Локация самая лучшая. Все самое необходимое находится рядом. Два красивых парка, 3 супермаркета, красивая набережная в 5 минутах ходьбы. Историческая площадь Султанамхет буквально в 7 минутах от апартов. Две станции трамвая рядом, можно добраться в любую точку Стамбула. Апарты чистые и комфортные, с маленькой кухней, так же чистые. Нужно понимать апарты это не гостиница, завтраков здесь нет и не будет. Очень комфортно оставаться группой туристов. Стамбул прекрасный, локация на 10+. Я проживала во многих отелях и апартах, но всегда возвращаюсь в эти, дружелюбный персонал, и локация для менее на первом месте. Рекомендую.

Estuvimos en el apartamento para 6 personas, y es bastante agobiante. Yo diría que es para una familia de 4. No hay espacio para dejar las maletas, hace bastante calor, el baño es muy pequeño.

Está ben situat. El personal és amable. El preu és bo.

El nivell de qualitat està lluny del d'un hotel a nivell Espanyol. Això no vol dir que siga un mal hotel, simplement que es un altre nivell i n'hi ha que tindre-ho en compte. Es una casa reformada amb habitacions, es a dir, una fonda.

Perfect location, clean, kind and helpful staff members, comfortable beds, AC, Wi-Fi, kitchen, cleaning service. Very good experience overall!

- Footsteps are very audible on the ground floor. Basement room was quieter. The ceiling/floor is wooden, and the doors don't have seals. Returning at night, it's easy to wake others or be woken by them. - The microwave wasn't clean, some of the plates were not washed properly, and the freezer was full of ice.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to see the big tourist spots. It is a ten minute walk to the Blue Mosque so you are steps away from the big sites. There are restaurants everywhere, cafes etc within walking distance. We were a family of 6 that stayed in a small apartment with a kitchenette and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and you can check in late if you need to and the staff were very nice. This was an excellent value given its location. There is air conditioning.

La habitación 401 tiene todos las unidades exteriores de los aires acondicionados instalados entre las ventanas. Por la noche hay al menos uno que hace un ruido considerable, hasta el punto de resultar molesto. En la foto se puede ver.

Kadirga parkhoz nagyon közeli a szállás, a környéken minden megtalálható. Rövid sétával könnyen elérhető a Sultanahmet tér, a T1-es villamos is, ugyanakkor a Márvány-tenger is. Minden nap takarítottak. A konyhasarok igazi kincsnek számított.

Parking nearby the hotel and overall hotel location (very close to the center). The stuff is frendly.

-Bad cleaning in the apartment, corners are dirty. -Linen is very low qyality, unplesant to touch. One set even had holes in it. -Bathroom is in barely functional state: toilet is installed on weird angle, not horisontal at all, feels like fallning. Shouer head holder falls apart if you try to adjust the showerhead.

Bardzo dobry kontakt oraz pomoc ze strony personelu. Czysty pokój wygodne łóżka.

Jedyny minus to żeby dojść do najbliższej komunikacji miejskiej należy podejść pod ogromną górę. A samo podejście jest naprawdę męczące.

A szálláshely rendkívül jó helyen van az óvárosban 10 percre a nagyobb mecsetektől, látnivalóktól. A szállás autentikus berendezése is tetszett. A személyzet nagyon-nagyon kedves és segítőkész, megdöbbenésünkre az elutazás előtt még mérleget is tudtak adni! Az érkezésünkkor traktorszerű hangot adó légkondira felhívták a figyelmünket és 4 napon belül kijavíttatták. Minden nap volt takarítás, ha látták, h szükség van rá cserélték a törölközőt.

Mi a legfelső apartmanban lettünk elhelyezve- ami az épület külső sarkán van. Az épület olyan mint egy elvarázsolt kastély, az apartmanon belül két derékszög nincs… a wc csésze áll egyenesen meg az ajtó és az ablakok. Az “belépő” lejt a fürdő felé a konyha-nappali a másik irányba. Kifejezetten kellemetlen érzés volt a gyakori egyensúlyvesztés. A függönyök koszosak, a kanapé koszos, a kézmosáshoz melegvíznyomás nincs. (Fürdéshez volt) Az ablakok minden hangot beengednek -hangszigetelés nincs- az utca nagyon zajos nem tudtunk aludni a hajnalban vagy kés ő este (éjszaka) hangoskodó emberektől. A kávéfőző - ami fel volt tüntetve a listán- nem volt. Mikor kértük, azt mondták akkor tudják odaadni, ha a másik apartmanban már nem kell (???!).

