De uitbaters zijn zeer vriendelijk. De locatie is zeer goed gelegen! De bedlakens waren proper.

Er is geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte om tot rust te komen. Er zat een kakkerlak in onze kamer. De douche werkte niet naar behoren. De wc bril was kapot. De kamer komt niet overeen met de foto's. De kamer is volledig uitgeleefd (vlekken op de muren, loshangend gordijn). De handdoeken roken muf.

If you don’t want to do a hostel this is a great option

The location is great! The neighbourhood is very nice, everything is close and there are super markets nearby. Very safe area as well. The owner and generally the people who are there are very nice and polite.

Everything was great, there could be some improvement as far as products is concerned. For example, there could be some shampoo or shower gel. Lastly, the mattress is very hard but for us this was not a problem. In general these things are just some notes which did not affect our stay there.

Our room has been without water for use. We had to buy bottled water to brush our teeth and use the toilet.

The bathroom is a bit small. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows are old.

The location is excellent, although Phnom Penh city centre is very busy and the street it is on is also very busy. The view from a balcony room is great, with a park over the road and distant views of Riverside.

The bathroom is cramped, and the water pressure very poor - we had to have bucket showers most days. The bed is large, but the mattress is very hard and unforgiving. The staff didn't seem very interested in their guests and had to be prompted for the basics. The room was never made up, and the towels never changed - this may be a cultural thing, and I am sure they would have replaced the towels if we had asked.

Das Zimmer was sauber und hat ordentlich ausgesehen. Auch das Badezimmer war für die Preisklasse gut. Das Hotel liegt in Flußnähe und somit ist vieles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich hatte ein Innenzimmer, da hört man kaum Lärm von außen. Mir wurde das Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Da die Treppe steil und eng ist hat mich dieses gefreut. Auch die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer ausreichend gekühlt, auch wenn es etwas Zeit braucht. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.

Die Klimaanlage rattert immer ein bisschen. Der Safe ging nicht. Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen vergammelt.

Ήταν όλα βρώμικα και χωρίς καμία συντήρηση. Ο νιπτήρας είχε ξεκολλήσει οι βρύσες δεν λειτουργούσαν και ήταν βρώμικες. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ντουλάπα ή κρεμαστρες για τα ρούχα, είχε ένα κομοδίνο βρώμικο και τίποτα άλλο ούτε καν μια καρέκλα. Ένα παράθυρο με θέα τον διάδρομο του καταλύματος . Δεν παρείχε προϊόντα μπάνιου . Πληρώσαμε 40 δολάρια για τρεις διανυκτερεύσεις, τιμή εξωπραγματική για τα δεδομένα της χώρας σε σχέση με την άθλια ποιότητα του ξενοδοχείου

Julieka’s Guesthouse has really friendly and helpful staff. It’s location is ideal walkable to river area and lots of restaurants and attractions near by. It is very affordable and was good for us as on a budget.

We didn’t sleep well due to noises in the wall and ceiling. It sounds like small animals running around which woke us up during the night. We mentioned this to staff and they were very apologetic and said they would look into it. We were also woken up early in the woken by construction which isn’t the hotels fault but did affect our sleep.

Perfect place to stay in Phnom Penh! Great location. My room was very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great location, right in front of the National Museum. Comfortable room, air conditioning, and quiet.

The cleanliness could be improved.

The guesthouse is excellent located in city centre right beside the national museum and royal palace. It is family run and the staff are so king and genuinely interested to engage with it's visitors and have a conversation. The rooms are basic as advertised but for such a central location in a capital city the price cannot be beat and it's good value for money.

Adjacent to the Riverside.

Rooms are small and worn. Climate control is inefficient due to a fatal design flaw. The air conditioning exhausts to the interior of the hotel.

Het bed is heerlijk zacht, het lekkerste waar ik tot nu toe in heb geslapen. De douche is goed, een harde warme straal en afgeschermd zodat niet de hele badkamer nat wordt. De kamer was schoon en het hotel ligt op een goede locatie.

