Perfect location. 10 minutes from well-known Istiklal street, 20 minutes from the tram station, that can bring me to Sultanahmet district. We checked in 15 minutes after arrival.

1. Bad WiFi. It always reconnected or didn't connected at all. I was surfing the internet, but suddenly it could disconnect. Unfortunately, the owner didn't fix the problem, however he was informed about it. 2. Too loud. It was impossible to sleep with an opened window because of noise outside. 3. The bed sheet was too tiny. And the sheet was ruffled from any movement in the bed. 4. Absence of normal soap and shampoo. The soap wasn't foamed. We were given a small bottle (25 ml, I suppose)of shampoo once and it was never updated during our one week stay. But we informed the owner as well, but the cleaner didn't hear us. 5. The furniture is "tired". The chandelier was broken in the room and in the lobby.

They moved me to a different building and room, and when I said I'd rather look for alternative accommodation, they said I can request for a full refund on booking.com to which they will agree. I then booked an alternative hotel and requested for a full refund for this room which they then REFUSED. The result was that I had to call booking.com myself to get a full refund. It's not worth the stress and hassle of booking with this property.

I stayed here 5 wonderful night. Clean, silent and comfortable. Just a few steps to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Location is the safest area of Taksim and suitable for families or solo ladies. Friendly and helpful staff, especially big thanks for Mr. Ibrahim. When you text on WhatsApp, he will solve your problem within a few minutes. Also housekeeping asks every day if you need anything. I highly recommend here.

Месторасположение отличное, рядом с Истикляль! Номер соответствует описанию. Сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны. Ибрагим во всем нам помогал, всегда был на связи, все наши запросы-вопросы решал очень быстро. Спасибо ему большое за это!

Das Zimmer, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber, das Bett war für 3 Nächte ausreichend bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage war sehr zentral und belebt.

Der Fernseher war defekt, die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Ich konnte auf beides während der 3 Tage verzichten, deswegen haben ich es nicht beanstandet, weil ich ansonsten zufrieden war. Der Zylinder der Außentür hat etwas geklemmt, der Schlüssel musste langsam mit Gefühl eingeführt und vor und zurück bewegt werden, dann ließ er sich öffnen. Irgendwann hatte ich den Dreh raus, dann ging es.

В загальному все сподобалось! Може бути трохи шумно ввечері, через те що помешкання знаходиться близько до барів та інших шумних нічних місць, але це не було надто, нам це не заважало спати.

The host was kind and hospitable. The apartment is close to Taksim Square so it didn't take much walking. I would go again!!

Отличное расположение, все в шаговой доступности, метро, пешеходной улице Истикляль , площади Таксим , магазины. Отдыхали в этом отеле с дочкой — прилетели из разных стран встретиться в Стамбуле. Остались с очень хорошими впечатлениями. Номер, конечно, не люкс, но всё чисто, комфортно и удобно. Постельное бельё свежее и чистое, в комнате было всё необходимое. Попросили фен — сразу принесли без проблем. Отдельное спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство и человеческое отношение. Дочку заселили раньше, а в день выезда, после сдачи номера в 12:00, разрешили оставить багаж до 17:00. Мы спокойно погуляли по городу и потом забрали вещи. Очень приятно, когда к гостям относятся с заботой. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

Korzystna lokalizacja, czystość ok.

Mimo informacji o całodobowej recepcji, oraz mimo dodatkowych ustaleń, że przylecimy w nocy, po przybyciu na miejsce zastaliśmy zamknięte drzwi, Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji na drzwiach. Tylko dzięki uprzejmości i zaangażowaniu kierowcy, udało się ściągnąć właściciela obiektu. Podczas rezerwacji nie było informacji, że rezerwujemy pokój na wysokim piętrze ze stromymi schodami. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Was a bit cold in the room, could not find AC remote control, not a big issue in this time.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Ibrahim is a very nice guy and came on time to hand over the keys, the location of the house was great and it is worth the price.

There was no hairdryer, slippers and shampoo.

Great location. Fair price given how close it is to major sites and shopping. Cute cats in the property that are very friendly. Hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful.

Sheets were dirty. Mattress was hard. A/c did not work. No lift and stairs are not well maintained. Asked for cash payment and you need to message them before going to the property so they let you in, as there is no front desk.