Приветливые и вежливые менеджеры. Расположение близко к трамвайной остановке,много кафешек вокруг.По дороге от остановки Чемберлиташ крупный супермаркет Show. Идеально белое постельное белье и полотенца. Есть посуда для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Замечательная горничная Карина говорит на русском языке.

Это даже не то,что не понравилось-я читала отзывы и знала куда еду и за эту цену меня все устроило. Просто комментарии для тех,кому это важно. Не знаю,как в других номерах, но в цокольном номере нет возможности воспользоваться стиральной машиной. По карте до остановки 5 минут, по факту 15-20 все время в горку,местами крутую. Она вполне преодолима, я ездила с пожилой мамой,мы просто чаще отдыхали,но сам факт-если ищете без горок ищите жилье как можно ближе к трамвайной линии.. С середины ночи и до утра, даже при закрытом окне слышно,как орут как не в себе чайки))Кондиционер работает, но после выключения некоторое время капает внутрь комнаты. Единственная рекомендация наверное хозяину-поменяйте тюль на окнах. Она чистая,но ужасно застриранная и сразу неряшливый вид. Все остальное в пределах разумного. Нормальный отель,я бы остановилась ещё раз,но,скорее всего, выбрала бы номер не в цокольном этаже.

Excellent location near major tourist attractions. Good transport links, close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, etc. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The space was adequate for three people.

We were assigned a room on the third floor, and there's no elevator, so be careful if you're traveling with people with reduced mobility. The apartment is very noisy due to its location, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light sleeper. It only has one air conditioner, so it doesn't reach all the rooms. The unit is old and very noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est propre et le studio était bien aéré malgré sa situation au sous-sol, grâce à deux fenêtres donnant sur le parking. Les lits étaient également confortables, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. L'établissement est situé dans une ruelle très calme, ce qui contribue à un séjour agréable. L'emplacement est également un véritable atout: à proximité de la ligne de tramway T1, qui permet d'accéder facilement à une grande partie des sites touristiques d'Istanbul. Les quartiers de Sultanahmet et Beyazit sont aussi accessibles à pied.

Nous avons rencontré un petit problème à notre arrivée en raison d'une fuite dans notre chambre. Le personnel a cependant réagi rapidement en nous attribuant une autre chambre pendant deux nuits, avant que nous puissions réintégrer notre studio une fois les réparations terminées. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur, ce qui peut rendre la gestion des bagages un peu moins pratique. Toutefois, le personnel nous a aidés aussi bien à notre arrivée que lors du changement de chambre. Enfin, il faut prendre en compte que l'accès au tramway ou à la rue principale nécessite de monter une pente assez raide. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, mais cela peut être un point à considérer pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.

Pulizia della biancheria da bagno, dimensioni un po' ridotte. Forse sarebbe meglio togliere il lettino in più e avere più spazio nella camera. Sarebbe perfetta per due persone.

La localisation est vraiment idéale, à quelques minutes à pied d’Hagia Sofia, de la Mosquée Bleue, etc…

Il n’y a aucune isolation sonore, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir/escalier, dehors, et surtout, dans notre cas, les clients de la chambre du dessus qui marchaient très lourdement, parfois couraient et sautaient jusqu’à 1h/2h du matin sans aucun respect ni considération pour les autres. Ce problème nous a malheureusement un peu gâché notre expérience à Istanbul, nous essayions de rattraper nos nuits le matin.

Personnel accueillant, très bien situé, une impression de petit village dans la ville.

La ubicación, es muy céntrico la verdad.

La cama era un poco pequeña y entraba mucha luz en la habitación. La distribución del baño también era algo incomoda aunque la ducha estaba bien de tamaño. El WiFi no funcionaba bien y la televisión no dejaba poner ninguna plataforma para ver pelis o series, avisamos al encargado que se pasó y dijo que al dia siguiente intentaría solucionar pero nada...

