Location was close to both Acton Mainline and North Acton tubes however the property itself was down a back alley.
The photos are quite misleading, this is a garage at the back of someone's property. It's incredibly expensive for what it is. - Security poor - no bolt on garden gate so it's just open - Front door gap all the way around it letting air in - Indoor beam very low, my dad is 6ft and bumped his head so many times and inside the bathroom too - Poor finish on the decoration (poorly done tiles, messy weed garden, things glued back on) - Bed was really hard and uncomfortable Fair enough to the people letting this out, it's a way to make money. But this is not the standard of a hotel and it is not comfortable. I paid for this for my parents to stay in and frankly feel embarrassed. Please if nothing else tidy it up a bit and make some better repairs.
Bed was comfy. It was enough for what we came for as we only needed a place to stay after attending an event at Wembley.
Big low hanging beam going right across the room. Being tall i had to be constantly aware of it so not to bang my head. Not much room in the shower to move. Was a hot day, no air con so during the day felt like a greenhouse with only one window that opens.
Very clean, nice, welcoming, very flexible with the check in and out. Ideal for staying if your need something economic, clean, and caring.

10/10Standard quality for this hotel tier
Location
10/10Close to Acton Mainline and North Acton tube stations (positive for transport), though the property sits down a back alley.
Room Quality
7/10This is effectively a garage conversion: very low indoor beam (head-bumping), hard/uncomfortable bed, front door gaps letting in air — room quality is subpar.
Amenities

Value for Money
6/10Described as 'incredibly expensive for what it is' (paid £253 for 2 nights) — poor value for money.
Food and Beverage

Overall Experience
7/10Overall very disappointing for the price; booked for parents and resulted in embarrassment and discomfort.
