Burrow Holiday Park

The location of the pod in the park was great, well thought out in terms of spacing between pods so families have some privacy if out on the patios. The playground is just up from the pods and there was very little traffic from other park residents down that end

Nothing really. It was expensive but we booked last minute in the height of summer and were happy with everything overall.

Great location, close to the beach. The pods are new and in good condition. There was a good hair dryer which I always appreciate, a dishwasher, microwave and some board games which was nice. It was raining when we stayed, but each pod has a large decking area which you could get use of if the weather is decent. I couldn’t find the allocated parking spot in my arrival instructions (spot 7) but there were enough parking spots it wasn’t an issue. There’s also an electric gate so it’s very secure and safe on site.

It’s a small cabin - I thought I’d initially booked one of the apartments but realised the day before arriving it was a pod booking. When you are on the direct website it’s clear, but when in the booking.com app you need to be extra careful. The bathroom is very small but workable. There’s an area to store your bags too which is great. The wifi password in the arrival instructions was wrong but there’s a handy booklet in each house which contains the correct password as well as some good recommendations for things to do in the area.

Pod was clean, practical and well equipped. Decking was a bonus in the sunny evenings. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot, with good water pressure. It felt very private, plenty of space around the pod. Quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to the village. It was a real bonus to have a pizza truck onsite on Thursday evening, the pizzas were delicious.

We had a lovely stay in one of the pods. The area was quiet despite having the playground on site. The beds and sofa bed were incredible, we all had a great night's sleep. The pod was very clean and the shower was just amazing.

Excellent location with direct access to beautiful sandy beach. Prompt response to any requests, questions during the stay. Stylish well thought through living space with plenty of natural light and all luxury of full size appartment in a small family friendly pod.

Check out time of 10:00am could potentially be a little bit later. I trust individual requests will be accommodated where possible. No bbq facility despite many accommodations around able to use it - this is understandable given proximity to beautiful nature - the beach and accommodation trying their best to provide eco and environmentally friendly facility.

The space was excellent for our large group. Very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the water stopped working Sunday morning and the issue was not resolved. We also had an issue with a lock on a pod which took a long time for sometime to come and resolve

Lovely apartment design and layout. Bright and spacious design with gorgeous decor. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well organised and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Fijne gloednieuwe pod op keurig vakantiepark. Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. De eerste nacht was er een probleem met de cv maar na telefonisch contact werd dit super snel en goed opgelost!

The cabins were not suitable for 6 people, especially during wet weather. There is technically 6 beds yes, but the fold out would only fit 2 small kids, and the loft beds are basically a double bed as they are so close together. This was not explained before we booked and even after booking, the message we got said not suitable for 6 adults, which it definitely is not. We had a mix of adults, teens and small kids from different families and it did not work for our group. All ages were given at the time of booking and I think a courtesy call from someone to explain the space should have been made. We had looked at the apartments but they were much more expensive (and they sat empty all weekend!) but at no point did we think we would be squashed in the way we were. On a lovely sunny weekend, we would have been fine with the nice outdoor space, but that can’t be counted on in Ireland and guests should be made aware before booking and especially before payment is made

Property was amazing my children had an absolute blast! Very homely feeling in the property. Place was spotless it’s a lovely holiday park and beautiful holiday pods! We will definitely be back again

I loved the location and modern details to the pod was very cosy and kept very warm in the evenings

There was a good few cobwebs and spiders. And couldn’t seem to find pillow or duvet for the pull out sofa

The apartment was beautiful! Immaculate and so nicely decorated. Really comfortable beds. In an ideal location for my family, we could see the kids playing in the playground and on the Astro from the window! The electricity went while there and the generator kicked in very quickly. Felt very safe, fobs needed to go in and out of everywhere. In a great location for the beach also, have booked to return

Check out time could be a bit later, even 11am. 10am in the winter is quite early to have to leave

Really nice pod right beside the most beautiful beach. Kids both aged 8 loved it. Highly recommend.

Secure, spotlessly clean and great location for the beach.

The pod is super clean and very new. Super quiet. I would think the place would be loud and busy in the height of the summer months and wouldn't be for me but off peak it was exactly what we wanted.

Property was nicely decorated and good for a family holiday. Close to a really nice beach which we had to ourselves. Nice walk around the peninsula.

Static vans are tightly packed in but doesn’t impact on the apartment particularly.

It’s not that I didn like it but I would have liked spare pillows.. the mugs also are small and only few there .. bigger ones and mayb a dozen in press be great … this is not criticism, it’s merely a suggestion.

Our washing machine didn't work so found it hard to manage with clothes. Would have preferred a ground floor with the kids

The location was good. Just a short walk to the beach through secured gates, a key fob needed to gain entry back in. It was very quiet at this the time of year. The beach is unspoiled so no commercialisation. You cross a golf course to gain access to the beach which has a well marked path which is even suitable for wheelchairs. A good Centra a short drive away, takeaways and cafe's to choose from of which some do deliveries or order on line and pick up, we ordered from the Thai curry takeaway online and it was ready in 10 mins to pick up!! Public transport available to Rosslare, train and bus. Wexford town not too far away which has a nice old high street with lots of interesting shops, especially the Crafty Shop which is what we went in for.

I like to cook and the self catering side was a bit low on essential items but we managed, if we had 6 people with us some of us would have been without a wine glass or bowl.

We loved the short stroll to such a stunning beach. The accommodation was perfect for us. The kids loved the playground and the freedom to cycle around. Very safe. Will definitely be back.

Ideal location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Huge playground, spotless apartment. We stayed in Apartment 3 on the first floor.

Playground closed by 9, caretaker was a bit pushy with the kids on the curfew. We had two 12 yeat olds so it was early for them. Shop has poor selection however your are a 2 minute drive to a supermarket. This is as bad as it gets, apart from that it was amazing.

Amazing, clean and safe. 2 minutes walk from the door to the beach. Gated park where you could only get in with a fob so if the kids wanted to go to the playground they could head off on their own. Lovely friendly and helpful staff

Well designed pod. The decor is modern and cozy. Beds are very comfortable and everything is spotless. Information booklet left in the pod and 2 sets of keys. High quality furnishings. Highly recommended

Everything, was so modern and really secure. The views were spectacular. The whole park was so amazing and we enjoyed our stay so much that we applied to buy a mobile home if one becomes available.

Need proper advertisement online for either Pod or apartment because when I reached there , I thought I had booked an apartment house but to find that it was a pod. Looked smaller to our family.

The accommodation was outstanding. So well maintained. Very high spec. The highlight of our time was Edel in reception. She is a credit to the park. Always smiling and ready to help. We are already planning our next trip down. We are a family of 7 so it is incredibly difficult to source accommodation for families of this size. We had plenty of room here. 10 out of 10.

Apartment a little tired. Needs some.tlc. Kettle leaked. Toaster to small for the number of guests. Main shower heads didn't work. Tv remote missing in bedroom Not very clean, bins had fag buts in, dirty sock in wardrobe, rug in living area very dirty. Shop didn't open until.the day we left.

Not suitable for baby. They did provide a travel cot but it was missing the mattress part making it unusable and apt was up a flight of stairs with heavy doors There are no facilities on site for food or convenience shop so frequently need the 1 mile trip to local shop

Apartment was so luxurious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Location was amazing with direct beach access from the holiday park, lovely coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance and a short drive into the centre of wexford. Amazing stay can't say enough.
