I dont like the over security and the building was full of people always some elevator did not work as the building was 59th floor.If you are in a hurry you cant go down anytime.

Outdated furnitures and appliances. Need to change the shower curtain, it has molds already. Bedsheets and pillow cases smells foul, restroom smells foul as well maybe because there’s no ventilation. But so far all appliances are working really well, wifi is fast and still a comfy stay!

We mistakenly booked 2 rooms that weren’t “adjoining” but Levyl, the property manager was very accommodating and made the correction on her end. One call out though, the rooms that were referred to as “adjoining” were actually “adjacent”, next door to each other.
The units were great, but there are areas that need improvement. Bathroom: no fan/1 overhead light that was dim There is one small mirror in the whole entire unit located in the dark bathroom. The bed was extremely hard. Not firm but literally hard. There is no actual mattress, just a box spring with a mattress topper. My sister and I woke up every morning with body aches.

Check in is quite a process. Had to download whatsapp just for it. If i did not msg the host, we would not receive any directions at all. The smell of room, which is affected by the smell coming from the restroom is bad. It smells like the inside of an old taxi. No exhaust in the restroom. I booked for 3 pax, but the bed is only for two. the listing did not specify that the space for the third person is the old couch. We did not find the extra matress noted in the checkin directions received from host.

It was somehow complicated to collect the keys as we did not have access to internet. Looked like people at the reception were not acquainted of our arrival.

We arrived for just one night to rest before a long flight and were expecting to use the pool (additional fee 150 pesos for a person). However, in order to access it, we had to book wristbands in advance through an office or an agent. Since we arrived on Sunday, the office was closed (that wasn’t mentioned in booking com!!!). On Monday, the pool was also closed. As a result, we were unable to use it. We were advised to ask security for help, but in order to get access, we had to pay a 100-peso bribe because some woman had to “assist” with the process. On top of that, there was no option to store our luggage after check out- reception doesn’t allow to leave bags and host just advise to book one more night if you want to leave your luggage. The entire complex consists of individual apartments for rent, and they do not take responsibility for bookings made through Booking.com.

We arrived from an 18-hour flight, grabbed some dinner, and came in the room. It felt better because the room smelled good, and it loks clean at first glance. Not till I took a shower. The towels stink like they were used. I smelled better before I showered. The bedsheets and pillows smell like sweat. Bed is so hard, very uncomfortable. Bodyaches in the morning. Little cockroachs 🪳 running around all day every day. It was a bad stay. Will not book this place again.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025basic needs are complete. good for short vacation. bathroom is ok. with toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. overall the room is clean. Ms Lev replies quickly if you need questions. wifi signal is good. and the view is superb especially sunrise since we are located on the 54th floor.
one bath towel is not 100% clean. it doesn't have any stain but when I used it, I got a woman's hair on my body. long strand of hair and not just black, also white one from an old woman. lucky I have a towel with me just in case. It's my first time experiencing that from an air BNB or even cheaper hotel. after that I got a little worried if the pillows and beds were clean. after checking, I found a black stain on different parts of the comforter and it's like from a cockroach waste. unfortunately it's already midnight, since we are preparing for bed and we just want to rest for the day. we just used the extra thin blanket they provide. small cockroach in the bathroom and table. I hope they can fix that for future guests.

The only negative experience I've had with booking.com properties so far, and it was shocking. Found cockroaches in the hall and bathroom (photos attached), no shower items (shampoo/body wash) in the bathroom, and the message received before checkout said to wash up any used dishes but there was no dish soap in the unit either (only hand-wash, photo attached). Do not recommend this place to anyone