Thanks to Mr. Ibrahim the owner. He was so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Except for the problem of the wifi I would have given them 10 out of 10. The location was less than 5 minutes to Taksim square and Istiklal street. Definitely I would definitely like to stay there anytime I am in Istanbul

Расположение отличное. Номер чистый. Из окна видно Галатскую башню. Очень близко к транспорту. Рядом много супермаркетов. Номер выглядит точно так-же как на фото. Вай фай очень хороший. Очень рекомендую.

Нужно учитывать, что лифта нет, а к верхним этажам ведет очень крутая винтовая лесница.

Условия достаточно комфортные по такой цене. Искали в центре и по хорошей цене! Все в шаговой доступности, хорошая развязка транспорта. Можно передвигаться на трамвае, автобусе и такси .

Очень просторная комната, удобный матрас, хорошее постельное бельё. Отличное расположение. У меня было 2 балкона с приятным видом. Улица не шумная.

В комнате нет фена и утюга. Было прохладно, батарея в номере есть, но все равно было холодно. Если приезжать летом, то это не проблема.

El hotel está muy bien para el precio que se paga. Las zonas comunes al entrar no lo parece, pero una vez en la habitación, nada que ver. No se oye el exterior, muy silencioso y las instalaciones ( baño, calefacción, etc) perfecto.

Заехали поздно ночью из-за задержки рейса, о чем предупредили заранее. Поселили в другой номер, который не очень хотелось, но окей. Он был очень холодным, пришлось вовсю включить батареи и кондиционер, чтобы уснуть. Остальные дни уже свыклись, стало тепло и приятно. В целом ок, особенно за ту цену, но "сервиса" как такового нет, будьте готовы.

Цена-качество на высоком уровне, чисто и довольно уютно, каждое утро стучались и предлагали уборку. Классный упругий матрац и подушки, чайник и холодильник в номере. Телевизор не смогли включить, но не очень и хотелось. Расположение удобное, туристическое. Душевая прохладная, но это по всей стране, как объяснили - нет батарей. Сам номер был тёплый. При заселении хост предложил помощь в подъеме багажа.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the rooms were really nice and warm considering it was cold when I stayed in Istanbul. They gave us towels everyday.

The shower handle was broken and they didn't change the sheets at all. Also when we arrived there was no one we had to ask around in the rain next to other properties until someone showed up. We had 3 kids with us and it was heavy raining and we had to stay outside for more than 15 minutes.

You need wifi to message the host when you arrive at the property, otherwise you will be stranded as there’s no reception Wifi was not working for more than 24 hours and the host didn’t communicate this effectively Room service entered my room even after explicit instructions not to, so overall communication from the host could have be better

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent. La chambre est propre et cosy, avec deux fenêtres offrant une excellente luminosité et aération.

Trois jours sans connexion internet. Aucun personnel sur place ; peu réactifs sur WhatsApp. Cerise sur le gâteau : accord pour aide à la descente des bagages (3e étage sans ascenseur, escaliers raides visibles sur photos), confirmée à plusieurs reprises. Surprise au départ : personne n'arrive, personne n'est joignable ! On a dû descendre nos valises toutes seules pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ils se manifestent 4 HEURES après avec un "désolé, on espère vous revoir" !! Ce qui a gâché tout le séjour.

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento no había ninguna indicación, cartel o señal. Tuvimos que llamar y entonces vino un chico a buscarnos. Nos dijo que había un problema con la calefacción y nos tenían que reubicar en otro hotel. Llegamos al nuevo hotel y era muchísimo peor que el que habíamos reservado. Pese a nuestras quejas, no hubo solución y el chico se marchó diciendo que no podrían hacer nada más. Así que tuvimos que encontrar otro hotel por nuestra cuenta para todas nuestra estancia. Un desastre.

La colazione prevista in prenotazione, in realtà era un servizio non presente, ma la struttura ha immediatamente restituito quando pagato per il servizio. Piccolo problema idraulico per un tubo della doccia, risolto immediatamente in solo 10 minuti dalla comunicazione

Unica pecca personale! Essere al piano terra, comodo per arrivare a casa, ma scomodo per problemi di rumori da parte di tutte le altre persone presenti nella palazzina
