Behaviour of staff exceptional. At Reception, gentleman is the person creating all the difference. He takes care of guests' need and always delivers with smile. Hotel rooms need refurbishment but your staff compensates all. Had a nice tasty breakfast, which I never expected, food was great.

Rooms need paint job, it has patches of seepage marks.

Spacious room with a beautiful view. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

There were very noisy guests staying above our room who played loud music throughout the night and made a lot of noise by jumping on the floor. Unfortunately, this disturbed us throughout our second night. We stayed for two nights, and the first night was really good and peaceful. However, the noise from the guests on the second night made it difficult to sleep and affected our overall experience.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

This was my 4th stay at this hotel and the experience keeps getting better. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and exactly what you expect. A special mention to the reception staff member who looked after us - even though I forgot his name, full credit goes to him for his hospitality and quick help throughout the stay. The overall service is consistent and hassle-free every time. Location is convenient and value for money is excellent. Will definitely be back again.

It is not a good place. It is on a main road way and one could not sleep with the noise. If we were wand we could have taken ear plugs. We had to leave very early at 6.and they could not give us any sandwiches.

Not very clean. The carpets need to be replaced or steam cleaned. The pictures were deceiving.

Views to the surrounding town, peaceful at night; good breakfast (tou can choose continental or indian). Welcome tea; had a kettle in room, hot water, safe parking, everything was fine!

A bit cold in shower but good temperature to rest in bed.

We spent 3 nights totally 4 days in Hills by Kubura and had a wonderful stay. The place offers stunning view, the food was delicious especially breakfast and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway

Zit wat verder weg van restaurants of activiteiten, kun je niet lopend bezoeken. Niet al het personeel kan goed engels waardoor communicatie soms lastig was.

Edificio de estilo inglés bonito. Camas cómodas. Salón de estar común amplio y agradable, con grandes cristaleras con vistas a los campos y televisión. Personal muy amable y atento. Habitación con balcón y vistas a los campos de cultivo.

Las habitaciones necesitan un repaso. El suelo es de moqueta y está un poco sucio y estropeado. Las paredes tienen humedades. El baño tambien necesita un repaso. La habitación huele a humedad en consecuencia.

Some issues with the electricity outage. Only happened once during our stay but was fixed by morning.

Old building that is not well maintained. Dirty old carpet and damp rooms. Bed is small.

Room and bathroom was very comfortable and the WiFi was very strong!

Nothing. Location is a little out of town but if you have a car it's fine.

Warm blanket which is necessary

Mold in the room, wet smell, bed sheets had stains, no toilet paper, location is far from the Center, Signal is very Bad and they changed the WiFi password over night so we had nothing.

Nice accommodation with very nice and helpful personnels. Food was really delicious. Rooms could be cleaner and bed matrace was too soft, but the bathrooms with nice shower and really warm watter made up for it. Guys there did everything for us and make us enjoying our stay there.

Everything was great. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, nice hot shower and tea making facilities. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble! The breakfast was also fantastic. Thanks for an excellent stay
