This apartment has everything you can imagine and more. It really was fully equiped, so I felt like at home. It positively surpised me also that basic things like oil, salt and spices are also in the kitchen, which I have never experienced before for a rental appartment. Sauna was a huge bonus also. The location is really in the centre so grocery stores and cafes/restaurants are in a few minutes walk. Also the owner Hannu is such a nice person! I highly recommend this apartment!

Appartamento bellissimo in posizione centralissima, comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i servizi a piedi. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, arredata molto bene e dotata di ogni comfort, il che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile durante tutta la permanenza. Assolutamente consigliato!

Unica cosa negativa: il giorno del nostro arrivo c’era la partita di hockey su ghiaccio Italia-Finlandia alle Olimpiadi… e purtroppo abbiamo perso! :')

Eine schöne, warme Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat alle benötigen Dinge (Handtücher, Föhn, Geschirrhandtuch, Saunatuch..) Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Hannu ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns die Schlüssel pünktlich übergeben. Die Sauna sowie voll ausgestattete Küche sind ein echtes Highlight. Vielen Dank!

Ένιωσα σαν το σπίτι μου ,το διαμέρισμα είχε τα πάντα και η σάουνα μέσα στο μπάνιο !! Ο ιδιοκτήτης ο hannu ήταν φανταστικός μας εξήγησε και μας κατευθύνε καταλλήλως !

Ihan mahtava majoitus! Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi – keskellä Rovaniemeä, kaikki on lähellä: ravintolat, kaupat ja palvelut. Asunto oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä, kaikki toimi kuten pitää ja keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Lisäksi paikka oli yllättävän rauhallinen ja yksityinen. Tuntui ihan kodilta, ja viihdyimme tosi hyvin. Tänne tulisimme mielellämme uudestaan!

Gospodarze naprawdę mili i znakomicie nastawieni do gosci. Wszystko opisali co i jak. Opcja prywatnej sauny w mieszkaniu to coś dla mnie niesamowitego ale niestety nie skorzystałem z niej więc się nie wypowiem jak było. Więc cały 1 dniowy pobyt oceniam 10/10.

Cozy flat, sauna and position

Great studio apartment walking distance to town. Very clean, nicely decorated and well layed out apartment. Bed is in an alcove out of the way so it is not noticable. The apartment includes its own private sauna, we did not use it but it looked beautiful. The best part of this apartment was the owner Hannu. We were so lucky that Hannu could pick us up from the train station which we cannot thank him enough. This was perfect for what we wanted.

It was quite expensive but Rovaniemi is an expensive city.

Clean, cosy, comfortable and loved having your own private sauna ! Many thanks to host Hanu who kindly met us at the airport and took us to our accommodation. We arrived early morning. so Hanu took our bags for us up to our room once the cleaning was complete and room was ready. the city centre is walking distance. We had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a cosy comfortable stay in Rovaniemi :)

La gentilezza del proprietario che mi ha aiutato con i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza accompagnandomi anche alla stazione dei bus. Mi hanno fatto trovare anche una barretta di cioccolato. L'appartamento carino, pulito e con sauna in bagno come in tutte le case finlandesi. Posizione centrale e vicina a bar, ristoranti e centro commerciale con grande supermercato.

Prezzo un po' altino per una notte come tutto a Rovaniemi (dai ristoranti alle escursioni) Il check in alle 15:20 ma già sapevo fosse alle 15 perché era indicato nelle informazioni all'atto della prenotazione.

This apartment is perfect for a couple and a child. It was very cosy, warm, comfy beds, large smart TV for movies, well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, plus a sauna. It really has everything you could possibly need, including shower gel and washing up liquid which you normally have to buy yourself. It's the small things that make a place homely. Best apartment I've stayed in! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Rovaniemi.

Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral

Laute Heizung, dunkle Wohnung aber in der Nacht aufgrund der lichtdurchlässigen Jalousie sehr hell. Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße, die theoretisch kostenpflichtig sind.

Emplacement parfait, proximité immédiate des commerces et bus, hôte d’une gentille incroyable! Je recommande, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Hannu!

Super well located, clean, functional and the sauna is a must. Apartment is in downtown but still very quiet.

It was a cosy appartment. It was quite spacious and bigger than we expected. It was located, near the city centre. The appartment was very well decorated and very clean. There was a sauna but we didn't have time to use it. We would gladly stay again and longer if there is another opportunity. Highly recommended.

Not a big issue but there was no shower gel only shampoo available. There was also no washing liquid and sponge available to wash the cups that we used for our one night stay.

Perfect. The sauna is a plus and top after a day outside with low temperatures.

10/10. Everything was perfect for us. Hannu, our host, was superb from beginning to end. He collected us from the airport, checked in with us throughout our stay, organised our luggage for us on the last day and went out of his way to drop us back to the airport, even at short notice. My son and I had a very comfortable stay. The location was very central and was close walking distance to the centre, bus stop, bars, supermarkets etc. The apartment is very cosy and warm and had everything we needed. The sauna was lovely after a day out and about in the cold. We were so lucky to find this apartment and to have had such a lovely, accommodating and helpful host.

Good location and love the sauna. Has everything that you need for a long stay. The host did a good job to show you everything and handed you the key.

No internet although not controllable by the host (ISP issue).

Really enjoyed my stay at Hannu's apartment. His son met me with the keys and showed me how everything worked (there is also a guide in the apartment). Hannu kept in contact with me throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is lovely and cosy, perfect to relax in after a day out sightseeing, especially the Sauna. The TV there has an Apple TV box so you can relax and watch a movie if you're not wanting to sample the nightlife. There are loads of really great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and plenty of supermarkets if you're wanting to get some food in the apartment.

This apartment of Hannu is the best place to stay at in Rovaniemi! I highly recommend. Super clean, very comfortable and so well equipped with everything you need and even more - there's even a small sauna! All which is described is in there, even a small storage room with towels, bedding, etc. and bathroom stuff. There's a nice balcony - maybe better during summer ;-) The location of the apartment in the city center is just perfect to reach everything important in walking distance. Hannu is a very friendly and helpful host and also his wife, I got the keys from. Thank you again, Hannu, that I had such a great time in Rovaniemi =)

the only thing which was a little problematic for me: Check-In had to be at a fixed time for getting the keys. So there was too less time between my arrival at the airport and check-in to store my luggage and go somewhere, but too much time to go directly to the apartment...so I had to hang around nearly 2h. Would be better to have a keybox eg. for self check-in in such cases...