De airco maakte veel herrie en er is weinig plek voor je spullen.

Last minute booked a night stay at their Double Room due to our transport was cancelled. Pros: - Located within city centre and attractions are at a walking distance - Convienent shops, bars, and restaurants just at the doorstep - despite being close to shops, bars, and restaurants, it was much quieter than my previous stay nearby - it's a standard Asian size double room as advertised with a comfortable king size bed. - Simplicity and quietness of the accommodation - there's an aircon that works well. - room didn't smell.

location is great but the facilities need a bit of improvement, especially the airconditioning units, we had to request for fans to keep us cool in the room

We stay here any time we are passing through Phnom Penh. It’s a convenient and safe location and then guys are super helpful and kind. Other nearby locations have tried to scam us, but this place and the guys are great. Thanks for always being there.

Great location, right next to the river walk. Lots of good food and cafes nearby. Great view if you get a higher apartment.

Note that, as with a lot of guesthouses in SE Asia, there are no elevators. Anyone with mobility issues would have a lot of trouble getting to the higher floors and the stairs can be tricky to navigate in general. If you are able bodied it's fine though, the staff helped get the luggage up and down for me.

Très bien accueilli ! La chambre était en haut d'un long escalier mais ça fait toujours du bien un peu de sport et le gérant a porté un de nos sacs. Chambre au calme, confortable et très propre. La salle de bain était vraiment bien avec une douche séparée des WC. Bouteilles d'eau offertes à l'arrivée

there's plenty of space in the room, there's a balcony where you can see the Royal Palace from across the street, plenty of restaurants & food carts nearby too, you'll not get hungry, the owner was nice, he allowed me to change my mode of payment from cash to debit card when I ran out of cash and my card won't work when I tried to withdraw money, he also gave me helpful tips to go about in the city

the room was a little run down, the main door handle's broken but still working, the bathroom space is small, if you're a big person you may have issue with the bathroom, I sometimes hear footsteps when another guest uses the stairs but I dont mind (Im so tired so I get to sleep right away) I guess the room needs to be renovated, there's a small fridge in the room but its a little rusty I dont think its wise to put food inside

Great budget option in central location. The rooms with balconies are spacious and yes it's not the Ritz but it's not Ritz price. Kim and his colleague were nice and helpful and helped carry luggage which we appreciated as there are a lot of steps up to top floor.

The location was perfect, right near the night market and many restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

Our window faced only onto a hallway and the lights were very harsh. There was a terribly strong stench of burnt cooking oil in the kitchen, which rose all the way up to our second floor room one night. The facilities were very basic and the room was very small. The bathroom door would not close properly and the shower drain was clogged.

2人での滞在だったのでファミリールームから、翌日はデラックスダブルルームに移動した。眺望が良くてタオルは大きくて清潔。冷凍室付きの冷蔵庫があったので氷を保管できた。雨だったからかもしれないが、部屋のエアコンはよく効いて前日よりも涼しく感じた。 部屋によって差が大きいと感じた。 ロケーションは良くて近くのコンビニで氷が買えるしその近くのエチオピア料理店はおいしくてテイクアウトもできるので便利でおすすめ。

ホステルのせいではないが、早朝にホステル前から乗ったトゥクトゥクがペンギンビル前のバス停まで5000khrと交渉して乗ったのに5$を請求してきた。長時間怒鳴りつけ続けられてバスの時間出発時間が迫ってきたので支払った。予約しておくのが良いと思う。

Only the location

The room was too small like budget rooms in Hong Kong.A fridge was listed in the room but there was even no space to put a fridge.We had to climb the room with steep metal stairs like a cargo ship, not a building.There was a window but it opened nowhere, no fresh air and there was bad humidity and smell.I wanted the reception to give us the room we booked and paid,he was so rude,kicked us out of the hotel at midnight.We are glad he did it because we found much larger room with real windows and fresh air from the same price. Strictly stay away.
