Hotel com localização excelente, a 5 minutos a pé de diversas linhas de tramways, de comércio local, supermercados, bares, restaurantes etc. Os funcionários são fantásticos, acolhedores e muito cordiais. Há elevador para acessar os andares superiores, o quarto é correto, confortável, assim como o banheiro. A vizinhança é silenciosa e aprazível. Há ar-condicionado, televisão e frigobar.

O fato de o piso ser revestido em carpete (que acho um tanto anti-higiênico) e de uma das luminárias não estar funcionando.

Molto buona la posizione. Non lontana dal centro, ma in zona più residenziale. Nelle immediate vicinanze un bar dove si può gustare una ottima colazione. Nelle stanze vi è la moquette ed è un problema per i soggetti allergici. Inoltre, vi è un odore sgradevole e persistente, anche lasciando aperta la finestra

Lo único que me gustó la ubicación. Es súper pequeña la habitación y la cobran a precio de oro. Estaba sucia, no habían limpiado el polvo en años. Olía fatal.

No hay relación calidad precio 6 noches casi 900 euros. Es súper pequeña. Todo viejo y feo. Si abres el baño no puedes abrir el armario.

The location was amazing. Near everything but also in a quieter neighborhood. Very walkable with a tram stop nearby. Convenient location for restaurants and bars but also grocery and drug store for incidental items.

Small lift…but it is quick up and down!

Very good location, quiet area. Shops and public transport within walking distance. It felt like you were away, but in fact everything was very close and in the city center. Friendly reception, elevator access to the upper floors. We also tried the stairs, quite interesting. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. It was a big help in the hot weather. Comfortable beds. Towels were changed according to our request. The refrigerator was also very useful.

Everything was perfect. The receptionist is extremely sweet and helpful, room was extremely clean and has a really great size compared to other proprieties in the center, shower was delicious and bed was super comfortable. The lift is new and a life saver! And the air conditioner for the hot summer is the best of all! I will comeback for sure, it was an amazing experience 💜

Bra läge, välstädat, trevlig kvinna svarade i telefon när jag hade en fråga. Lätt att checka in.

Väldigt slitet och nergånget med gamla tapeter och heltäckningsmattor. Mörkt. Litet. Man fick en känsla ”vad har hänt här förut?”. För nästan 200 euro per natt hade jag förväntat mig mycket mer.

Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The place is great, not the newest but the price fits the bill! :) It is located a few minutes walk from alot of great stuff, both shopping, museums, restaurants etc. Close to multiple trams and busses as well. I think they rent out bikes in the hotel as well, we didn't rent any, though, we just walked.

Nothing really... If I should mention something, the place where they serve breakfast is a bit white in white, not very personable, but it was very clean, which of cause is the most important :)

Wonderful location, quick access to the city, all the while not being too roudy or loud outside. There was a lift, which was a huge relief, considering the city's reputation of small houses. And the air conditioner saved the day. Finally, there was a lovely neighbourhood cat just outside the entrance, pleasant surprise.

The shower head was not fixated properly and was constantly moving around, at the same time, shower door was difficult to close and was practically broken. The hairdryer also seemed like a slight safety hazard with the way it started smelling like smoke after turning on.

Questa struttura ci ha accolto in un momento di emergenza, prenotato a mezzanotte per il giorno stesso. Eravamo ad Amsterdam durante l'Allerta Meteo rossa per caldo: la struttura è dotata di Aria Condizionata, ascensore e ogni comfort basilare. Ottima zona: pulita e calma. A pochi passi dalla zona delle Discoteche e dai Tram.

Spacious triple room with air conditioning. Excellent location. The elevator was a plus, as our room was on the fourth floor and the stairs were quite steep.

De locatie is perfect. Op loopafstand van het Leidscheplein en theater DeLaMar.

De douche was niet erg warm en je moest de douchekop vasthouden. Helaas wel gehorig, mensen op de verdieping boven waren gezellig aan het bijkletsen om half 6 in de ochtend, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Geen personeel in de avond en vroege ochtend.

La localización es muy buena.

El piso olía un poco mal y era demasiado minúsculo, la alfombra no estaba del todo limpia, la cortina no cierra bien y por lo tanto en verano hay mucha luz todo el día.

