Few things... 1) I had to carry my baggage to the upper floor after the elevator only to find out staff gave me the wrong room. 2) New looking property with kitchen items that were scratched and only bowl type of plates. Similar properties around the world provide kitchen sponge or laundry detergent even for 1-load, there was nothing of that However the absolute worst was to find out they/the owner's son allow prostitution to take place. This was shocking, disgusting, and disappointing because I made the booking thinking they had a certain level of quality. Their prices are the same as PLENTY of luxury hotels in proper neighborhoods. Because I assumed they would not allow prostitutes arriving in broad day light and at night. Neighborhood was extremely low caliber and sh*tty but an acquaintance stayed here before so that is why I made a horrible mistake. I totally would not recommend this place at all. They allow illegal activities, neighborhood is a dump and it is the same price as new International chain hotels nearby.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Appartement ist Modern und mit Qualitativen Materialien sehr neu gebaut worden. Es hatte alles was man im Alltag gebraucht hat. Liegt sehr Zentral. Das Personal hat alles getan, damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank dafür.
Kleine Zimmer, so das man kaum Platz hatte die Koffer auszupacken. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte beim Parken bedenken, dass es etwas eng wird. Positiv war, dass man direkt vor dem Haus ein Parkplatz bekommt.

Ayrıca çalışanların yaklaşımı da hoş değildi; odayı euro üzerinden tuttuk ama ödemeyi TL yaptığımızda post cihazına 69 kuruş farkı bile yansıttılar. Dünyayı yıllardır gezen ve çok fazla tecrübeye sahip biri olarak söylüyorum: bence verdiğiniz paraya değmez.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Binanın yeni oluşu ve rezidansın 3 yatak odalı olması bunun yanında 2 yatak odasında da ayrı lavabo ve banyo olması çok iyiydi. Online'dan satın aldığım ürünleri resepsiyonda teslim alan arkadaşlar, geç geleceğimiz için ürünleri konutun girişine bıraktılar bu hizmet çok değerliydi. İlgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederiz.
Bir odadaki televizyon kumandası çalışmıyordu. Bunun nedeni ya pili bitmişti yada uygun kumanda değildi. Gece konuta geç gediğimiz için bakılması için talepte bulunamadım. Talepte bulunmamız doğrultusunda değiştirileceğine eminim.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026الفندق جديد و الشقة اثاثها و ملحقاتها جديدة , يوجد مصعد كهربائي ولكن عليك الصعود او نزول السلم للوصول اليه و صعب لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة و كبار السن , يمكنك المشي خمسة دقائق للوصول لشارع رئيسي في نص المنطقة به جميع المحلات و المطاعم و السوبر ماركت و 12 دقيقة مشي للوصول الي مركز التسوق كانيون , حصلت علي شقة بموقع خلفي من مبني الفندق و كانت هادئة من الازعاج , يوجد وحدة تكييف في غرفة النوم و غرفة المعيشة
حجزت هذا الفندق بناء علي انه يحتوي مرآب لموقف السيارات حتي استطيع ان اوقف سيارتي طوال عشرة ايام ولكن اتضح انه يوجد مرآب لسيارة واحدة و بداخلة سيارة مالك الفندق طوال الوقت و كانت المواقف مقابل الفندق محدودة جدا و بمكان ضيق للغاية و لا تضمن اذا خرجت ان تحصل علي موقف لسيارتك مرة اخري عند عودتك و عليك البحث عن موقف في الشوارع الخلفية الممتلئة بالسيارات , تنظيف الشقة كل ثلاثة ايام و ليس يوميا . موقع الفندق في ممر للمشاة و احيانا يجتمع مجموعة شباب صبية امام باب الفندق و التحديق بنزلاء الفندق الداخلين و الخارجين , في أكثر من مرة تم طرق باب الشقة من قبل موظف الاستقبال يطلب تحريك سيارتي الي مكان اخر لانه الممر امام الفندق ضيق و نزيل اخر يريد الخروج بسيارته و لا يوجد مساحة كافية لسيارتين للخروج من الممر في وقت واحد

But what really stood out was the host — incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Communication was easy, and they truly cared about making the stay comfortable. It felt like staying somewhere you’re genuinely welcome. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025The apartment was new, clean, and well furnished. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. The hosts were kind and responsive — they even upgraded us to a larger apartment with an extra room for the baby, which was extremely helpful. During our 12-day stay, the cleaning was done twice, and upon request, they always took out the trash. Overall, the place is very suitable for a longer stay.
There were a few things missing in the kitchen: there was no coffee machine or oven, and I would recommend adding at least a coffee machine. It would also be useful to have a drying rack for washed cups and plates. Cooking was not very convenient, but there are plenty of nice places in the area offering homemade-style meals.

Ich werde in paar Tagen noch mal kommen. Ich habe es sofort Freunden empfohlen, die dann auch gebucht haben. Auch sie sind sehr zufrieden. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Wir sind um 22 Uhr angekommen und dachten ' O Gott wo sind wir gelandet' weil das Hotel in einer engen Gasse ist. Jedoch hatten wir für unser Fahrzeug ein Stellplatz welches Videoüberwacht war, und am nächsten Morgen haben wir gemerkt wie zentral wir waren und unsere bedenken unnötig waren. Das Appartement war sehr sehr sauber und für eine 5 köpfige Famile perfekt ausgestattet. 2 Doppelbetten und ein großes Schlafsofa, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank usw... Gerne wieder😊

The walls in one of the bed room were super thin and you could here every step made by your neighbors.

Since it’s new, the map may not access, better suggest direct to Istanbul Inn Levent which is next to this apartment. In overall, very comfy and nice option for staying at Levent
