Accoglienza, posizione

Très bon séjour en famille à Rome. L’établissement est très bien situé, à proximité du Vatican, des commerces et des restaurants. La chambre était propre et confortable, même si nous l’avons trouvée un peu petite pour une famille, notamment la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre était très bon et copieux. Le parking payant avec service de voiturier est également très pratique lorsque l’on voyage en voiture. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons pour un séjour à Rome.

La chambre et la salle de bain nous ont semblé trop petites pour accueillir confortablement une famille de quatre personnes. Il manquait également de rangements, et prendre le petit-déjeuner à quatre dans la chambre n’était pas très pratique en raison du manque d’espace et de mobiliers disponibles. Certains éléments du mobilier mériteraient également d’être mieux entretenus ou vérifiés. Par exemple, la porte du meuble de bureau était mal assemblée, bancale et assez bruyante à l’utilisation. Pour un établissement qui met en avant un niveau élevé de qualité et de service, nous avons été un peu déçus par le standing de la chambre et des parties communes. L’isolation phonique pourrait également être améliorée. En revanche, le service était impeccable et le personnel très professionnel.

Great room, clean and hostess was super nice.

The location is the best part of this listing. Walking distance to the Vatican, shopping, and multiple cafes. Great neighborhood. The building had a small elevator or lift which is a nice feature. The A/C worked very well and they provided daily housekeeping. Host arranged for us to drop our bags early which was convenient and appreciated.

I would definitely not describe this as a luxury room. More like a dorm room to be honest. It has a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. That's it. Not a single decoration or picture on the walls. If you are looking for a basic room, this is a good choice, but don't expect much charm.

The accommodation is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and helpful, and the lady we spoke with was very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The accommodation calls itself “luxury rooms”, but there was really nothing luxurious about the room. It was decent, clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy or particularly special. The walls are very thin, so you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms. As the accommodation is in a busy area, there was also quite a lot of noise from the traffic. We specifically chose this accommodation because breakfast was included, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing. Every morning we received mushroom sandwiches, plain cheese sandwiches and sweet pastries. They were not bad, but there was nothing special about them. One morning, the fruit juice we were served was even spoiled. Rome has so many great places to enjoy breakfast, so in the end we basically left most of the breakfast untouched and chose to have breakfast elsewhere instead.

Good location walkable to Vatican City and train. The breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations, including refilling the fridge with water and snacks. The in room espresso machine was icing on the cake. Many nearby restaurants and shops and daily room service. Highly recommend.

Lovely room in a quiet area with air conditioner and fridge which both worked very well. Breakfast was amazing and over-generous, as were the free fridge contents.

Really easy to get to the center, super kind host and overall really comfortable room. We had absolutely no issues and really enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood as well. Definitely recommend!

It was in a lovely area. Surrounded by interesting places to visit. Local supermarket Pewex to grab some essentials and it’s near a Main Street for other shops. Close to the Vatican and a Metro. Big thanks to Margherita and the cleaning staff! <3

The walls were pretty thin so you have to be very cautious with how much noise you make (didn’t bother me but worth mentioning)

Si vuelvo a Roma volvería a alojarme aquí sin ninguna duda. Fue todo estupendo, pero sobre todo destacar la ubicación y el trato de Marga. Súper recomendable!

The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the location made it easy to explore Rome on foot. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Il nostro soggiorno a Roma è andato magnificamente. La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare la zona di Prati e la Città del Vaticano. La camera e il trattamento offerto sono stati di assoluta qualità.L'accoglienza è stata eccellente. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente delle bevande nel frigobar e dell'erogatore di acqua naturale e frizzante. Una nota di particolare apprezzamento va a Margherita per la sua eccellente professionalità: ci ha accolti e assistiti in modo discreto ma sempre presente. La ringraziamo tantissimo anche per i preziosi consigli sui ristoranti della zona, che si sono rivelati tutti eccellenti. Grazie mille di tutto, ci rivedremo sicuramente un po' più avanti per una nuova gita a Roma!

The host, Marghe, made us feel extremely welcome from the first moment to the last. It was a real pleasure to stay here

Amazing breakfast, we have to go to airport early in the morning and they put a small trolley with cockles, fruits, cereal and two sandwiches, Marguerita is a good manager always kept contact since we land on Fiumicino. Jhadira is a nice Cuban girl that receive on property. I recommend this property if you want a nice services.

We had a blackout during the night, but I understand that this issue is not fault of manager property.

