Reviewed Apr 26, 2023Very little. Nice floors and ceiling
This is not an elegant/ luxury apt/suite and did not come close to matching other 3 on this trip. Photos were staged and apt did not exactly match photos. Listing did not indicate cleaning and linens after 7 days, big failure. Internet router unplugged and needed reset, corrected after 2 calls. Bed top 19 inches from floor, tired furniture and stained carpet does not equal elegant. Dated bathroom and kitchen remodel, all toilet items needed purchase at day 2. In Ztl do not attempt bag drop. Very small shower. Internet check in could pose problems with comm/data issues. Fought for linens and then discovered original bed made without top sheet, sanitation issues? Staff attempted to address solvable issues. Cancelled hotel based on this listing description, this was a mistake
