The location was perfect, close proximity to a number of tube and bus stations along with array of cafes and restaurants. The staff were excellent and helpful.

Although the room looked clean it was in need of a more deeper clean due to the amount dust on and around surfaces, wardrobe etc. and mould building up in the shower. You could hear the guests above which was annoying despite reporting it to the staff it was a continuous issue throughout my stay.

Everything else. This was not clean. The room is so small and everything seemed worn out. The shower had a part missing so the water just went on the floor.

В рамках уборки приносили только полотенца, даже мусор вынесли только после того, как оставили чаевые. Душ очень узкий, кто не худенький, трудно будет помыться. И раковина микроскопическая. Но нас это не смущало. Евро переходника нет, нужно купить самим.

My bed was a bit soft but I won’t let that affect my rating. It was warm in the room on top floor but there was an effective fan.

Lovely apartment hotel with spacious rooms, great location and super helpful staff. It was hot when we stayed there but very pleasant when you opened the windows in the evening. The sofa beads were easy to operate so we could make use of the living room and then easily make the beds for the night. The bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the kitchenette for storage of leftovers and the microwave. The area around the hotel was a lovely neighborhood right next to Hyde Park and Paddington station, both fantastic to walk and easy to take the subway. Overall, great value for the money!

As always with London apartments, the walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from the streets. Good quality earplugs are a must if you want to leave the windows open during the night and have a good night's sleep. Other than that we had no complaints!

The location was very good and convenient, with easy access to central London and public transport.

The room had several serious issues with cleanliness and comfort. First of all, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room. We were also given a basement room with almost no proper view from the window, which made the room feel dark and unpleasant. Around the window area, we could constantly hear loud dripping water, and the window itself did not seem properly sealed. The room was not cleaned well either- there was visible dust in several places. There were also very few power outlets, which was inconvenient for two people. Another strange issue was the cutlery. Although the room was booked for two guests, only one set of utensils was provided. When we asked for a second set, a staff member brought us only a spoon and a knife by hand and explained that they did not even have a spare fork available. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for two guests.

Couldn't get cold water from the tap - kept turning hot, whichever way I turned the fawcett. Net curtains need replacing and couldn't get the window to stay open.

Although there is a dual hob there are no pans or cooking facilities. No teatime The shower was very low being in the roof. The screen only went part way which meant yhe floor gets wet. Stair rail was dirty. Going up 83 stairs to the room you do use the hand rail

Łazienka jest bardzo mała.. 1 szczupła osoba się w niej mogła zmieścić, to samo w prysznicu. Niestety, na pościeli oraz ręcznikach były plamy oraz ciemne włosy. Ogólnie pokój był stary, okna są stare i ciężko było je ruszyć. Łóżko zdecydowanie za małe dla dwóch osób...

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la modalidad apartamento con recepción diurna. Cuenta con microondas, vajilla, heladera y tostadora. Tambien cuentan con aire acondicionado. La atencion del persosnal impecable y cambian a diario todas las toallas

La presión de agua en las duchas es BAJÍSIMA. Deben mejorar eso con bomba presurizadora, incluso se corta del todo la ducha cuando apretas el inodoro. A veces caía un hilito de agua. Mejor bañarse temprano o muy tarde. La tostadora enciende la alarma de incendio x lo q no se ouede usar. Subir 4 pisos x escaleras con equipaje es complejo.

Estaba muy sucio (había manchas por todos los sitios). No tenía cucharillas pequeñas para café ni trapos de cocina y el estropajo daba miedo usarlo. El ventilador no funcionaba y a pesar de comunicarlo no se nos dio otro (y hace mucho calor en esa habitación!). La ducha tiene muy poca potencia. Es básicamente una habitación de hotel con microondas y un minifregadero que no sirve casi para nada. No volveré y no lo recomiendo. Pagar casi £300 por esto me parece bastante lamentable.

Es un alojamiento muy apañado, con todo lo necesario y cómodo para pasar unos días. El personal muy amable y paciente. Muy buena conexión con el centro y la linia de metro está a dos minutos andando.

Todo estaba bien, lo único a destacar sería que el agua de los grifos salía siempre caliente.

Everything The air conditioning was a joke, built and used since 1982, extremely dirty and was overheating , which is great because had there been a fire, my 5 year old son and I would have died because we were locked inside the room for 15 minutes because the lock jammed, the room was nothing like the pictures, typical London absolute scammers but they got their money and profit on the misery of others

The location was convenient and the property itself had potential.

Unfortunately, there were several issues. The staff in the morning were not helpful or professional, especially the female staff member. My Booking.com reservation clearly stated that check-out was at 12:00 PM, but she kept knocking on the door and rushing us to leave. We left at around 11:30 AM or 12 , and she then told me that I had to pay a £25 charge for late check-out. When I showed her the booking confirming that check-out was at 12:00 PM, she acted surprised and said she did not know about it. This was very unprofessional. The cleanliness was also very disappointing. We stayed in Room 1, which had an unpleasant smell. There is also no lift, and there was no assistance with luggage, meaning we had to carry our suitcases ourselves up and down a long flight of stairs.

