Reviewed Jun 7, 2025The home was comfortable and nice, and location were good.
The housekeeping guys came only after we checked in but they told the owner that they would be done by 2:30pm. When we went in, were quite surprised that the house was not that clean, only then got to know that they did not update the owner. However, the owner was fast replying and getting things done for us.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025I like the facilities. Very nice cosy condo. Definitely a great place to stay. Just some suggestions, it would be nice to have microwave somewhere. Though, the kitchenette was good, it was hard to reheat food. The broom may also need to be replaced, it was quite difficult to sweep with it. The pillows was also too soft, may need to be changed as well. Overall it was a nice experience. Host was very nice and accommodating. ☺

Reviewed May 22, 2025We stayed for over a week here. It was convenient as the location is in the city centre. The unit was comfortable and all appliances were working. Owner/management was friendly and accommodating to our rrquests. Cleaners came to clean the unit (notice given) during our stay.
There was no drying rack or place to dry up our clothes once washed. Owner/management may consider having a portable drying rack.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025A new and clean unit, not bad for a short stay. Having your own transport would be preferable, as the location is somewhat distant from town and not surrounded by eateries or convenience stores.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025Homestay Dream Anderson Condo in Ipoh is a great place to stay. The condo is clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Also, muslim friendly homestay. The condo has everything you need, like Wi-Fi, Netflix, air conditioning, and a kitchen if you want to cook. The host is friendly and quick to help, making check-in easy. Plus, the price is reasonable for what you get. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable choice for anyone visiting Ipoh.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025It’s a new apartment building and located in the city. Comfortable for few days stay to experience Ipoh.
It’s a new property and renovations are underway hence there is noise and a lot of movement. Owner to consider show curtains in the bathrooms to separate the wet and dry areas.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2024The condo is conveniently situated about 5-10 minutes away from the centre of Ipoh. You can get to tourist destinations quickly such as Ming Court Hong Kong (1.5km away), Nam Heong White Coffee (2.7km away), Concubine Lane (2.6km away) or Tasik Cermin (8.5km away) – you get the idea. There's a parking spot provided for you and your guest. Hassle-fee checking in and checking out. It has a water heater in both toilets, which the elders greatly appreciate. Love it. Will book here again if I ever need to come to Ipoh for an event.
The walls are thin – you can hear every noise your neighbours make during the day and night. (I didn't tell this to the host, though)