We were in one of the top apartments (2nd floor), 2 bedrooms, one is only half detached from a living+kitchenett area. Beds were OK, although the double beds a bit narrow, we used separate beds with my spause. Cleanliness was OK. The kitchenett is quite good, there was a surprise microvave, and a sizable round table to sit 4 comfortably. For a couple of nights it is absolutely livable. The best is the location, you have everything locally, convenience shop, supermarket, small restaurants, breakfast places, taxi station, but the street itself is relatively quiet, little traffic. It is on a steep slope, also a seconbd floor could be a problem, buit it was not for us. Blue Mosque, tram stop are in 10-15 mins walking distance, T1 is a very frequent service, you can reach everything. The owner is nice and communicative.

We booked it rather cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you can be annoyed by tiny imperfections, it is not your place (there are quite many), but if you want a basically working place and came to enjoy Istanbul, and fit for a little uphill walk, then it is perfect. Toilet is leaning one side, sink tap dripping, contact problem with one lamp, little space in bathroom for your stuff, nothing dealbreaker for us.

Buena ubicación, a 10 min caminando de la mezquita azul y otros puntos turísticos de interés. Fácil de acceder; con lugares para comer y pequeños mercados muy cerca. Buena calidad-precio para la zona

La limpieza es deficiente, estuve 6 dias y solo cambiaron 1 vez las sabanas. Solo era botar la basura y nuevo papel higienico, del resto no cambiaban nada. Mucho ruido durante el mediodia, corresponde a las horas de limpieza pero si te quieres quedar a descansar asi coloques el cartel de no molestar no podras porque hay mal aislamiento.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Flughafen-Transfer wurde bequem von der Unterkunft organisiert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist sehr sauber und super Lage. Sogar Hausschuhe und Haartrockner liegen bereit. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit per Whatsapp an die Mitarbeiter wenden. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Хозяин был очень приятный. Быстро и чётко организовал нам трансфер. Поставил кроватку для младшего ребёнка. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое. Отель расположен на хорошо освещенной улице, в 15 минутах ходьбы от всех достопримечательностей. Рядом много уютных и вкусных ресторанов и круглосуточных магазинчиков, через дорогу есть даже парк с детской площадкой. В 5 минутах ходьбы остановка трамвая Т1. Мы с детьми единогласно остались довольны.

The hotel is located in an excellent location! Not far from transportation as well as some main attractions; close to various modes of public transit; there were plenty of restaurants, markets, convenience stores apothecaries around for all your medical cooking or hunger satisfying needs. Basically, the location is excellent. The room we stayed in was as advertised in the booking. It is a very cozy room for 2, tops 3, people and satisfies both housing needs as well as cooking needs if you fancy to cook your own meals (also has a microwave!). The living quarters are definitely nice and well furnished for its size. The staff is amazing! Both the owner and the housekeeping staff were an absolute joy to interact with and helped us out with whatever needs and requests we had. Bear in mind though, that the HK staff is not very fluent in English, but you will be able t0o communicate with them nonetheless. There was a small situation that we encountered during our stay with the plumbing in the washroom and the hotel owner and staff managed to rectify this issue in the best possible delays. I cannot praise their excellent customer service highly enough for the help they provided.

Although we were quite satisfied with our location and room; there are nonetheless, a few things that need mentioning. Honestly, if I could I would actually rate the place at a 9.5 rather than 9, yet these few thing need mention: First, not all electrical sockets seem to be working. Not that it was a serious issue, but I would like to point that small fact out. Second, although the room has functional tabletop stove, we had a bit of an issue using it: we were able to cook a few meals at different times but curiously, the stove would work once and then we'd have issues turning it back on. Specifically it would turn on, I could hear the device turn on and off but the stove itself would not heat. Luckily the staff, helped us rectify the issue and we were able to rectify it later on our own as well, but that could be a problem for a less patient guest. However, Despite these minor inconveniences, I will still highly recommend this hotel for those who want to visit Istanbul!

Elhelyezkedés, személyzet, barátságosság, segítökészség.

Egy hálószobásnak jelezték, ami külön 1 db külön hálószobát jelent, de itt összesen 1 db nagyobb szoba volt az összes funkcióra, csak a mini fürdőszoba volt külön.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó. Közel van a Marmaray és a T1 villamos. Jó az apartman/konyha felszerelése.

Perfect location! It was very convenient to live here with family and explore Istanbul. The apartment was clean and the beds are comfy. Small kitchen has everything for breakfast.
