Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The location of the hotel was a little difficult to find at first, although it is very close to the metro station. The hotel is located opposite a primary school, which serves as a useful landmark when asking for directions. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and local attractions. The staff were excellent—friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. They even allowed me a late check-out free of charge, which I greatly appreciated. I would especially like to thank Shirley, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout my stay. Her warm attitude, patience, and willingness to assist made me feel truly valued as a guest. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Whenever I needed information or assistance, the staff were ready to help with a positive attitude. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
The room was very small. It's ok if you don't spend too much time in. I booked a double room for myself alone, yet I found it tight.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location close to a big mall, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and even local street food spots. The manager, Helen, was truly exceptional she was always kind, helpful, and very cooperative. She went out of her way to assist me during my stay and even after my check-out, keeping my luggage safely and arranging its delivery when I couldn’t return. Her attitude and service easily deserve 10/10.
The only issue was with the kitchen and some cleaning details. The kitchen didn’t have a chimney or exhaust, so cooking caused some odors, and it could use a bit more equipment. Also, a deeper cleaning in a few older areas would make the apartment even better.

The room was very dark, with no real window, poor air circulation, and a constant feeling of humidity. The bathroom is open inside the room, and the overall structure feels quite old and in need of renovation.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025I really liked the location of the hotel itself, right in the old part of the city, where the Cantonese Opera Museum, a beautiful river canal, and street food markets are located. I lived in the hotel for three weeks. Every day they changed towels, put tea, the staff answered all questions, despite the lack of English, and were really friendly!
for three weeks they didn't change the bed linen even once, although it wasn't critical, but it would be nice to sleep on fresh linen at least once a week

Very noisy people on same floor kept me awake for a while in the middle of night - some argument going on- they had no consideration for other guests - The staff obviously not aware of this
