Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The location is superb right at Istiklal street. The staff are courteous, helpful and very friendly and when I faced the problem in my stay they actually tried their best to help and sort out my cancellation at no charge as they acknowledged the faulty room and the issues I faced.
The room didn’t look exactly as promoted in their pictures on Booking.com. The AC wasn’t working properly and cooling enough. There was a generator shut down which in turn impacted my AC as it stopped cooling altogether and because the generator was on, there was no WiFi. Add to that, the toilet was run down. The shower leaking water outside and the toilet flush completely broken. The safe box was not working and they needed to put new batteries in it, they eventually replaced it altogether. The were also some stains and marks on the floor. The electronic touch panel for DND/Make My Room was not working. It really felt like no one actually inspected the room properly before giving it to me. What’s very sad is the I really liked the hotel location and the hotel staff, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful even the manager phoned me and apologized about the room condition and processed my refund at no cost which I appreciated. I really feel this hotel has an amazing staff working in a run down hotel which is not fair to them.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Es un hotel pequeño, con ascensor. Perfecta ubicación, en una calle lateral que está a 20 metros de istiklal, la calle principal del centro. A pesar de que hay varios restaurantes abajo, no escuchamos nada de ruido. La cama muy cómoda. El personal muy atento.

Jedan od prozora nije imao ispravnu zvučnu izolaciju (iako nam je na recepciji rečeno da je taj problem riješen), pa se stalno čula galama iz vana.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Camera ampia spaziosa e pulita. Tutto lo staff gentile e pronto a darci consigli su come muoverci ad Istanbul, posizione centrale a 5 minuti dalla torre di Galata e da piazza Taksim.
Se devo trovare un piccolo neo la mancanza di un frigobar.

Que no tuvieran almohada más fina, en la sexta planta no llega el wifi, la habitación es abuhardillada y se pierde espacio, no hay ruido de la calle pero sí de los aires acondicionados. Nórdico demasiado pequeño para la cama.

Leider war es etwas kalt und die Heizlüftung hat nicht gut funktioniert. Es wurde angefragt, ob es möglich wäre, einen Blumenstrauß als Überraschung aufs Zimmer zu bringen ( selbstverständlich gegen Bezahlung), der Wunsch wurde abgelehnt , was etwas schade ist

Δυστυχώς πολλά πράγματα στο μπάνιο χρειαζοταν επιδιόρθωση η και αντικατάσταση, το καζανάκι δεν δούλευε καλά, το πάνω μέρος του ντους εκτοξευε νερό παντου και τέλος δεν υπήρχε ψυγειακι. Η ήταν το κλειδωμένο ντουλάπι που δεν άνοιγε...

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Рада, что выбрала этот отель. Отель нам организовал ночной трансфер из аэропорта. Было очень удобно и приятно. Ночью у проезжей части нас встретили и проводили до отеля, который находится на пешеходной улице. Персонал превосходный и отзывчивый. Очень чисто, уборка по запросу, постельное белье меняли два раза за 9 ночей. Самые лучшие завтраки в ресторане при отеле. Обязательно вернусь еще раз.
Маленький балкон около 0,5 метра2, совместно с соседним номером. Соседи курили на балконе. Из-за этого в номере и на этаже постоянно был сильный запах. А рано утром было не возможно дышать в номере. Я считаю, если я выбрала отель где не курят, то такое недопустимо. Мой номер был 301, а в 302 курили не только на балконе, но и в номере судя по запаху.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025My mom and I loved the location! Right in a cozy alley on Istiklal street. Hosni made us feel very welcome! He helped us out with everything and made sure we were comfortable at our stay! The room is nicely furnished and clean.
Since our room was on the first floor looking at the alley, it could be a bit noisy because istiklal street is always lively. It didn’t really bother us, though, but you can try to check if there is a room on higher floors as the noise is much less there.

The bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival and there was no toilet paper. Not a big deal. But what was a big deal is when employees/subcontractors of the hotel or coffee shop below belonging to the same company decided it was a good idea to drill in the floor at 4am in the morning on a sunday.... what animal does that?

Very noisy, restaurant on ground floor, especially on weekend. You even can hear people doing renovation at 4am. The wifi not working most of the time. Smoking smell always get into my room and don't know where it's came from.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Гостиница расположена посередине улицы Истикляль . Очень удобно. В номере тихо , окна выходят в прогулок . Я останавливался в аппарат. Свежий ремонт, чисто, уютно. Единственный минус , пешком по крутой лестнице, имейте это ввиду, но это касается только аппарата, в гостинице лифт. Персонал помогает во всех вопросах, очень отзывчивые. В общем , рекомендую это место .

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Отличное местоположение отеля, понравилось, что уборка номера каждый день. Есть холодильник в номере. Удобная широкая кровать (кажется, 1,8 м)
Шум и сигаретный запах проникают с улицы в номера (мы жили на 5 этаже). Внизу находится кафе, в котором всегда много людей, а в Стамбуле каждый второй курит сигареты одну за другой. В номере постоянно пахло сигаретами! Слышно все, что происходит на лестничном марше за пределами номера. Не понравилась водопроводная вода- она с ярким запахом хлора, и очень сушит кожу. В душевой есть плесень. Вообще, номер уставший и старый, видно, что ремонт был давно. Убранство номера сильно проще, чем на фото- никакого декора нет, светильники давно поменяли на более простые, все беднее, чем на фото. Вначале проживания нас заселили в номер на первом этаже -это прямо над кафе. Это было ужасно, там вообще спать невозможно без беруш. А пахло там так, как в ночном клубе, в котором разрешено курить. На следующий день нас переселили на пятый этаж - там намного тише, и меньше пахнет.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Pera district is the best location in Istanbul, lots of restaurants and cafes where you can go out at night and enjoy great food during the day and night and have a great time. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are nice and spacious equipped with everything you need. We were on the 4th floor and had a terrace and balcony overlooking the street. Super friendly staff, always ready to help and wish you a nice day. In front of the hotel there is a phenomenal breakfast restaurant, which is the best in Istanbul. This is definitely my hotel in the future in the most beautiful city in the world where I have been a million times and I plan to come back at least as many times

The staff were so kind, the place was clean and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. 😍But the real highlight? The location. It couldn’t have been more perfect. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe the entire time. I could walk to restaurants, the Galata tower, nearby clubs, enjoy the nightlife, and get back easily — no stress at all. Honestly, if you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great vibes, this is the place to stay. The men who worked at reception, you were so helpful and amazing!!! 🫶🏾

В туалете постоянно был запах сигарет, я не знаю такое во всех номерах или только в нашем номере 512. Вдруг для кого-то это важно. Не работает розетка у кровати, со стороны окна

Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel etc. sind fußläufig super zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man mal eine Frage o.ä. hat. Somit besten Dank und ein großes Lob an Hüsnü Bey, Serkan Bey und Barış Bey! Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet… Unter dem Hotel, ist eine sehr leckere Bäckerei, dessen Personal auch sehr freundlich ist.
