I had a fantastic stay in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was amazing. There are two pools and a gym. It's clean, it's safe, security is at the highest level. And most importantly, the host is a very good person, very responsive. I never had someone as responsive as him. Whatever you need, he just straight away responds and sorts things out. He can help you with anything you need. Thank you!. Been in Kuala Lumpur before, but this is the best stay here, definitely. The location is amazing, The apartment itself is amazing—clean.The building amenities are fantastic, featuring two beautiful swimming pools and a 2 fully equipped gym.

1) Would be nice if there is water filter and microwave in the apartment 2) Does provide tissue box for kitchen areas. 3) The TV have access to at least some local shows instead of just YouTube. The only other streaming apps can be use is your own Netflix account if you have. Other streaming apps are restricted based on location.

De accommodatie is erg fijn. Er zijn 2 grote zwembaden, vlakbij een winkelcentrum met veel eet mogelijkheden. En centraal gelegen. Zeer snelle en prettige reactie en ze wachten op je ook als je laat in de avond aankomt.

Na 5 keer bij deze organisator geboekt te hebben. Kan ik zeggen dat van de 5 keer, maar 2 appartementen waren zoals op de foto's. De meeste zijn niet huiselijk ingericht en zijn absoluut niet schoon. De laatste keer hadden we heel veel mieren bijv en deed de airco het slecht. Daarnaast krijg je maar 2 handdoeken, wat irritant is als je een langere periode verblijft.

Апартаменты супер . В Апартаментах розетки для тройных вилок, но не пугайтесь они в полне подходят и для обычных . Нужно с начала выключить саму розетку если она включена , затем в верхнее отверстие вставить ключ 🔑 и в нижние 2 отверстия влезает обычный блок питания.

Бассейн до 22:00 . Но это не зависит от хозяина апартаментов . В любом случае вечером лучше гулять по ночному Куала-Лумпур 😇

In ottima posizione, la piscina fantastica.

La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, la stanza era piccolissima (ma ho visto che c’erano stanze più grandi). Non so perché ma hanno voluto per forza il pagamento cash. Siccome non ne avevamo, ci hanno accompagnato all’ufficio cambi.

A lovely stay at the city center. About 15 to 20 minute ride or walk to the popular Jl Alor, swarmed with diverse, tasty foods. The room was beautiful, the bed was huge, probably enough for 3 people 😅, and the kitchen was fully functioning. I greatly appreciate the attention to small details for daily needs like soaps for dish washing and laundry, plates and bowls, cups of different sizes, and cuttlery. Ah! And I had a slight problem with payment, but, one of the staff, Mr. Mohidul was very helpful and patient, guiding me through the process.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, directly connected to the shopping mall. The residence also has a very cool infinity pool, and the apartment itself was well equipped. Rifat was extremely helpful and genuinely kind – we felt very comfortable with him as he immediately took care of everything. Overall, we still had a nice stay, and it was already our second time here because we enjoy the area so much.

Our first room was very dirty and not cleaned at all. One of the alternative rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and although the third was okay, the washing machine had a bad odor. In addition, the “hand soap” in the bathroom turned out to be dishwashing liquid.

Person in charge met and passed the key to me as soon as I arrived the residence, even though I arrived at midnight, very good service. A lot of facilities available, with good view, it's very suitable for family trip. The location is superb, short walking distance to Lalaport from the residence, just follow the sign, and the assess card is required to pass through all the doors

Only single door lock with key, feeling unsafe as staying alone , the door can easily unlock by someone that has the key as well, wish to have double door lock from inner like hotel Dont have disposable slipper available

Hôtel très bruyant, les portes claqués jusque tard dans la nuit. Insonorisation inexistante. Piscine manque d’entretien, beaucoup de saletés dans le fond.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Mr Islam who runs the apartment was excellent in communicating before our trip and during our stay. He was always available and very friendly. The view of apartment is amazing and the amenities like the rooftop pool great. We had a great time and would come back.

Overall it's a nice apartment, but not as posh as in the pictures. We didn't mind though

La.ubicacion. Da directo a un mall donde hay zona de restauración. Se pueden ver las torres desde la piscina infinita del roof que fue la razón de la reserva.

La mala organización del personal. Nos cambiaron el apartamento sin avisar, perdimos nuestro tiempo porque un día estuvimos en uno y otro día en otro y ni una disculpa. Tiene lo básico, poco menaje si quieres cocinar y una mesa con una silla. En uno de los apartamentos se oye el tren a todas horas. Solo te dan una toalla por persona. Hay otras opciones más baratas y similares.

The location was absolutely perfect. The building had a 50-meter swimming pool and an infinity pool with stunning skyline views, plus it was right next to a shopping mall and a public transport station. Having stayed in this same building twice before with different hosts, I knew the location and amenities were fantastic, which is exactly why I chose to book here again.

