Un séjour inoubliable ! ​Très belle villa, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et décorée avec classe. C'était un vrai plaisir d'y séjourner. ​Un immense merci tout particulier à Ayoub et Mustapha. Je donne une note de 10 pour le côté humain ! Ils ont été tout simplement incroyables avec nous : d'une gentillesse rare, extrêmement accueillants et toujours aux petits soins. ​Un grand merci à eux deux d'avoir rendu ce séjour si agréable et précieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Malheureusement l’emplacement n’est pas très bien située pour les points de rassemblement pour les excursions ( souvent située dans Marrakech ) , pas de restaurant ni de bar autour .. il vous faudra prendre des taxis à chaque sortis .

Mitt rum var på nedervåning, källarplanet. Rummet var fuktskadad. Luft var väldigt dålig och rummet luktade fukt. Jag berättade till personalen men du hade inga andra alternativ

Sparkling clean, wonderful staff and owner. Ayoob was remarkable - super friendly and helpful. Rooms a big, clean and very good air conditioning fit for the summer.

Nothing - everyrhing was perfect

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen. Das Zimmer ist in einer großen Villa und das Wohnzimmer und die Küche können gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt werden. Man hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer, jedoch nicht dirket im Schlafzimmer. Frühstück wurde morgens für uns zubereitet. Die Unterkunft ansich ist sehr schön und neu, die Lage ist aber etwas außerhalb und auch mit dem Bus kommt man nicht wirklich nahe zum Haus. In der Umgebung werden viele neue Häuser gebaut und es befinden sich nicht wirklich Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns am Ende noch ein günstiges Shuttle zum Flughafen bestellt.

Très jolie villa, très bien équipée...mention très bien à Omar qui s'est occupé de nous avec gentillesse, malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive...

Le personnel était adorable, accueillant et très professionnel. La villa est magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et élégante. Côté propreté, rien à redire, tout était impeccable. Je recommande vivement.

Notre hôte, Omar, a été accueillant, professionnel et échangeait souvent amicalement avec nous. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et était préparé avec soins par Moustapha qui était à notre service tout le long du séjour et qui a été super gentil et serviable. Les chambres et les salles d'eau étaient propres, bien rangées et sentaient bon. Les lits étaient très grands et confortables, participants à notre bon sommeil. II y avait pas mal de rangement pour nos affaires, ce qui est un bon point. Concernant la piscine et le hammam, même si nous ne les avons pas utilisés, ils étaient fonctionnels et appréciables. Le salon et le rooftop étaient superbes ! On a passé de super moments dans ces espaces partagés. Il y avait notamment une grande TV avec Netflix, Prime, Bein, et bien d'autres ! Un gros plus était les cuisines mises à disposition qui possédaient un équipement complet que nous pouvions utiliser. En somme, un excellent séjour dans cette villa !

Pas grand chose à part peut-être l'accessibilité des transports en commun par exemple. Même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

The experience I had at Villa Boutique Amani surpassed my expectations as it had the benefits of staying in your own home with the added benefits of staying in a hotel. The villa itself is stunning with its large open spaces and beautiful decor. The daily breakfast is tasty and the view of the pool is calming. The location being close to the airport is extremely handy and is also not far from the medina. Lastly, the host is extremely professional, approachable and was on hand to help with all my needs.

Nothing. My stay was more than perfect. I would recommend renting a car or having a driver take you around to make moving around easier.

De vriendelijk gastheer Moustafa, Ik heb een fijne ervaring gehad bij Villa Boutique Amani. Het ontbijt was lekker en vers. Alles was super schoon en netjes verzorgd, wat meteen een prettig gevoel gaf. Je deelt de accommodatie wel met anderen, maar dat verliep prima. Het zwembad is echt een leuke extra, vooral op hete dagen is het heerlijk om daar af te koelen. Zeker een aanrader!

Le propriétaire Omar très sympa et tjs prêt à vous aider. La maison est quasi neuve et très belle. Tout est très propre. Il a 2 chats très mignons, Patricia et Batman, qui avaient des chatons. Je recommande ce logement

C est dans une urbanisation neuve, il n y a pas grand chose autour et il faut prendre un Taxi pour aller en ville, mais ce n est que 50 dirhams.

Staffs were very friendly and professional, the apartment felt more like a home than an apartment.

Omar was very friendly and an attentive host. The property is beautiful! We loved the roof terrace and pool. Omar offered us a homemade coffee which was delicious. The property has most things that you need to have a great stay in Marrakesh.

Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well for many reasons, there was no duvet provided just a thin sheet, there were other residents shouting loudly late at night but this seemed to echo loudly in our room. Unfortunately the property is not close to many restaurants, however we did order some lovely food from a delivery company and ate it on the roof terrace.

