Spacious rooms n bathroom shower n water is good

Old towels, the floor a bit slippery... And why at 1130 pm tv suddenly shut down.. No wifi

冷气不够冷，房间灯光太黄不能够化妆，要去到厕所站着画还要自备一盏桌灯照着画

去年入住房间出现小蟑螂，这次自己带了喷蟑螂昆虫药水去喷毕竟要住很多天，还好没出现蟑螂了

Room was great. Although could have been soundproofed as the cheers from France vs Spain was crazy.

The bathroom door was broken, and I had to push it up before pulling it back everytime.

Strategic location.

Lack of parking space.

The location is very strategic with PV128 is just located right in front of the Hotel. As such, there are plenty of eating places ranging from Mamak (Cheap) to Cafe (Expensive). Besides, Setapak Central Mall is also just located few hundred meters away.

COCKROACH! This is not my first visit to this Hotel. My first time was in the beginning of Year 2025. During my first visit, I saw a cockroach baby was crawling on the floor of my room. Other than this, everything is above my expectation. This time is my second visit and I'm still facing the same issue! But this time it is on the door of my room when I checked in. Without hesitation, I went down and request for room change. The staff was very helpful and I managed to change my room. All back to normal after the room change.

VALUE FOR MONEY. PARKING IS BIT HARD TO FIND NEARBY MAIN ROAD.NOISY IF FACING THE STREET NEARBY RESTAURANT AND STORE. OVERALL, STILL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

The cleanliness is definitely worth an extra star.

The entrance is locked with a motorcycle lock with a security guard sitting outside during night time feels a little inconvenient when he needs to unlock the door as you go in and out. Suggest to use a card entry. Perhaps it is a safety precaution in the area. The good side of this is you can have a peace of mind knowing there is a security watching your car parked in front.

The superior twin room is bigger and more comfortable than expected, and the bathroom is quite clean. The location is convenient, with many kopitiam and cafe nearby.

I noticed a small cockroach in the room during my stay.

Parking spaces are difficult to get because they are located at crowded places like mamak shop and shop lot house

There was no spare toilet paper in the room. I asked the cleaner outside to get it but he told me no. I wanted to drink some coffee but found that there were no cups. It was terrible. The price was still expensive. It was very noisy when I slept at night.

i have bad experience in this hotel on the day im arrived my phone is accidentally fall down in the lift i ask the management to call the lift maintenance but the management drag my time about 3 hours. they doing nothing. I ask the lift maintenance number they give me wrong number. I really piss off with the management. I ask the staff to call manager but the manager even more worst he never come and attend what issue going on. he simply ask the staff to solve the problem but my problem has not been solved till 3hrs. Finally i have managed find the maintenace number and i pay him to open the lift and take my phone from underground. The management not responsible for nothing. Really poor management

The bed sheet a bit dirty , towels as well . Water pressure very low. Aircon not cool

Place was clean. No cockroach or other pests. Shower was hot and with high pressure. Aircond unit was functioning normal, room was cool. Some staffs were friendly. Main entrance was locked with a guard standing by after 11pm. A mamak restaurant located on the ground floor. Petronas and Shell a block away. CIMB bank a few doors away. (And Maybank ATM at the Petronas station). Towel provided, soap dispenser in the shower, some toiletries provided. 2 bottles of mineral water provided. High speed wifi provided. Password at at the main mirror in every room. Considering their cheap price, they exceeded my expectations.

No tissue in the room. Cannot ask for extra pillows. Limited space to hang clothes (no wardrobe, just some hooks on the wall, 2 hangers provided). TV channels were 54it (3 channels from Freeview with interruption ever few minutes. Got RTM 1, RTM 2 and 8TV)

Toilet with mold stained. Toilet bowl cover was spoilt. The bath towel is dirty.

There were ants in the room, so be careful with any food you bring. No mini fridge available. The TV has only three local channels. There’s a hot water dispenser just outside our room, but it was broken. Parking is in a common public area and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit RM50 in cash only.

Location is very strategic, it is just located opposite of the PV128. Plenty of eating places.

The only drawback is limited parking space.