The first apartment I was given was shockingly dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. There was dust everywhere, the toilet was disgusting, and the entire place had a terrible odor, plus the furniture was very basic. When I reported these issues, they moved me to a second apartment that was slightly cleaner with marginally better furniture, but it still had persistent bad odors that seemed to come from the sewage system, and the washing machine smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom window frame was covered in a thick layer of dust, showing just how superficial their cleaning standards were. Even small details were neglected: the air freshener dispenser was practically empty, forcing me to buy my own to make the smell somewhat bearable. For what I paid (similar to my previous stays that offered much larger and nicer apartments, and comparable to local hotel rates), the value was terrible. You'd get far better service and cleanliness standards at any proper hotel in the area.

I love staying at Luncentia Residences because everything is conveniently close—public transport, malls like Lalaport, Times Square, are just a 5-minute walk away. The facilities are fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, washing machine, and microwave. The staff, especially Ali, was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. When I requested an extra prayer mat and trash bags, he provided them promptly. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next trip—it’s so accessible

The photos on bookings.com look nothing like the apartment. Bear in mind that you need to pay cash on arrival for your whole stay. The washing machine had a strong odour which I needed to clean out before use. Don’t use the dryer function as this caused more odour. Sunday morning I was contacted with 5 minutes notice , requesting a contractor enter the property to change the water filter. I refused them access and the staff messaged me numerous times to see if I would change my mind. Mouldy shower and dripping bathroom sink. Lacked basic cleaning supplies including bin liners. This apartment faces the shopping mall so bear in mind for the noise

I liked the privacy

A practically furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen combined with a living room. Simply but functionally equipped, including a washing machine, dryer, and large refrigerator. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, as well as a ceiling fan. Both swimming pools are nice; however, at the lower one, noise from the shopping center’s air conditioning can be heard. The elevators are fast. From level G, you enter the shopping center through the street food court, and you can walk through it all the way to the Monorail station. The location of the accommodation is very convenient. The photos on the website do not match the actual apartment, even when you view the pictures for the specific room type (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The apartment was furnished with less furniture and of lower quality than shown in the photos. The room number provided during the booking (T1-43A-05) does not correspond to the room we were accommodated in (so you might not actually stay on the 43rd floor). The kitchen lacks sufficient equipment for cooking – there were only serving dishes (plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery – 4 of each, 2 sharp knives), 1 frying pan, and 1 pot. There were no dish towels or cleaning supplies (such as a mop or broom), which would be necessary for a longer stay, especially since there is no cleaning service during the stay.

Czystość apartamentu budzi zastrzeżenia, dużo kurzu na podłodze i na meblach. W jednym z pokoi szafa absolutnie zepsuta, która przewróciła się na dziecko, które chciało tylko otworzyć szufladę- to skandal. Brak papieru toaletowego (prośba o uzupełnienie została zignorowana), ręcznika na podłogę w łazience, mopa co sprawia, że nie ma jak wytrzeć po prysznicu. Niewystarczające wyposażenie kuchni, poplamiona pościel w jednym apartamencie.

Requested for high floor since they had 20 apartments but was given a low floor. Disappointed since this is not my first stay with them.

La ubicación está genial, estás al lado del centro caminando y con muchas cosas interesantes cerca. Tiene una infinity pool en el piso 35 que es una pasada las vistas que tiene y un lujo para las horas de calor, y en la playa 3 tiene otra que también está genial. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, cuenta con lavadora-secadora que viene genial, agua filtrada, micro… todo un acierto de hotel.

La limpieza de la mampara y del baño podría ser un poco más cuidada.

The bed was like a rock lol, it was too hard to sleep on. Had to sleep on the couch for some nights.

Look like they didn't change the bed sheet since the last customer. The fridge still has leftover stuffs from the previous customer, so mean they don't really clean up the unit after each stay

The accommodation was in a good location next to LaLaport mall. The apartment block was easily accessible by car.

We booked three consecutive nights, but the host unexpectedly asked us to change rooms after the first night. As a result, we (and luggages) were left without a room while waiting for the new one to be ready—completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the second room was in worse condition than the first. Be aware that the host insisted on cash payment, which complicated the check-in process. He had to be present for us to hand over the money and get the keys, so he repeatedly contacted us about our arrival time, which was quite stressful. The rooms themselves were below average—I’ve stayed at far better places in KL for less. Considering the poorly handled room change, inconvenient check-in, and overall low quality of the accommodation, I wouldn’t recommend this host or listing. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Location and amenities, close to the best shoping centre

The apartment is great.👍 There is everything for a long stay. You feel at home. There is a swimming pool on the roof, from which the view is simply stunning. And you can see the largest building of the famous two twins. Just a fantastic view.😍😍 The owner is very welcoming and greeted us very warmly and amicably. We were very pleased. We advise tourists who will come to the capital of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia to stay in this chic apartment. 👍🏢👍

I have stayed at this complex previously, I like the it is quieter the BB but not so far away from the main drag. The property has a good size shopping mall as part of the complex with a Mono Rail station attached - that made getting getting to and from the station very easy and the flexibility to get around KL easily.