We got there super early but the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. We were able to leave our bags and they gave us a key to the room so that when we got back we could go straight up and not have to do check in later. They even made sure the bags were in the room for when we returned. We had to book last minute due to personal disaster that morning but they made a stressful day so much easier

It’s a bit of a walk to go to the city centre but really, it’s easy to catch a tram and there were no negatives to the hotel itself

Nice quiet area near Ledesplein which is a filled with restaurants and action. Tram stops nearby. To Dam square about 15 mins. Clean and tidy.

Hotel com excelente custo-benefício, ótima localização, uns 15 minutos a pé dos museus, local silencioso, bom chuveiro e cama.

Das Personal ist spitze!!! Wir konnten mit eigenen Frühstückszutaten (Aldi 300m entfernt) im Frühstücksraum frühstücken. Es gab heißes Wasser, Instantkaffee, Teller und Besteck. Da die Treppen, typisch für Amsterdam, sehr eng sind, haben wir uns sehr gefreut, einen Fahrstuhl zu haben. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber völlig in Ordnung! Es war sauber, das Bad roch jedoch extrem nach parfümierten Reinigungsmitteln, was durch Lüften schnell wieder in Ordnung war. Der Balkon ist schön, nur fehlten Tisch und Stühle. Der Balkon ging zum Innenhof. Die Matratzen sind ein Traum! Mit den günstigen GVB Tickets kann man von der Unterkunft aus alles bequem und schnell erreichen. Am letzten Tag konnten wir das Gepäck bis 18:00 Uhr im Speisesaal lassen!!!

Balkonmöbel fehlten. ansonsten alles prima!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good - not too busy and not to far away from the attractions around the nearby Highstreet. Good location lots of choices if you want to travel to other areas or attractions.

​Room could have been in better condition. There were some spillage marks on the wall that could have easily been cleaned. Some of the small tiles on the shower floor were missing or loose. Could have done with some milk sachets to go with the coffee and tea provided in the room

Needs modernisation

The location was absolutely perfect and the front desk staff was always kind. The room clean and the bed was a nice comfortable treat at the end of long days of site seeing. The elevator was a blessing as regular stairs are tricky for me sometimes, let alone the Amsterdam steep stairs.

I would suggest putting some drain covers in the shower as an option for guests. There can occasionally be a slight sewer gas smell which is very common worldwide with the age of the buildings and the design of the plumbing. I am very much used to this coming from Mexico and always travel with a gallon size Ziplock bag that I fill halfway with water and cover the drain with it. Problem solved no smell no issues.

L'odeur dans la chambre, les draps tachés, la moquette vieille pas propre, problème de chasse d'eau qui se mettait en marche toute seule, les rideaux laissant passer la lumière car pas assez longs, les lumières au plafond qui restent allumées quand on éteind, la chambre necessite un vrai rafraîchissement.

It is all clean and there is heating in the room. There is an elevator!

There is no shampoo and conditioner in the shower so take yours. One attendants was extremely nice. The other one was not very serviceable and did not help much.

Posizione perfetta per visitare i musei (a 2 passi) e la città a piedi. A 2 passi da Leidseplein da dove partono i bus per la stazione centrale. Hotel piccolo ma pulito, camera con bollitore. Letto e cuscino comodissimi! Ottimo prezzo.

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, per noi sono andati benissimo perché tornavamo in camera solo per dormire. Per chi va in inverno e vuole stare in camera più tempo allora in comfort non è ottimale: spazi un po' stretti, piccolo armadio, bagno minimal.

The room was nice, all we needed for 3 nights. The balcony was fine too, we used it from time to time but was out most of the day. Location was great, lovely cafe over the road for breakfast and coffee!

L'hotel è situato vicino a molte zone di interesse come per esempio la casa di Anna Frank e il museo di van Gogh, inoltre la zona è davvero molto bella. L'hotel in sé è accogliente, e il personale è gentile

De locatie was uitstekend, rustig en prettig. Alles was schoon, netjes en goed onderhouden. De aanbeveling bleek helemaal juist.

De prijs voor een kamer met een losse wc bril, scheur in de vitrage en een tv die enorm stoorde. Ik weet dat een kamer in Amsterdam duur is maar dit was echt wel te duur voor deze kamer

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione vicino a Leidseplein il che lo rende comodo per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici. Al suo interno l'hotel è pulito e abbastanza accogliente. Il letto è abbastanza comodo. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma è dotato di tutto il necessario (saponi, doccia spaziosa, wc e lavandino, asciugamani)

Purtroppo sul pavimento è presente la moquette quindi la pulizia può non essere eccelsa. Manca anche un interruttore per spegnere le luci dal letto.
