Apart from a clothes rail and some hangers there was no other clothes storage. A chest of drawers would be really helpful.

The room on the top floor felt spacious and light The breakfasts in the adjoined cafe were incredible

Frukosten var helt magiskt. Fick själv beställa från meny och det var helt otroligt gott! Överträffade alla högt ställda förväntningar.

Var väldigt fullt i frukostmatsalen, så vi fick vänta en bra stund första frukosten. Vore bra om hotellgästerna hade företräde till borden alt. att man bokade sin frukosttid. Hade varit önskvärt med några bord ute också. Men det var verkligen en liten detalj i ett för övrigt helt fantastiskt boende.

Понравилось буквально всё, расположение, за углом центральная улица и площадь коммерции, 200м кафедральный собор. Сам номер, оформлен со вкусом, там просто приятно находиться, бытовая техника на уровне. Великолепные завтраки, которые были на первом этаже в кафе-ресторане. Завтрак очень разнообразный, вкусный, красиво оформленный и заказывается по меню, очень рекомендую. Прикреплю фото завтраков. В номере были шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, зубные щётки и паста. На кухне есть вся посуда, а так же капсулы для кофемашины и чайные пакетики, которые пополнялись каждый день. Уборка была каждый день и полотенца меняли тоже каждый день. По приезду нас ждали вкусные булочки, бутылка воды и открытка с персональными пожеланиями написанная от руки, это мелочь но насколько приятно.

Такого просто не было. Нам понравилось ВСЁ:)

We had a lovely stay at Hygge House Downtown Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the place had that fresh, well looked-after feeling, with everything tidy, comfortable and clearly cared for. The location is honestly one of its best parts. You are right in the heart of downtown Lisbon, close to Praça do Comércio, Rossio, Alfama, Chiado and the waterfront, with cafés, restaurants and shops all around. It is the kind of place where you can step outside and immediately feel the city. Breakfast at the café downstairs was excellent, fresh and relaxed, and it became a really nice part of our morning routine. The staff were wonderful: kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place, with a warm feeling. We would happily stay here again. Thank you 🥰😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The cab driver from the airport could not exactly locate the apartment but Bruna was so nice to come out onto the street and help us get across the road. Even though our afternoon flight from Zurich was cancelled, my booking was still honored when we arrived the next day almost 24 hours behind scheduled check in.

A few packets of creamer for morning tea would be really appreciated.

De locatie is geweldig! Alles op loopafstand en openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Het is een comfortabel appartement en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker fijn dat je ook je bagage achter kan laten als je vroeg aankomt of laat weggaat. Echt een aanrader in Lissabon!

Een paar haakjes en doucheknopjes die niet helemaal goed vastzaten. Ook het witte kleed in de woonkamer is aan vervanging toe. Persoonlijk zou ik niet kiezen voor een wit kleed in een hotel omdat de meeste mensen toch met hun schoenen hier overheen gaan lopen. Daarnaast zat de kast voor het schoonmaak personeel precies buiten onze deur. We hoorden hierdoor heel goed het personeel kletsen. Bijna alsof ze bij ons in de kamer stonden.

The property is on a busy road that can be noisy quite late into the night and early again the next morning. It makes sleeping with the window open a bad idea

The water will get out easily when taking a shower, because the design of the ground doesn’t have an enough slope.

Spacious apartment. Location was splendid, you can get anywhere from here. It had everything you need to cook, wash and the cafe downstairs was very good and handy if you wanted to grab a bite. Apartment is very spacious, it has air con. We had a couple of great days exploring and couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The check in process was probably the only thing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at Hygge House Downtown. The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the convenient luggage storage. We really appreciated the tasteful design, the comfortable beds and the attention to detail. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

O apartamento é um charme. Amamos ficar aí. Super bem localizado. Fácil check in e check out. Apartamento lindo e confortável. Foi nos deixado um kit primoroso, com doces, água, muitos chás e cafés. Utensílios domésticos de alto padrão, tudo novo e limpo. Queria ter ficado mais dias . Roupa de capa impecável, de qualidade . Banheiro maravilhoso, deixaram muitos kits de escova dental e toucas… Ótimo banho. Ali não houve miséria. Tudo fartamente deixado para os hóspedes passarem bem. Chinelos, roupões, muitas toalhas… Será nosso apartamento da próxima vez que retornarmos a Lisboa.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Het appartement ligt boven een ontbijt- en lunchgelegenheid en is van dezelfde eigenaar. Bij het ontbijt kan van de kaart van de ontbijt- en lunchgelegenheid besteld worden. Op de kaart staat een heerlijke, verrassende en gezonde variaties. Zowel de smaak als de presentatie was geweldig!