This place is incredibly convenient with everything you need within walking distance. The infinity swimming pool offers a stunning, breathtaking view of Kuala Lumpur. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout

The water pressure in the bathroom could be improved slightly as it tends to be weaker on higher floors.

No receptions, wifi only in the room (when working) Wifi was not working on the 2nd, contacted the “receptionists” you are entitled to but nothing has been done. WiFi was not working in my room, only living room as I was connected to the one from the room aside… If you need to book a taxi, do this on your own cause the receptionist is not reliable for this. Then my taxi had too drive fast to get on time at the airport as no taxi had been ordered at the time I asked even if promised before…

The location is very good. LaLaport mall is downstairs with many restaurants, food courts, grocery store, and shops. There are meetup events in the mall, making it easy for solo travelers to meet new friends. The lobby area has plenty of seating and is covered, making it a convenient place to wait for your Grab ride. The staff are very helpful, offering early check-in if it’s available. He even helped take my luggage to the unit.

I had a great experience with this host. Despite me getting lost in KL and arriving nearly an hour late, he patiently waited for me and even guided me to the lift for check-in—this was especially kind of him as it impacted his puasa (fasting) time. On top of that, he allowed me to park my car until 2 PM even though I checked out at 11 AM. His hospitality and understanding truly made my stay more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Location

Spacious appartment with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very clean, and all basic appliances are there. We stayed 5 nights, there is no room service but upon request we got fresh towels and replenishment of toilet paper/trash bags quickly. Communication with the host was also quick and clear. The view is very nice, and the location above the Lalaport mall is perfect. You can shop, choose out of hundreds restaurants to eat and do groceries. Building is well maintained and neat, many elevators, two swimming pools and a gym. Grab (taxi) can pick you up at the lobby, and food is delivered there as well. Just outside the residence there is also a doctor in case you need one (we unfortunately did). We stayed here with our one-year old daughter and it was perfect for our family

To get hot water in the shower you need to turn it on outside the bathroom (next to the light switch), which we didn't know, so didn't have hot water in one bathroom.

The location was great. It was next to an excellent mall with a great grocery store. The metro was next to the mall, which made it very easy to get around. Between the mall and the complex is a gourmet alley with a variety of restaurants. The fitness center was adequately furnished and the infinity pool has an amazing view of KL.

While the apartment was comfortable, there were a couple of things that fell short. The couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture time sit on. Several of the lamps and the electric kettle could not be used without a converter.

Location and the securities did well. Rooftop pool is the best! Sometime manager did well - when I asked for kitched dishes and another one pair of pillows he brought them really fast! And repaired broken stove and air condutioning fast he also let us pay on the second day because we did not have cash in the first day

Big scum 1) I lived there for 28 nights. Not 1 night. The host changed the booking offer without my actions after we arrived. I guess they didn’t pay taxes and booking’s fees Scum 1 2) The dishwasher was mentioned in the appointment at booking.com. But there was no dishwasher. I overpayed only for it. I was not provided any discount for this “mistake”. Scum 2 3) the deposit. We payed 300 RM (photo provided) but the description tells it is only 200 RM. scum 3 4) the deposit. They did not return it 👿. Moreover, I was fined for 400 RM for damaging the fridge’s front door. The scratch is on the height of the knees. How could I ever do that!? They provided neither photos nor videos of the fridge without a scratch. The only proof was words “the housekeeper says the fridge was well before you moved in”. I tried to contact to the boss Hasan - he just ignored me 👍🏼 I think the fridge was scratched during the repairing proccess when a service manager TOOK AWAY a heavy stove to repair it (it is near the fridge). Say “adios” to your deposit)) Scum 4 5) the wifi works well only in the kitchen. In the bedroom it is awfully slow 6) The manager often answered only for the third message. He stopped answering my girlfriend at all at the middle of the stay (photo provided) Do not waste your money!!!

The hotel is very good we have a good accommodation with fantastic pools. I will retry this experience again also the furniture was not like the pictures in booking but were more beautiful and modern also the host was so respectful thanks so much..

No big mirror

The apartment is located in a modern building. It has two swimming pools, a sauna and hammam, and a very beautiful garden on the 3rd floor. Bonus: the infinity pool with a view of the Petronas Towers. You can get directly from the building to the street with cafes and restaurants. Nearby there is Dolce coffee with tasty coffee and Wi-Fi. You can also get directly from the building to the shopping center with large grocery store, cafes, shops, a beauty salon. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen, a shower in excellent condition, a place to work on the computer. The host is very polite and responsive, responds quickly in the messenger.
