사장님이 친절하시고 룸 컨디션이 좋아서 잘 쉬었다 왔어요~ 급하게 잡은 일정이라 걱정했는데 좋은 방에서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 다음에 또 갈 기회가 되면 연락드릴께요~

Great location, place is a bit off the main road. The room was extremely comfy with a balcony and very new, sadly the TV did not work but that was no problem. Gave free water and cleaned the rooms everyday, 100% recommend.

The room was very clean. The facilities are a bit dated but still decent.

However, the location is very remote. After leaving the main road, there’s nearly 400 meters of unpaved dirt road. At night, the lack of proper lighting made it quite frightening. Despite being in such a remote area, it wasn’t quiet at all — stray dogs were howling frequently through the night, which made it very hard to fall asleep.

Très bon séjour ! La chambre est spacieuse et le logement semble quasiment neuf. Situation géographique très bien. Le balcon est très agréable et le mobilier de bonne qualité, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Le ménage ainsi que le changement des serviettes sont effectués tous les jours. Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter.

1박만 예약 했는데 다음에 올땐 여기에 계속 묵어도 될듯. 숙소 깨끗하고 매일 청소 해주고 수건도 새로 줌. 필리핀에서 매일 청소 해 주는 곳은 처음인 듯.

관리가 잘 되어있어 깨끗하고 사장님, 직원분들이 친절하셔요~

침구가 너무 좋습니다. 우리집에 있는 침대보다 좋은 것 같아요 ㅎ 혼자 지내기 좋은 숙소입니다!

Accomodation was very nice and clean, staff very friedly. It is in a calm area so if you are not party person and want to have calm sleep it is good place to stay.

Hostel is little bit detached, you have to walk on the small dusty road for like 10 mins to get to the town and cars and not very happy to go there (book tuc tuc, they are used to). There is no kettle in the room, but I was able to borrow from the staff.

Hôtel isolé du bruit et a 5 mn a pieds du centre touristique, plage Alona restaurant etc. Chambre nettoyé tous les jours . L' hôte réactif aux demandes, réserve de taxi etc....

Rooms are surprisingly very nice, have everything you need.

Spacieux Bien équipé hors cuisine qui ne comprend qu un evier.

Les coqs et les chiens font la fête la nuit. Le chemin est défoncé et inondé quand il pleut.

While the room itself and the facilities were nice, the cleanliness of the place really let it down. It wasn't filthy but not clean either.

Modern and comfortable room. Staff cleaned the room daily, replenished water bottles and arranged a laundry service. Room was very clean, spacious and there was a fridge. A short walk from the main strip which is why we booked it.

The road leading to the property is unlit at night and very uneven which is something to consider for ease of access.

de kamer was ruim, schoon en op een stille locatie centraal in het bruisende, luidruchtige en toeristisch Panlao, Bohol. de weg er naartoe deerde niet, want dat zorgde voor die rust. de host is aanwezig en reageert super snel op vragen!

ik had te hoge verwachtingen naar aanleiding van eerdere reviews. het was absoluut niet nieuw, en zeker niet het beste van een hele reis door de Filipijnen. vooraf voelde het als een hidden gem, maar het was 'you get what you pay for'. en dat is ook prima, maar houd er rekening mee. overigens is het alleen rustig als de buren niet op het gezamenlijke balkon zitten in te drinken 🙈. ps. mijn vriend heeft zijn grote teen helemaal open gehaald in een tegen van de drempel naar de badkamer. dus mind your step!

Room cannot be compared with resort rooms on the island, but it has everything you need. Clean, but kinda basic. The bed is a bit short, might be a problem for taller people, i am 5.11 and it was fine. Location is good as it is in Panglao city area close to the bars and beach and evening life, but still quiet.

The access road is very bumpy (and I grew up with dirt roads), difficult to ride a motorcycle on (and I have ridden all sorts of motorbikes since I was a kid). Greeted by two goats at the entrance. The tours will not pick you up from the location, but if you walk 250m to the main road, they will pick you up there.

Très propre, moderne et confortable et un wifi qui à très bien fonctionné. A 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale et 10 de la plage. Petit bonus, un super-marché est à 2 minutes à pied

住宿地點在比較深的巷子裡，晚上走路到巷子裡面會有點可怕

불편함 없이 잘 갖춰진 숙소입니다. 편안하게 잘 이용하였어요. 매일 깔끔하게 청소해줘서 특히 좋았습니다. 한국인 사장님이 친절하게 응대해주시고, 필요한 부분이 있으면 즉시 처리할 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다!

It's just one of the best option for this price. It's not a 5 star hotel so flaws here and there but I would give 10 because it worth more than it's price.

We loved this property, so comfortable, clean & modern! Was a lovely place to come home to after a long day out. People that run it are so attentive & friendly

Big room, good new facilities, very clean and overall super nice. It’s a few minutes from the main road but not directly on it which is nice so it’s a bit more calm. Really good for the price!

The roosters are really loud, bring earplugs unless you want to wake up at 4.30 am.

-bed is very comfortable -wifi works well -i needed the tv which was not working in the beginning but they fixed it for me so it was working -ac is good -terrace has drying lines to dry your towel/ clothes which was very handy -its 4 rooms upstairs and landlords live in downstairs. They are both very sweet and helpful. -room gets cleaned daily and towels changed also daily. Negatives: -roasters are very loud all night which makes it difficult to sleep :) -road to main road belongs to private party so doesnt get done by government. Its really disturbing to walk on stony road w flats/flip flops…

Renovated rooms with a lot of space for solo travelers.

Location is ok; seems to be in the middle of nowhere and walking can be a little "muddy"

We only had a short over-night stay here, arrived after 10pm and left at 5am. Super friendly host, who helped us to get the luggage upstairs. Good wi-fi, clean bed linen and towels were all we needed. Overall its decent value for money.

No hot water in the shower and a shabby bathroom, which I heard were ok for Philippines

We did like the size of the room and bathroom, service of changing bath towels was provided everyday ,same as a cleaning service of our room . we had a little fridge in a room so we could keep our drinks and food in there .

We had a massive balcony in our apartment so it would be nice if we could have a chairs and coffee table to relax. Plus you can fit in there a dryer ( we had that kind of place on main balcony but it would be more convenient to have it in our apartment balcony side ) , there is no beach towels .everything is not a big deal , but it could be useful

The property is nice, new and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Room service was provided everyday including water. The host was courteous, responsive, and provided helpful information to do around the island. The location is perfect as it’s tucked away from the main road and it’s only a few minutes walk to the restaurants on the main road.

Location is close to the city and Alona beach. Bed was comfortable. Staff were accommodating if you tell them what you need :)

No washing machine or laundry service available. It was not as new as we thought but still good. Road to the place can be muddy so keep this in mind.

Very quiet, cozy; about 5mins walk from Main Street of Alona beach; about 10mins walk to the beach; The host were so nice. Highly recommended.

The room is awesome clean, totally peaceful if you want away from busy alley of alona roads, water is strong, the owner is remarkably very supportive. I will definitely recommend and come back if given the chance again

Love this place! Clean, spacious, property seems fairly new and well managed. Had a great night sleep, the bed was very comfortable and seems to be in a quiet area, but still just a few min walk to the center. The owner/manager was also very kind and helpful. I would stay longer but unfortunately it was already fully booked.