Posizione ottima, due fermate metro a cinque minuti. Hyde park ad un minuto. Quartiere bellissimo e molto tranquillo. Letto molto comodo, personale accogliente e disponibile. Doccia sufficientemente spaziosa con potente getto d' acqua bollente sempre. Cambio di asciugamani tutti i giorni. Angolo cottura piccolo ma funzionale con frigo nuovo, microonde e bollitore.

Il bagno ha un lavandino minuscolo inutile anche x lavarsi i denti. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, sia al check in che durante il soggiorno. Ventilatore non funzionante che in assenza di aria condizionata può rovinare il soggiorno nei periodi caldi. La nostra richiesta di sostituzione non è stata evasa ma per fortuna nei giorni seguenti il clima londinese ci è venuto incontro. In otto notti le lenzuola sono state cambiate una volta.

La posizione sicuramente ideale, a pochi passi da più opzioni di metro, autobus e stazioni, meno di 40 min di mezzi dall'aeroporto di Heathrow, stanza spaziosa e dotata di diversi servizi come cassaforte, microonde, ferro e asse da stiro, phon etc. foto fedeli alle condizioni reali, abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out

Primo problema fra tutti: il caldo!! ci sono stati forniti 2 piccoli ventilatori cilindrici completamente inutili, muovevano aria con un raggio di pochi centimetri (forse andavano puliti i filtri), nel corso dei giorni abbiamo chiesto più volte che ci venissero sostituiti magari con un ventilatore ma ciò non è accaduto e questo ha influenzato sensibilmente le prime due notti e le conseguenti mattine poichè nonostante abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta (quindi maggiormente esposti ai rumori) non entrava un filo d'aria, fortunatamente le notti successive sono state più fresche e la finestra da sola è bastata (ci ha comunque dato molto fastidio essere costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta poichè ci trovavamo ai primi piani subito sulla strada), la pulizia in generale visti gli alloggi nella stessa categoria di prezzo per Londra non è male ma paragonata agli standard italiani è un 6 scarso, tende sporche, asciugamani macchiati e polvere un po' ovunque, la pulizia quotidiana consiste nel rifare il letto e passare l'aspirapolvere; Lo sciacquone assolutamente da da cambiare, doveva essere premuto più volte e con forza per farlo funzionare; in fine, non per importanza, nonostante fosse una camera matrimoniale ci sono stati forniti due letti singoli SU DUE BASI A SE STANTI tenuti insieme solo da un coprimaterasso, questo ha reso davvero scomodo dormire perchè anche al più piccolo movimento i letti tendevano a separarsi.

La poca empatía del recepcionista. Pedí un estudio en una planta no muy alta ya que mi suegra tiene 74 años y nos mandaron a la 4 planta sin ascensor es decir a la buhardilla por unas escaleras que apenas cabía yo y la maleta, me dijeron si lo quería o lo cancelaba, con la consiguiente perdida de mi reserva y sin tener a donde ir. El trato fue pésimo, hacia mucho calor había un ventilador con mas suciedad que el palo de un gallinero, solo tienen que ver las fotos, pedí que me lo cambiaran por otro y con mas potencia ,me dijeron que tampoco tenían, no me gusto nada que me dijeran en pocas palabras búscate la vida. no volveré nunca mas a este apartamento, lo cogimos por que tenia cocina ya que mi mujer tiene que seguir una dieta estricta por su patología y me dijeron que no se podía cocinar, aparte tampoco tenia nada para poder hacerlo, pero en cambio si que pone que tiene utensilios de cocina, total fue un fraude.

The bed was huge and so very comfortable, an excellent english hotel apartment....in an old building. It was quiet even though we were on the corner of two busy roads. Excellent room service, we only asked for every two days but I think they clean every day. It has microwave small fridge no freezer, cutlery plates and even on tge hottest days tge room although not air conditioned was actually quite good. Close to paddington station and shops and really close to the park where you coukd walk and see squirrels jumping and exploring. There is a bus no 94 air conditioned on bayswater road taking you to most of the tourist spots or the other bus on that street takes you to different tourist spots. Or take the circle tube air conditioned to many tourist areas, and use it to hop on and off. The area has many trees and not as busy as some spots in london. Our 7 nights here were very enjoyable and it was great to have a welcoming smile each morning and evening. Thank you.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard executive che dalle foto era tutta altra cosa da quella che ci hanno effettivamente assegnato. La stanza era all'ultimo e quarto piano MANSARTATO con sei rampe di scale strette e senza ascensore. La stanza era passabile, abbastanza vivibile ma stretta. Il vero problema é stato il bagno che era totalmente mansardato dove non riuscivamo a stare neanche in piedi nella doccia ma dovevamo farla da seduti e oltretutto senza nessuna tenda o box doccia quindi ogni volta si allagava il bagno anche facendo attenzione. Non siamo gente che si lamenta però proporre una stanza del genere al prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci sembra assurdo! Inoltre il condizionatore in camera faceva un rumore terribile ma tendono spento si moriva di caldo essendo in una mansarda senza finestre apribili...

