Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Location was perfect for us and the host, Gibson, was a pleasure to deal with and very welcomed helping proactive approach to us. The security team were also helpful and professional 👍🏻 And we had a reasonable view from the bedroom.
A little maintenance needed in bathroom area.., shower wall mount is loose causing some annoyance when showering and hand sink design coupled with water pressure causes wet t shirts and trousers when using the sink. Also a little whistling noise from plumbing after using taps etc Bigger windows in Bedroom would be nice 😊

La piscina è bella e pulita ma per entrare è necessario un costume intero per le donne e pantaloncini per gli uomini. Con il normale costume da bagno non mi hanno fatto entrare

要特別注意的是 房東只收現金，所以網路上預訂後，還是要準備現金，當天給予。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025The apartment was huge and comfy. The view in the city, pool and park amazing. For Kuala Lumpur very quiet location but you can easily reach the main spots in 10 minutes. We loved the pool and playground. The kitchen is nice and the washing machine helpful. The small restaurant I can recommend. Gibson (housekeeper) was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment needs some maintenance to keep it up-today. We talked about that with Gibson and he promised to talk to the owner about some improvements.

Our host was a very gracious man who made sure we parked at the right spot, and even made an effort to show us around the apartment unit.

It has the facilities for kids such as Netflix and pool. The location is great that few mins of walk takes you to restaurants and bars in Butkit Bintang.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2023Loved the spacious apartment with wonderful views of the park and tower from our balcony. Enjoyed the pool so much in between exploring day trips around KL. Really handy also to have a bakery, mini mart and cafe located on the ground floor of the building as well as the amazing Pampas Reserve Steakhouse with the most incredible selection of yummy foods. The airport transfer service was fantastic too.
Nothing to dislike as we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon Residence. Gibson the apartment manager was attentive and helpful prior to us arriving in KL and answered any questions we had.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2023Extremely helpful host, very responsive. Very clean, fully equipped apartment. Great value for money we found. Good location, close to everything. Also had great experience with catching a Grab from the front of the apartment, quite cheap.
Not much to say here. In one of the rooms, you could hear the elevator going up and down all the time. That's about the only negative thing.

Reviewed Nov 2, 20231. The 3BR/2Bath layout was perfect for our family of 5. The A/C worked well, and the city view out the balcony was great. 2. We loved the 3 pools outside the 10th floor 3. There are 4 on-site establishments for meals & snacks, all of them good quality & well-priced.
We had to walk a good 15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Masjid Jamek), and this is not a very pedestrian-friendly city. If you plan to take a taxi/Grab everywhere, this will not be an issue for you.