Small, but comfortable rooms in the very good region of Rome. The rooms are not luxurious as such, the furniture there is pretty basic. But you have everything you need, especially AC for this hot weather. Highlight is the breakfast in the room and the bar which is getting refilled every day. Also the host is very kind and attentive.

החדר שקבלנו כלל את כל מה שצריך בתוספת מקרר מלא בכל טוב ללא תשלום נוסף. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה והוגשה בצורה אסטטית מאוד המיקום היה מצויין קרוב למסעדות, קניות , סופרמרקט, גלידריה מעולה. המארחת היתה זמינה בכל רגע וענתה לכל שאלותינו ובקשתנו בנחמדות ובסבלנות

Чудесное место! Администратор, который нас встречал, был очень приветливым и отзывчивым. Комната уютная, комфортная и оснащена всем необходимым. Особенно приятно, что для гостей предусмотрен бесплатный мини-бар, из которого можно брать все, что захочется. Завтрак тоже был очень хорошим. Отель расположен на красивой и уютной улице. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

位于比较安全安静的PRATI区域，步行至梵蒂冈城只要10分钟。房东非常贴心，提前一天就问了抵达时间，到达时间比较晚了还在门口等我。这里的电梯，房间，走廊和阳台都特别有趣，第一次感受这种电影里见过的电梯。走廊到房间都有空调，这在夏天的罗马实在是太有必要了。房间内冰箱有免费提供的饮料牛奶，还有我喜欢的胶囊咖啡机。我会推荐给中国来的游客，这里还是蛮安全舒适的！ Located in the relatively safe and quiet PRATI area, just a 10-minute walk to Vatican City. The host was very thoughtful, asking about the arrival time a day in advance, and even though I arrived late, they were still waiting for me at the door. The elevator, rooms, corridors, and balconies here are all especially interesting. It's my first time experiencing elevators like those seen in movies. There is air conditioning from the corridors to the rooms, which is absolutely necessary in Rome during summer. The fridge in the room offers complimentary drinks and milk, as well as my favorite capsule coffee machine. I would recommend it to visitors coming from China; it's actually quite safe and comfortable!

The breakfast every morning

The property is in a nice location with nice amenities that are clean and organized well given the space. Everything worked as it should. The A/C cooled the space very well and the daily breakfasts were very nice as well. The property manager was VERY helpful and communicative; answering all our questions in a timely manner and made some excellent recommendations. Having a map to look at and take with us was very helpful, and it was great to be able to have valet parking in the middle of Rome.

We have no specific complaints about anything, but we do want to point out that anyone who is traveling with large luggage and/or a lot of luggage for whatever reason, that there is only a small lift to get to the property otherwise you are carrying everything up several fights of stairs, so plan and pack accordingly.

Great location, beautiful room, great staff! Nice breakfast in the room, mini bar included. A lot useful is in room - iron, some of kitchen features, even hair straighteners etc etc.

More soundproofing would be needed.

Excellent service -Margherita met us and showed us round . She was so helpful and arranged our taxi . She responded quickly and efficiently. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very peaceful . The location was great ! Very close to all the sights but in a residential area . Will deffo come again and cannot recommend enough !

У номері дуже комфортно і чисто, ліжко дуже зручне, є все необхідне, навіть невеличкий холодильник був заповнений (вода, сік, йогурт), прибирання було щодня. Маргарита дуже приємна і турботлива, допомагає в будь-яких питаннях. Дуже добре розташування готелю, близько до основних визначних місць Риму (пішки можна дійти до Базиліки Св.Петра, музеїв Ватикану, Замку Св.Ангела), поряд метро, супермаркет, кафе. Вулиця тиха та безпечна. Сніданок подають у номер (сендвічі, свіжа випічка, фрукти, кава, чай). Рекомендую!

The room was very good size and very clean. Good proximity to the Vatican City and other landmarks. Lots of good food places and shops nearby. Staff were amazing! The manager Margherita helped us with everything we needed even last minute requests. She received one of our bags that was delivered earlier than our arrival, early breakfast requests and bag storage when we checked out.

The room is in a great location very quiet away from all the noise. Just outside is a supermarket a chemist, places to eat and a laundromat 4 mins walk. Margherita was very helpful and nice and always checking to see if we had everything we need and even after we left checking to see our journey from there. Breakfast was beautiful. We had fruit, pastries, sandwiches and cornflakes. The property is not in the city centre but that’s what we loved. It’s only 15 minutes in a taxi. If we were able to go back to Rome that is exactly where we would stay again. The bed was very comfortable.
