1. L'emplacement est excellent : proche du trame T1 et du Marmaray (B1), donc plusieurs site touristiques sont proche et faciles d accès. 2. Un petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté varié où tout le monde s y trouve. Il propose aussi un pause café/thévers 17h00 pour ceux qui s y trouve à cette partie de la journée. 3. Un service de chambre chaque jour, si demandé. 4. L endroit est calme la nuit 5. Le rapport qualit/prix

Hotel correcto para visitar la ciudad. Puedes llegar caminando a cualquier parte. El desayuno está bastante bien, variado y amplio, aunque solo es comida de estilo turco, no continental. Tiene fruta fresca. Buen precio. Recepcion 24 horas. El wifi funciona bien. Si tiene aire acondicionado.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. La zona donde sirven el desayuno es un pequeña, se llena con mucha facilidad. El tamaño de la habitacion es reducido, para dos personas con una maleta cada uno se queda pequeño.

Everything. Cleanliness is very poor, furniture is subpar, staff is below average, and the smells are unbearable.

The breakfast was good and wholesome. The meal was tasty, with variations, so one would not get bored. The staff were friendly.

I think it was good and does not require much change. Perhaps they could consider adding more varieties of bread and cheese. They provide water in the room for only the check-in day. This should be changed, and drinking water bottles should be provided on all days.

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and polite staff, fantastic breakfast and reasonable prices.

Great location, nice staff. Lot of options at breakfast (traditional breakfast). 5minutes walk to tram 1 and metro.

We were in high season and the breakfast restaurant is little if the hotel is sold out. But the hotel staff was nice and offered the tables near the reception also to the turists.

Очень удобное расположение отеля. Понравилось, что достопримечательности находятся недалеко от отеля. Персонал очень вежливый. Еда вкусная. Номер был чистым. Убирались в первой половине дня.

Tout était parfait. L'emplacement est excellent, le personnel est très accueillant ومحترم, la chambre était propre et confortable, et le service était au top. Je le recommande vivement !

We stayed at Hamit Hotel with our family and were very satisfied with our experience. We would especially like to highlight the excellent work of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied, with a good selection of dishes every morning. Another great advantage of the hotel is its excellent location. Many of Istanbul’s main attractions and the tram station are within walking distance, making it very convenient for tourists. Thank you to the entire Hamit Hotel team for your warm hospitality! We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

فندق جميل لمن يبحث عن فندق اقتصادي في منطقة حيوية قريبة من المواصلات ( الحافلات . الترام . الميترو ) وقريب من المناطق السياحية مثل آيا صوفيا ومسجد السلطان والبازار الكبير والسوق المصري .

Lo staff molto gentile, il letto era comodo ed anche la colazione era buona e ampia. la posizione è proprio al centro dell'isola, in 20 min a piedi arrivi ovunque e intorno ci sono sia la metro che il tram, e ci sono anche molti ristoranti ed altri hotel

Posizione ottima, letto comodissimo.

Colazione discreta, il problema è che avevo fatto presente di essere celiaco e intollerante al lattosio e mi avevano risposto che avrei trovato prodotti che potevo mangiare. Zero assoluto tristezza. Staff che non si è sforzato minimamente di capire un turista Italiano, solo inglese o turco. E noi con traduttori e app x avere un minimo di interazione.

Locul are un farmec aparte, completat perfect de o echipă de oameni extraordinari. La sosire am avut în cameră apă și fructe. Pe parcurs am mai primit fructe. Chiar dacă proprietatea ar trebui să beneficieze de câteva modernizări în anumite zone, ospitalitatea personalului a fost impecabilă. Te simți cu adevărat lăsat pe mâini bune datorită amabilității lor. Mic dejun extraordinar. Prosoape schimbate zilnic. Curățenie - zilnic. Aproape de tramvai și metrou.

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, osoblje je uvijek bilo na usluzi, a što se tiče hrane bilo je i više nego dovoljno. Posebno je za pohvalu popodnevna užina iz.kekse, kafu, čaj i sok.