I really liked the central location, how close it was to public transport, and how easy it was to find and get around from the hotel.

There were some stains on the bed linens, and when we requested room cleaning, the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

Clean, friendly staff, big room, bed was huge and very comfortable, surprisingly quiet - we had a first floor room, could not hear any other guests at all and traffic noise wasn’t too bad (slept with the window open, when closed could hardly hear the traffic)

Very accessible location, close to the tube stop and quite quiet accommodation. Bed was comfortable and the air con in the room was great.

It didn’t feel very clean. The bathroom and aircon unit just felt quite grimey and dusty and I didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the room as a result. It was cheap so you get what you pay for. Also the 4 flights of stairs to the top room was a real killer especially with luggage. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others to stay there.

Le camere sono dotate di forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane e frigorifero, molto utili per preparare, all'occorrenza, dei semplici pasti. Vicino alla struttura si trova un noto supermercato, aperto fino a mezzanotte, e alcuni piccoli negozi per l'acquisto di cibo e bevande. L' hotel si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione metro di Paddington, collegata molto bene alle varie zone di Londra.

La finestra era semiaperta e non è stato possibile sollevarla in modo da arieggiare bene la camera. Ho dovuto usare il ventilatore costantemente ,perché faceva molto caldo. La struttura non ha l'ascensore e le scale sono ripide, non rendendola adatta a tutti.

The room was super hot despite having a fan on. Only washing up liquid and sponge, nothing to dry your things with. The basin in the bathroom was minute, so it was difficult not to splash water everywhere, there was a bath mat but, really. The TV kept glitching, so did bother with it. Basically the place was passable, but I won't be rushing back.

Struttura collocata in una zona centralissima e strategica, metro Lancaster a due passi comoda per le destinazioni turistiche e meno turistiche. Presente phon per capelli con ottima potenza, asse e ferro da stiro. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in e sia dopo il check out.

Un odore forte e strano nella stanza forse dovuto a qualche prodotto spruzzato giornalmente. Pulizia 6 e mezzo su 10 considerando gli standard inglesi , trovato qualche capello negli asciugamani puliti cambiati giornalmente e le lenzuola macchiate.

Det var veldig varmt. Vi var der på sommeren og det var ganske varmt ute, men også inne. Det var en vifte på rommet, men den var så dårlig at vi valgte å kjøpe en selv.

Great location. Customer service is good. They also provide luggage storage, although it’s just at the hallway. We had issue with the first room and contacted customer service that night. We were given a new room the next day.

We booked an executive room. When we arrived, we were given a room at the 4th (top) floor. Struggled to carry out suitcases up the stairs as there were no lift. The room was horrible. Small. Especially the bathroom. The shower was leaking and water was flooding the toilet area. Very small shower area and the water pressure was extremely low. We only realised this late at night after the reception was closed. We contacted the customer service and was given the correct size and proper room at the ground floor. That room was good. Bed’s too soft and not comfy and very thin walls. Noisy area at night.

Location near underground was good and round the corner from a high street for convenience. Staff were nice.

Stored bags were just left in hallway. None of the sockets in the room worked, one did but was miles away from vanity and bed. Window didn’t fully close and it was very loud. Finish was bad, plug hanging off the wall, chill furniture, during heatwave and we had to clean the fan to use it it was disgustingly and the shampoo and conditioner was broken so unusable. Just a bit crap and worn down.

Escaleras muy estrechas, nos tocó un tercero. El sofá cama del apartamento 15, dejaba mucho que desear, sucio, viejo y muy incómodo para dormir, tuvimos que pedir varios rellenos nórdicos para no notar las lamas. La limpieza se puede mejorar con poco.

We stayed during the heat wave so the room ran hot, it felt like a sauna. The staff provided our room with an air cooler, but it couldn't keep up. I imagine when the temperature is normal, the heat isn't an issue though.

Location is everything with this accommodation. Hyde Park is literally across the road and Lancaster Gate tube station. Bed and pillows very comfy

Tower fan provided was very old and we stayed on a very hot night Water in shower etc, was either very hot or very cold, both in the morning and at night Room was tiny, but that was stated on the website

In a heatwave the hotel was so hot and our fan wasn’t working, receptionist didnt care and said we don’t have any more (yet he was sat in front of one while saying it) they wouldn’t use that fan over night, so could have loaned it to us! He knew it was broken and was obviously not going to do anything about it.

The location was excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The manned reception was a big plus, providing helpful service and a sense of security.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival at the agreed check-in time of 14:30, my room wasn’t ready. The cleaning was done in a rush, and while it was tidy, the overall cleanliness was just okay; not what I’d expect from an apparthotel. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. Located underground with building commodities right outside the windows, it was unbearably noisy from 7:00 AM onwards, not just from the street but also from behind the window and door. During the heatwave, I couldn’t close the window to block out the noise, and people were smoking right outside, filling the room with smoke. Sleep was impossible from 7:00 AM. The bathroom ventilation was extremely loud, adding to the discomfort. The equipment in the room (fridge, TV) felt outdated, and for the price paid, the overall service and facilities didn’t match expectations.
