ロケーション・清潔さ・家具の可愛いさ全て完璧でした。 街の中心からは10〜15分程歩きますが、ほとんど真っ直ぐなので迷うこともありません。川のそばでとても景色が良く、中心から離れていて落ち着いた雰囲気で心からリラックスできます。サウナも最高でした。ハウスルール表も分かりやすく纏めてありました。 オーナーのJuliaさんはとてもフレンドリーで温かく迎えてくれました。ロヴァニエミに再度旅行する際も必ずここに泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！ The location, cleanliness, and the cuteness of the furnishings were all perfect. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from the city center, but the route is almost straight, so it’s very easy to find. Being close to the river, the scenery is beautiful, and since it’s slightly away from the center, the atmosphere is शांत and relaxing—I was able to truly unwind. The sauna was also amazing. The house rules were clearly organized and easy to understand. The owner, Julia, was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. If I visit Rovaniemi again, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Die Lage am Fluß mit der Aussicht war besonders schön und der Fußweg ins Zentrum ebenfalls. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment in Rovaniemi exceeded all expectations. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to provide any information we needed, no matter the time of day. Their attention to detail was impeccable – everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and convenience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for me and my daughter. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended – we can't wait to return! Thank you !

L'appartamento era davvero ben tenuto, pulito, ben arredato e con spazi gestiti in maniera intelligente. La sauna privata di cui dispone è molto carina, potente al punto giusto ed è davvero facile da usare; vi si accede attraverso una porta in vetro scuro dal bagno ed ha un termometro a lancetta di quelli che si trovano in qualsiasi sauna mediante il quale potersi regolare per gestire tempi e temperature. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sono a vostra disposizione durante tutto il soggiorno, pronti a darvi consigli, guidarvi ed aiutarvi sotto tutti i punti di vista. Sempre in bagno è presente una lavatrice abbastanza capiente che ha funzionato alla perfezione nelle due volte che l'abbiamo usata per il bucato. Il salottino/cucina ha un angolo TV con di fronte un divano comodo su cui rilassarsi alla fine delle fredde giornate invernali di Rovaniemi. La zona è tranquilla, leggermente fuori mano rispetto al centro cittadino che può essere comodamente raggiunto in 10 minuti a piedi da questa location. Il letto è davvero super comodo, così come i cuscini. L'acqua della doccia ha un getto potente ed è ben erogata anche l'acqua calda.

Avrei gradito più luce dove si mangia ed una maggiore possibilità di regolare la temperatura interna.

We were warmly received and have stayed for 8 days. Everything was wonderful. The apartment is pretty, clean and quiet. We really felt relaxed during our stay here. It is located directly by the river. It takes 15min to the city center on foot.