Honestly, nothing. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or customer service.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use due to its poor layout and condition. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when issues were raised. The most frustrating part was being accused of damaging a towel and being charged an unfair penalty after checkout. The towel was used normally, and the charge felt like an excuse to take extra money from guests. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the hotel seemed more interested in finding reasons to impose additional fees. I strongly dispute the charge and found the entire situation dishonest and disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Отель просто идеальный! Много разных отелей видела ,но только в этот будем приезжать! Чистота ,очень шикарные завтраки,расположение 2 мин до метро все достопримечательные места рядом,персонал отличный,единственное нам дали совсем не тот номер который был забронирован,но зато было тихо не было шума от главной улицы,советую этот отель!

Habitación muy cómoda con todo lo necesario, desayuno autóctono, gente muy amable y servicial, estuvimos cuatro noches muy a gusto. Muy buena comunicación con autobuses, tranvia y metro. Sin duda volveremos.. Gracias!

Hôtel bien situé et à 10mns à pied du tramway pour rejoindre les sites historiques proches. également pour s'y rendre. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Hôtel confortable, propre et personnel accueillant et répondant à nos demandes. Draps et serviettes changés tous les jours! Petit déjeûner correct. Plusieurs bureaux de change à proximité immédiate ainsi que des restaurants pour les repas. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons. La corbeille de fruits offerte la veille du départ a été fort appréciée!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. L'accueil était chaleureux, les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et le petit-déjeuner était riche et varié. Tout le personnel était très aimable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Un grand merci à Madame Nadia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur d'Istanbul, proche d'Eminönü, de Sultanahmet et des principaux moyens de transport. Nous reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Istanbul.

We were left with a bad impression of the hotel. The reality does not match the photos on booking. The room was old, dirty, the shower was broken, there was very little space. The internet was bad, the TV did not work at all. Breakfast 4/10, small selection and not very tasty. I would never stay here again. The only thing is that the staff is nice.

Excellent service. Very clean and beautiful breakfast and great location. Near public transport and tourist attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely will be returning.

The hotel confirmed my reservation and charged my card, but later claimed there was a technical error and could not honor the booking. They repeatedly tried to persuade me to cancel the reservation myself instead of cancelling it from their side. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially with my travel date approaching. Fortunately, after contacting Booking.com, their support team assisted me and ensured the reservation was cancelled without any additional charges or penalties. Very disappointing experience and I would not trust this property with future bookings.

Нужен был ночлег в районе недалеко от Искендерпаша. Этот вариант идеально подошёл по расположению. Цена-качество удовлетворительно. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

В начале был номер на нижнем этаже, ночью было шумно с улицы. Обратился к персоналу, помогли и поменяли номер.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, a 20 minutos andando del dan bazar, la mezquita azul y la de Santa Sofía, el personal muy amable, la limpieza excelente, todo fue perfecto. el desayuno correcto.

Hotel czasy świetności ma dawno za sobą, przydałaby się renowacja. Niemniej jednak przemiła obsługa nadrabia niedociągnięcia. Śniadania całkiem ok. W ofercie hotelu również darmowa, popołudniowa herbatka z ciasteczkami, co było bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu na duży plus. Bardzo czysto! Codzienne sprzątanie pokojów.

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отличное расположение. Полотенца и постельное белье меняли каждый ден.Получили комплимент от отеля, было очень приятно.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, jedzenie dobre (śniadanie obfite, kolacja z karty z restauracji obok), pokój bardzo ładny (dojazd na 4 piętro windą i kilka schodów na najwyższą kondygnację), sprzątanie odbywa się codziennie wraz z wymianą kompletu ręczników, wifi super, lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra (blisko stacji metra, do najważniejszych atrakcji na Starym Mieście ok. 30 minut spacerkiem).

Zeer goed ontbijt en schone bedden met geweldige matrassen. Perfecte locatie. Douche met lekker heet water en iedere dag schone handdoeken. Er was roomservice met verschillende gerechten maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er zijn veel restaurants in de omgeving. Prijs en kwaliteit uitstekend. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij maar ook lopend verschillende bezienswaardigheden te zien.

