Misleading photos and description, (artistic licence) when, referring to a small fragile desk and chair a dining and seating area. Using phrases like "entire unit is yours" hiding behind "we did mention that the unit is only 18sq metres in total" is disingenuous as many people are not able to visualise what 18sqm really looks like. No iron, and nothing was communicated the remedy. No place to unpack the basics out of your suitcase. Far to small for two people. Misleading" Bath AND OR shower" needs to be removed and stated shower AND bath or only shower in bath.

Location for me was perfect ,since I was on the amstel park for an event the whole week , All equipped apartment ,super clean and comfortable, very close to supermarket, gym ،metro and highway Overall, an amazing experience and would definelty book it again on my next trip to Amsterdam A well deserved 5⭐️ and more

I stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend in Amsterdam. Highly recommend and would stay again. Inside: compact and comfortable with everything we needed: comfy beds, great shower, good hairdryer and iron, modern decor, very clean, loads of toiletries Outside: quiet road, very green, nice neighbourhood, 3 minute walk to the tram stop (25 or 5 takes you into the centre). We arrived late at night into Centraal station (Eurostar) and were able to get a metro to Zuid and then it's just a couple of tram stops. Very easy to get around and the trams run until the early hours. Highly recommend the De Pijp area for lovely restaruants and bars, a market and nice shops After a busy day in the centre (Jordaan, boat trip, museum, A'dam lookout) it was nice to freshen up and then just go a few stop to De Pijp for dinner.

It was very clean, the amenities were great, hosts were very helpful, the tram was a 3 min walk from the studio and there’s a supermarket less than 5 minutes away

Amazing stay! When booking I was apprehensive about the location but this apartment is conveniently located a 3 minute walk from main tram lines (which you can you contactless to tap on and off) which bring you all around the city. It is also beside the Zuid train station which can bring you to Utrecht in 2 stops! David was so kind and flexible with early check in / check out which made managing luggage and travel day so much easier. The bed was super comfy and it also had an amazing shower! Really recommend for a stay in Amsterdam, very good value for money.

Sehr gute Lage. Mehrere Restaurants und supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Die innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren innerhalb von 30 minuten erreichbar.

Es gab keinen Eßbereich wie es in der beschreibung bei der Buchung stand. Frühstücken war so nur im/ auf dem Bett möglich. Da es keine öffnenbare Fenster gab, mussten wir die Eingangstür offen lassen zum lüften. Die Küchenzeile bestand aus einem Schrank mit etwas Geschirr, Nespressomaschine und Minikühlschrank. Das war kein Appartement sondern ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and stocked with everything I needed. David has thoughtfully stocked the place with coffee, tea and little snacks and the bathroom is well stocked too with plenty of toiletries. It's a short walk away from the tram and only 1 stop away from the major metro and 20min+ direct tram right to the canals. I was here for work conference at RAI which was very accessible and also found it very convenient for my leisure extension after. Location is in a quiet residential area with 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby. The host David was also very responsive and helpful!

Be aware that there is no microwave! However the pantry is stocked with cutlery and coffee machine for other light meals that don't need reheating. Mini fridge is good for other snacks like fruits, cheese or deli meats.

Easy to find and we could pass by early in the first day to drop our luggages. The appartement was very clean and we could have our morning coffee.

We hear the neighbors as if there weren't any walls and there were some constructions in the next flat.

it's a good location in terms of convenient public transportation and a supermarket is closed by. Room itself is nice. The host is super kind and helpful.

the sound isolation is poor and I can hear the street very well. The curtain can't blind the car light at night. So it's noisy and bright at night. it is suggested to check the smell of some of the pillows.

Absolutely loved our stay! The studio was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in process was super smooth with clear instructions, and David was always available and friendly whenever we had questions. Great location, very quiet and comfortable — perfect for a few days in Amsterdam. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Access to the studio is very easy and flexible, the room is spotless, towels are super soft and everything you need (toiletries, coffee/tea, etc.) is already in the room. There are multiple supermarkets and places to eat within walking distance. Public transport to Station Zuid is also within minutes from the studio. Definitely recommended if you want to have a nice stay in Amsterdam without the loudness and excessive prices of hotels in the city center!

The room was beautiful, very clean and the bed oh so comfortable.

The fact that I couldn’t cook or heat up anything. No kitchen or microwave. It was kind of too open to the main road.

Ground floor apartment, smooth check-in process, very close to tram station, supermarket. Peaceful neighborhood, exactly what i needed for some me-time on my birthday! Cozy set up, comfortable, well equipped shower n toiletries. Appreciate David's support for a slightly early check in as I was moving from first 2 nights stay in hotel.

I didn't realize there will be no microwave or stove during booking, just electric kettle n coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat ready to eat food from Jumbo supermarket which is well stocked.

Noisy from the road in the morning and general noise in stairwell but that’s not the apartments fault. Could maybe do with blackout blinds/curtain as light from outside very bright too

The studio was well located being only 2 minutes walk from a tram stop and only 3 stops from Amsterdam Zuid which made for easy access from the airport. It was a pleasant tram ride to Amsterdam's Museums and then to the old city. The finish of the studio is of high quality. The bed comfortable and the shower excellent. It was an excellent base for our time in Amsterdam.

We were travelling for an extended period and there was not much room for our two suitcases, but having said that much more room than many hotel rooms.

Great host and location, easily walkable to supermarket and tram stop.

No opening window and no aircon made unit stuffy, no privacy, no cooking facilities and only double bed. Booking.com described as one bedroom unit but is only an average hotel room very misleading and not what we booked.

David was a great host, who met me and ran me through the studio. The studio is small, but well equipped with a comfortable bed and large bathroom in a great location beside the tram and near the supermarket. David was very understanding and let me stay beyond the check out time to avoid the Code Rood storm outside!

A small amount of noise in the mornings, but not too out of the ordinary for the location on a busy road.

David is a wonderful host, always make sure that we are fine and don't lack anything and always available for help. The studio is perfectly located, 1 minute away from public transport and near everything.

The only down side was that there is no windows so you need to open the door to let air comes in. Other than that everything is a 10/10

The location was great - not too far from the center but it was nice and quiet. The hosts could not have been better - one thing that stood out is when we asked them a question about the public transport after getting lost and they went out of their way to Facetime us to talk us through how to get around! They were really kind, genuine people and made our stay perfect. They had every small extra you could think of in the room to just make our stay a little bit better (facemasks, multiple towels, air freshener spray etc)

Everything about this property was amazing. So cozy and comfortable, we didn’t need cooking facilities so that was not a problem but we had a basic kitchen so a fridge/sink/kettle and thats all we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was stellar. Shower was a dream to use. Very clean, good TV service and good wifi. The host, David, was amazing. He helped us with everything as first timers and always checked if we needed anything else whilst we were there

Nothing. Maybe a bit far from Central Amsterdam but it wasn’t an issue as its right next to a tram, which costs £9 for the day.

I had a lovely stay! Host met me on arrival to show me room but can use key box if you prefer. She was very friendly. I stayed for a week so she asked during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed like towels etc. Close to tram stop so could easily get into the city. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay in this room. the room is very nice, the room has a warm feel to it. the shower is amazing! the location is great if you want to see Amsterdam (with tram and metro it takes about 20-25 minutes to get in the center), but want to sleep at a chill spot. the hosts are very kind and helpful when there are questions. The room was super clean. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a room to stay in Amsterdam.