- the accomodation is super central. they have a great cafe ( with very good food and the best matcha strawberry latte in Lisbon) - the appartment is just beautiful. we did not expect it to have such a high quality standard. the windows are very sound proofing and we had an excellent sleep - the breakfast is more than perfect - the staff! so, so nice people

Apartments were spacious, clean, and modern. The location was great and we could walk to port. Restaurant downstairs offered a great breakfast for an additional charge, but kids ate free. Highly reccomend!

Very clean, comfortable beds. A lovely handwritten message and fresh cinnamon rolls in room waiting on arrival- always thinking of the small touches. Easy walkable access around Lisbon. The staff are unbelievably welcoming and always on hand either in person or via WhatsApp to answer any question. We loved the Hygge cafe next door, perfect place for a breakfast/brunch before setting off for a day of exploring. Would highly recommend visiting!

Enorm goede locatie op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en Placa de Comercio. Het restaurantje beneden was ect top, wel druk, maar de kwaliteit van het ontbijt perfect. Wij hebben met Uber eats besteld en het zelf opgehaald en in het zonnetje met open raam in de kamer opgegeten. Zelfs twee stille goede airco's in de kamer. Keuken en wasmachine waren top!

De bedden zijn wat harder dan we gewend zijn, maar dat kan kwestie van smaak zijn. Beetje weinig ruimte in de badkamer voor het neerzetten van he toiletspullen, Allemaal kleinigheidjes als tip. Dit heeft onze vakantie er niet minder op gemaakt.

There was not a breakfast. The apartments are connected to a restaurant and you can purchase breakfast for 15 Euros per person

There was no parking at all on the premises. I had to use a parking garage that was several blocks away. I understand the location is prohibitive for parking, but I was told it was available. Then it cost 100 Euros for three days

Great location, cozy and clean room. Also the management team provided excellent advance communication that reduced some concerns prior to the trip. That was really nice.

Our plan included breakfast. However the set up was not done well. When we went to the cafe at the next door for breakfast with the instruction, We were told to pay first and additional discussion was required. That was the first morning. We were not comfortable so we skipped two other breakfasts at there.

An absolute 10/10 stay! The location in Lisboa is perfect, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the team was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Good location. Spacious bathroom and interior. Great shower. Large bed. Great staff. High quality furnishings: bed, couch, table, chairs, curtains, carpet etc. Two AC units with control and two TVs (one in bedroom and one in living room). Full body mirror. Washer in unit; drying rack provided upon request. Strong Wifi. Bluetooth headphones and Casting supported by TVs. Great breakfast; AYCE for 15 euro is a good value for the area.

Minor stuff: Bathroom mirror is a bit low and oddly recessed in the wall. Taller people could bump their heads if not careful. No freezer in the fridge. No drawers for storing clothes. Bathroom is on opposite side of unit to bedroom. For some reason, maid did not replace flat sheet whenever making bed. Forgot to replace towels one day. Being in downtown, there is some noise at night to be expected.

for the most part, communication was great EXCEPT we had to shorten our stay by 1 day due to a labor strike. i asked several times for a refund consideration. i expected an an answer of "no". although i would not have liked that, i would have accepted that. however, while they answered every other email i sent, they completely ignored this request.

Arrived hour earlier that planned and someone met us to allow early entry.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect!! We were very welcomed by the staff with cinnamon rolls on the house and a personalised hand written note. The room was very clean and a lot bigger than I expected, the beds and sofa were very comfortable. The location was also amazing, right in the city centre, we didn't even need a bus or metro card because everything was so close to us. And last but DEFINITELY not least, the breakfast was absolutely incredible, we had everything on the menu included and everything was so delicious that the hardest part was deciding what to order for the day. We had an amazing holiday in Lisbon and it was largely due to our accommodation, we highly recommend it!

Given the fact that it is in the city centre, it's a bit noisy, however that didn't bother me as much because the windows do isolate the room quite a lot. The staff also kindly provided ear plugs for us, but we did not feel the need to use them.

What a phenomenal find! This apartment was spacious, clean and in a central location. The communication with the staff was outstanding. Special shoutout to Mia, Natasha and Elizabeth. We honestly couldn’t have wanted more! Plush towels/robes/slippers. Super comfy bed and pillows. Washing machine was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft (leider) dennoch war der Aufenthalt super. Das haben wir dem super freundlichen Personal zu verdanken. Das Frühstück war super lecker und es gibt sehr viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer war super und hatte unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! super sauber, komfortabel, gross genug zu zweit, modern und die Lage. Man ist mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ist es nicht zu laut.

La atención del equipo. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo y con una sonrisa siempre. La ubicación perfecta. Y el ruido, con las ventanas cerradas, quedaba muy amortiguado y se estaba bastante bien. Y a mí me suele molestar el ruido.

La decoración de la zona de estar era muy bonita pero las alfombras y los sofás de tela simil borreguito no van bien para las alergias. No obstante cuando lo comenté en seguida enviaron a alguien para darles una limpieza más profunda. Las camas son bastante cómodas pero las almohadas no tanto. Hay 2 por persona y ambas muy gruesas.