Niets eigenlijk. De badkamer was wat klein en gedateerd.

Geamuri de proasta calitate, se auzea foarte tare zgomotul de afară iar dimineață la 4 când se striga de la moschee pentru rugăciune, ai impresia ca sunt țipete la tine în cameră, prima noapte am crezut ca vine războiul, dar la ei e ceva normal. Dacă erau geamurile mai de calitate, atenua mult din zgomot.

la chambre trés petite et mal insonorisée(impression de fenetre ouverte) nous avons demander un changement obtenu le sur lendemain c'était mieux ,la demi pension avec le diner pas cuisiner par l'hotel mais des plats commander(mcdo,pizza)nous avons été trés déçu car pas indiquer ni par l'hotel ni Booking avant la reservation sinon nous aurions diner tout seul à l'exterieur!enfin durant 2 jours pas de ménage fait alors que nous le souhaitions chambre faites à 15h30! enfin le personnel de chambre peuvent dire bonjour le matin dans les couloirs et etre souriant c'est mieux un peu de bonne humeur pour les clients

Остановились в данном отеле, нас всё полностью устроило: чистота, уборка, отношение персонала, вкусные завтраки, хорошая шумоизоляция и отличное расположение 🔥 Из окна слева открывается вид на Мечеть Шехзаде, а все основные исторические достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Отдельная благодарность персоналу Zeynettin, Hassan и Nadia за доброжелательное отношение, отзывчивость и помощь. Всегда всё подскажут, объяснят и помогут в любом вопросе. Очень приятное впечатление от проживания!

Очень удобное расположение. Хорошие завтраки. Хороший номер - каждый день уборка, менялись полотенца. Вежливый и внимательный персонал - особенно Nadia.

Часто убирали номер и меняли полотенца. Два раза в номер приносили бесплатную фруктовую тарелку, это было очень приятно) Спасибо.

The hotel is located between the main muséums and mosks area and the grand bazar, so very easy to arrange all cultural activities. The breakfast is nice considering the price category.

The bedroom was old and the cleaning was not done properly. Some issues should have been fixer before giving this room to clients (we found food in the desk, the électricity system in the bathroom is broken and dangerous, we found several hair in the bedsheets)

The breakfast and tea party was very nice. Good value for the money. All the staff were very welcoming and professional.

There should be a one large bed instead of 2 or 3 single beds.

Сподобалось розташування до всіх центральних історичних будівель, поруч метро, трамвай, що робить зручним доїхати в будь-який район та в аеропорт. Привітний персонал , хороші сніданки та наявність з 16 до 19 безкоштовних перекусів (снеки/чай/кава), Прибирання щодня ,фруктова тарілка в кімнаті ( з трьох дні була декілька раз).

今回、イスタンブールは２度目の訪問となります。前回は、メトロが開通していなかったため、旧市街（スルタンアフメト地区） に行くのにHavaistというバスを使用しました。今回は、メトロが開通したこともあり、メトロを使用して旧市街に行きました。結果としては、メトロが断然便利です。（時間的にも、料金的にもです） このホテルは、Veznecıler駅から徒歩５分程度です。Veznecıler駅には、空港到着口を出たら「U」の標識に従ってしばらく歩き、M11線でGayrettepe駅まで行き、M2線 に乗り換えます。（乗り換えは地下道を１０分程度歩きます）M2線のGayrettepe駅で電車を乗り換えVeznecıler駅で降ります。（乗り換え含めて１時間程度で到着します） ホテルは普通です。特に悪いと思う点はありませんでした。一泊１万円程度だと思いますので、値段を考えるとお得な良いホテルだと思います。朝食も悪くありません。 どこに行くにもアクセスが良くてお勧めできます。

メトロで旧市街 に向かわれる方にはお勧めできるホテルです

Very poor communication.

Hotel is not flexible with regards to changes...they just cancel your stay on their own and withhold all charges with absolutely no option for changes or refunds. Will NEVER book at this hotel again.
