Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Riad je fantastičan, uredan, čist i tradicionalan. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi, uvijek su na raspolaganju, dali su nam vrlo vrijedne savjete. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj, osobito ako ste prvi put u Marakešu. Lokacija je odlična, daleko od gradske gužve, a ipak blizu centra i aerodroma.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026J'ai passé une nuit ici avant un vol tôt le lendemain. La proximité immédiate de l'aéroport est un atout majeur, et la gentillesse du personnel fait toute la différence. L'équipe est très serviable, toujours disponible et très rassurante. Les chambres sont très confortable. Une excellente adresse !

Panowie bez problemu przygotowywali dla nas wcześniejsze śniadania, gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy. Same śniadania były przepyszne, pokoje czyste i w pełni wyposażone, a transfer z i na lotnisko zorganizowany perfekcyjnie.
Wszystko było super, brak jakichkolwiek zastrzeżeń!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026This riad was perfect for our overnight stay, close to the airport. It had lovely communal areas with a typically Morrrocan feell. The staff were SO helpful and friendly.
The bedroom needed a little TLC as the shower leaked and the drain was blocked and some little details in the maintenance would have helped, like fixing the curtain in the room BUT it is clean and such a friendly welcoming place that these little things did not deter us from enjoying our overnight stay.

Ahmed organised our transfer from the hotel and welcomed us with a great smile. Furthermore, we had an upgrade of the rooms. The breakfast was rich and diversified.

Le riad est très propre, la piscine intérieure est vraiment belle. Nous avons profité de la piscine extérieure où nous étions les seuls. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Notre chambre était grande et belle
La climatisation de notre chambre ne marchait pas bien. Mais faut dire qu'ils faisaient vraiment chauds en extérieur. Elle n'était sans doute pas assez puissante

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Das Riad war wirklich schön und ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück fand ich sehr gut; es wurde direkt an den Tisch serviert (kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt recht viel Süsses). Das Team vor Ort war äusserst hilfsbereit und stand mir bei allen Fragen sofort zur Seite (Englisch & Französisch). Praktisch fand ich, dass ich viele Ausflüge direkt über das Hotel buchen konnte – das hat super und absolut reibungslos funktioniert.
Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal, da sich das Riad in der Neustadt befindet. Wenn man in die Medina möchte, muss man auf ein Taxi zurückgreifen. Das ist zwar etwas umständlich, aber preislich nicht extrem teuer. Man ist dort einfach abseits des Trubels – was man je nach persönlicher Vorliebe als positiv oder negativ empfinden kann. Das Riad liegt ausserdem in der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Flugzeuge waren aber keineswegs störend und ich konnte dort sehr gut schlafen.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Above and beyond — perfect for an airport-night stay: Riad Kenza made my midnight arrival and morning departure completely stress-free with free airport pickup and drop-off. The place is spotlessly clean — modern, yet full of traditional Moroccan charm. Comfy bed, good breakfast, and a lovely lounge with a plunge pool in the middle, plus a garden and outdoor pool. My room is small but it is enough for me as solo traveler. The only drawback is it is not soundsproof which is a bit disturbing at night as my room is near receptionist, and I could hear new guests coming and talking from inside. All staff were super warm, but Shaima in the reception stood out — she shared Moroccan culture and stories about the riad, and even shown me around out of pure hospitality. The price might look bit pricier than other options, but with free back-and-forth airport transfers and total peace of mind, it's genuinely good value. Highly recommended for late arrivals or early flights.

Reviewed May 16, 2026La atención y trato cercano del personal es 10/10 y lo que más se podría destacar del Riad . Nos acompañaron en todo momento y nos dieron sus recomendaciones y facilidades. Traslado desde el aeropuerto incluido y desayuno bastante completo.
La habitaciones necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento. Hay humedades en el techo y olor desagradable. Las camas muy duras. Sin embargo las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y están limpias y cuidadas.

We have very comfortable room, quite and private. The breakfast was very good and traditional Moroccan. This Riad is worth of visiting and value for the money paid is justified. Warmly recommended.

The host , Ahmed ,and the girls were very helpful and kind , they offered us advices for our trip , an amazing superior double room and the breakfast was delicious. They looked after us properly, booking taxi , exchanging some euro for our trip when we needed too , offering sweets for take away in the plane ! If you come to Marrakesh , it is a must to choose Riad Kenza 😊 We will be back soon for sure !

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of the Medina. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. They made the stay feel warm and personal, and their hospitality was one of the highlights. The location was also convenient for visiting the main sights, restaurants, and souks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Liegt etwas außerhalb, die Taxifahrt aus der Stadtmitte mit Uber hat leider nicht geklappt.

Of dit zo was weten we niet maar de kamer was uitstekend en de riad was identiek en volgens mij van dezelfde eigenaar. De kamer was groot en schoon en de badkamer was ook prima. De riad was mooi schoon en ruim opgezet. Van het ontbijt hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken door een vroege vlucht
Doordat alle kamers gelegen zijn aan de binnenplaats/patio van de riad galmt het enorm. Rust is dus pas mogelijk als iedereen, inclusief het personeel bij de receptie, stil zijn en alle muziek uit is

Especially Ahmed was exceptional, he looked after us and organised for us 2 trips and told us everything about the city, what to visit and where to go for a night out at the restaurant! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious with so many different flavours. The room was lovely and comfortable and spacious, and it's just a short trip into the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us tips on how to navigate Marrakech. We would definitely recommend this as a very relaxing place to stay!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cookies and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they also gave us plenty of useful tips that made our trip even better. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. Our room had a lovely view, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also very nice. Complimentary airport pick - up was included, which we appreciate a lot.Huge thank you for Ahmed!
We would have appreciated daily cleaning and more consistent restocking of essentials like toilet paper.

Moroccan fast food eateries few mins walk from Riad. ** The score reflects the Riad next door, where the room is which is more spacious as I had a choice to upgrade 😊.
Watered down liquid soap toiletries. TV has no Chanel's programmed - not operating.