J’ai été très bien accueilli par Omar et Mustafa : gentils, attentionnés et très professionnels. La villa est propre, bien située et dégage une agréable odeur dans tous les espaces. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et impeccable. Je recommande vivement !

Het is een mooie villa, modern ingericht en erg comfortabel en hygiënisch. Het verblijf ligt buiten het drukke stadscentrum maar je bent maar op een paar minuten rijden ervandaan. De kamer kan volledig verduisterd worden en dat is erg fijn. De wifi connectie is erg goed overal in het verblijf

Tijdens ons verblijf werd er rond de villa gewerkt aan de huizen rondom. Om 7 uur 's morgens gewekt worden door lawaaierige machines is niet zo fijn. Maar we beseffen wel dat het verblijf hier niets aan kan veranderen.

Beautiful building with a lovely pool and living area, and nice rooms. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was simple but nice.

As the map shows, the property is quite far from the Medina, so be prepared to pay for taxis. The shared bathroom was very clean but quite cramped. Both in the bathroom and in the room there isn't much space to comfortably put things outside the suitcase

Absolutely stunning place, very cozy with everything even with a pool. Very quit neighborhood. Host was extremely friendly and caring.

Can not find the words to describe the amazing experience from start to finish. Upon entry we were greeted by the host and showed around the lounge areas, kitchen, garden etc. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded for the nights we were there as it wasn't busy. Breakfast was amazing. All the bread, condiments, juices and a coffee. There is filtered water available through the fridge and a great TV + Sonos speakers. The pool is a nice touch but was a little cold so we didn't venture in. Beds were incredibly comfy. Amazing pillows Amazing bathroom and toiletries Balcony was very nice during the afternoon but during the morning we could enjoy the sun on the roof top terrace. Location was perfect. Easy to take a taxi/indrive to or order food if you need. Peaceful and out of the city's business. Every single thing was truly amazing and I look forward to coming back on my next visit, whenever it may be. I will be recommending it to anyone I know that is coming.

At an absolute stretch the only thing I could possibly fault of the whole experience and stay was that the sinks were very awkardly shaped and splashed over the edges. Besides that it is one of the best places I have ever stayed and we had an amazing time.

Omar, de la sécurité, a été tout aussi remarquable : bienveillant, accueillant, et grâce à lui, nous nous sommes sentis complètement en sécurité et comme à la maison. La chambre est très confortable et spacieuse l’espace partagé avec cuisine et salon est très agréable et immense. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le petit déjeuner était super !

Le seul petit bémol est la salle de bain commune qui est vraiment très petite. Il serait super d’avoir des petites salles de bains privées par chambre

Die Villa ist wunderschön und modern. Alles ist sehr ordentlich, aufgeräumt und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Von der Dachterrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht und Omar ist wahnsinnig freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett sehr gemütlich und das Bad gut ausgestattet, sowie sauber.

Leider sind die Räume etwas hellhörig, aber sonst alles gut

Villa Boutique Amani was wonderful to us. As soon as we arrived, Omar was so welcoming and helpful as soon as we stepped foot on the property. He told us what apps would be useful in the city. We had the King Retreat, we were completely satisfied with it. The bed was incredibly comfortable, made us really feel like we are home. And the blankets were on the thicker side which I really appreciated as it got quite cold in the nighttime in Marrakech. The shared bathroom was always clean, the hot showers there felt wonderful. We loved how homey the Villa felt. Mostafa made very delicious breakfasts for us each morning, the freshly squeezed orange juice was like no other, I can confidently say they were the best I’ve ever had. He was very kind, always tried to answer our questions and had a smiley personality. The terrace had a great vibe, we had a day where we just sunbathed and read up there. Plus points that the Villa had 2 cats who were extremely lovey and friendly, we made it our routine to go pet them at least once or twice a day. They truly added to the experience. Thank you a lot again for Omar. He did everything he could to always accommodate us. We were really thankful for such a kind, caring host.

Small bathroom

The villa is in a developing neighborhood of Marrakech. Lots of construction around. The villa itself was very nice - new, clean, beautifully decorated. It was my first time staying somewhere with a shared washroom, but it was clean and functional. The villa operates on a "make yourself at home" basis. We made our own dinner in the shared kitchen and had a relaxing evening. All in all, quite comfortable.

Sharing a washroom is a new concept for me, but quite manageable. Also, better introduction to the space and its facilities would have been helpful.

Woda pod prysznicem była tylko lekko ciepła, nie ma gdzie położyć ubrań i kosmetyków w łazience, prysznic i jego obsługa była irytująca.

El alojamiento es un 10 lo mires por donde lo mires, el personal es amabilísimo y el desayuno súper rico. La habitación era preciosa y súper súper cómoda.

La ubicación no es la ideal si vas a ver la Medina, pero si tienes coche o puedes moverte en trasporte no importan tanto. Aún así, lo recomiendo 100%
