم يكن مريحًا بالنسبة لي، لذلك بشكل عام لا أنصح بهذه الشقة، وكانت تجربتي غير جيدة.

I had an absolutely outstanding stay at this beautiful apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless, modern, stylish, and well-maintained everything was. The apartment is exactly as described, but in reality it is even better. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The location is perfect, situated in a safe and secure building and close to shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and everything you might need during your stay. Getting around Cairo was extremely convenient. What truly made this experience exceptional was the host, Mahmoud. I have traveled to many countries around the world and stayed in countless hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that Mahmoud is one of the best hosts I have ever met. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, generous, respectful, and professional. His manners are truly exceptional, and he goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable and happy. He treats guests like family and makes you feel completely at home from day one. His character is remarkable, his communication is excellent, and he is always available whenever assistance is needed. It is rare nowadays to meet someone with such genuine hospitality and such high standards of customer care. This apartment is truly a masterpiece and one of the best places I have ever stayed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. Without any hesitation, I would stay here again and would give it more than 10/10 if possible.

From the very beginning, communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, which made the entire process stress-free and welcoming. My host was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, always ready to help with any questions or requests. They provided helpful recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about creating a great experience. What stood out the most was their hospitality and attention to detail. Every little effort—from ensuring the apartment was perfectly prepared to checking in during my stay—made a big difference and showed a high level of professionalism. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Their warmth, reliability, and dedication made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly stay again in the future.

Mahmoud is an exceptionally trustworthy person who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He pays great attention to detail and checked in on us almost daily to ensure everything was going well. If you’re new to Egypt, you can always ask him for advice—he’s more than willing to help. He even helped me purchase two train tickets to Alexandria without any hesitation. As a kind gesture, his wonderful family also prepared a meal for us during Ramadan (breakfast at sunset). May Allah bless him and his family for their generosity.

Very clean apartment, accessible location near almost everything (~5-10 minutes walk),

First of all, Mahmud is a very good person; he's become our best friend in Egypt. We travel to Egypt for business, and this was our first trip. We're so glad we rented this apartment; it's fantastic, everything is new and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need, and the bathroom was very clean. A wonderful scent greeted us as soon as we entered – the scent of cleanliness and warmth. The location was perfect for us; everything is nearby – a market, restaurants, a pharmacy. If you need anything, just tell Mahmud, and he immediately starts working to get it for you. I've traveled to many countries around the world, but I've never met such a hospitable host. The area is very safe; we didn't encounter any problems. The balcony is wonderful, and the internet is very fast. There's so much more to say, but if you're looking for a place to stay in Egypt, you can rent this apartment without hesitation.

The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. Well equipped and furnished. The host was really great, very accomodating and helpful. Theres a supermarket just accross the road. A quick trip to city stars mall and a nice street with lots of restuarants and shops. Real value for money. Will definitely stay again

The outside looks like most buildings in Cairo so it is normal but not very appealing. There is no cleaning and you need to have your shoes off when in the apartment.

Everything was exceptionally great

The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can immediately tell that attention has been paid to every detail. A special mention goes to the host and his wonderful family – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Mr. Mahmoud was always available, supported us with everything we needed, and genuinely cared about making us feel at home. A particular highlight was that he even arranged a beautiful follow-up accommodation for us – something that is by no means a given and truly shows his exceptional dedication. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and Mr. Mahmoud. We will definitely return to Mr. Mahmoud on our next visit to Cairo.

كانت الإقامة أكثر من رائعة! الشقة نظيفة جداً، مرتّبة، وتحتوي على جميع المستلزمات التي قد يحتاجها أي ضيف، مما يجعل الإقامة مريحة لأقصى درجة. الجو داخل الشقة دافئ وهادئ ويبعث على الراحة، والتصميم العصري يزيد من جمال المكان. موقعها ممتاز وكل شيء كان يفوق التوقعات. صاحب الشقة شخص راق إلى أبعد حد، يتميّز بحسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة والاهتمام الكبير بالضيوف. من لحظة الوصول وهو حريص على توفير كل سبل الراحة، دائم الاطمئنان والسؤال إن كنا نحتاج أي شيء، ومتعاون جداً بشكل يعكس أخلاقه العالية. أنصح وبشدة بالحجز لديه، فهو يجعل التجربة أرقى وأفضل بكثير.

لا يوجد أي ملاحظة، كل شيء كان في غاية الإتقان.

Uno dei migliori host che abbia incontrato. Gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto e mostrato la casa. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ci ha fatto arrivare della frutta fresca. Una persona che era con me ha dimenticato un borsellino nell'appartamento e il signor Mahmud si è messo subito a nostra disposizione per inviarlo al nostro indirizzo. Posizione ottima

I don't know where to start. The appartement looks exactly like the pictures, nice, clean, and comfy. The eara is great everything is around you. We met the owner, Mr. Mahmoud personally, he welcomed us with his beautiful polite kids with flowers, the owner was very helpful understandable, every time we need it him he was around and answered very quickly to his phone and all the questions. Every day was he asking us if we needed anything. What i like about this apartment is that it was clean because I have an 8 month old baby, he even gave us some diper for my daughter which was very kind of him. Our flight took off at 4.30 am, Mr. Mahmoud came at 2 am. to hand him his apartment keys, and he helped us with the luggage and even opened the doors of the Uber for us. He is such a humble man. I have stayed in the past in so many Airbnb places before. But this apartment is very clean and peaceful. I really recommend his apartment to everyone. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely.
