Beautiful large apt with everything you need and the staff!

Vila Catarina is in a great location, is impeccably clean, modern and with great facilities. Not to mention the absolutely lovely staff who go out of their way to help.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The apartments and facilities were beautifully designed and immaculately clean. Being slightly further from the very busy riverfront areas, it was a wonderful sanctuary to return to after exploring. The pool area was spotless and there were always plenty of loungers. The sister cafe next door (Aurora) was beautiful too and the food was so delicious we had breakfast there twice. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

It would have been good to have a full length mirror in the apartment but apart from that everything was perfect!

A little bit away from the action but totally worth it

Couldn’t fault it. Meticulously clean, attention to detail. Great location close to metro for down town journeys and lots of cafes restaurants and bars 20 minutes walk. Pool area was fabulous to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Bed very comfy, shower great, AC fantastic as it was very warm weather (mid September!)

A little oasis in the city. To have a pool sauna and steam room and lobby to relax after sight seeing was amazing.

Great having an apartment, and the gym and pool were lovely. Fantastic staff who were very helpful & lovely to chat to. A bit out of the main part of town but not a long walk, and also 5-7min walk to Pingo Doce (supermarket). Cafe next door (Aurora) perfect for breakfast & very reasonably priced.

It’s a bit of a hill to get to from town but not very far and well worth the effort to have such great accommodation.

We thought it was beautiful and our apartment was beautiful with everything we needed. The pool was gorgeous and the property is right next to a bakery if you don’t fancy walking down the hill for a coffee and fresh bread!

One thing was there was a bar - but it was unclear when it was open as anytime we went there it appeared closed.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable. The pool is a very nice touch. The location is really close to the metro station.

Das war eine der besten Unterkünfte, in der ich je war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es hat überall superfein gerochen und die Poolanlage war fantastisch.

Das Bett war für uns zu weich.

The apartment was fabulous. Extremely comfortable, every appliance you could think of in the kitchen etc. Bedrooms fab, bathrooms stunning. Pool was fabulous. Laundry room was a great addition after a week of hiking the camino! Gym, sauna excellent.

The bar area was not attended. We had a fault in that the bathroom door couldnt close and maintenance could not fix it before Monday (reported this on Saturday).

The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The pool is a great addition and lovely suntrap! Great location within easy walking distance to all the amenities Porto has to offer.

The only downside to the beautiful apartments are the lack of storage facilities for clothes. Only six clothes hangers each so if you don't mind living out of a suitcase, this won't be too much of a hindrance.

Super séjour, logement spacieux et cosy,, bien équipé, propre. La piscine bien agréable après 1 belle journée de marche. Un grand merci à Jaqueline et sa collègue pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et professionnalisme. Emplacement de l'hôtel, au calme ,très facile de rejoindre le centre à pied ou en métro.

Really nice, comfortable apartment. Great aircon. Good bed. Lovely helpful staff. The pool area is actually even nicer than the photos - they've put plants around the edge. We would stay here again.

Not really a criticism but, as noted in other reviews, the property is about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Porto, downhill on the way there uphill on the way back. HOWEVER, the metro stop is a short 5 minute walk away, it is cheap and easy to use. The receptionist kindly explained the ticket system for us - you need Z2 tickets for the centre. Z4 for the airport. The property's location has the advantage that it also means we found it very quiet.

Neues, gut eingerichtetes Apartment mit Pool zum Relaxen nach Stadtbesichtigung. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Metrostation ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, falls man mal genug vom auf und ab in der Stadt hat.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped and the staff were lovely. It’s a bit of a walk into the livelier parts of town but nice and quiet. Everything was really clean, great a/c, pool and surrounding area very nice.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, el apartamento muy acogedor, tenía todo lo indispensable y no sobraba nada. Piscina, gimnasio, sauna... todo a nuestra disposición. El personal superamable, nos facilitaron mucho nuestra estancia. La limpieza exquisita. Ha superado nuestras expectativas.

The location was perfect, there is on site parking. The apartment was modern and very clean. I travel a lot for work and this was one of my favorite places. The staff were amazing, they were very helpful indeed.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Very nice apartment that really had everything you needed. Great pool to relax at or take a swim after a day exploring. Everything was also super clean! We really had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely choose it again next time we are in Porto!

Atención un 10, ubicación perfecta para bajar andando al mercado, instalaciones maravillosas. El metro súper cerca y la cama una maravilla, se agradece una cama así después de un día de turismo.

Tolles Apartment mit mit allem was man sich wünscht. Pool, Gym und Waschraum und privater Parkplatz waren ein grosses Plus. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Eigentlich gar nichts auszusetzen. Lage ist nicht super zentral, aber fussläufig.

Everything about this accommodation is perfect in itself and excellent for a 4 or 5 day break to Porto - a beautiful and relaxed city. The recent opening of the café bar which offers excellent food and drink adds to the total experience.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! From the warm welcome at reception by Paula, Jaqueline and Aowa to the impeccable housekeeping by Claudia, every member of the team made our stay truly special. The apartment was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The motorcycle parking directly in front of the building was incredibly convenient, and the location is excellent for exploring the area. The on-site café, Aurora, has a wonderful menu, and Giovanna provided exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made every visit a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back!

Desde a nossa chegada, a Sra. Paula foi muito atenciosa em mostrar as instalações e muito solicita para esclarecer algumas dúvidas. Por se tratar de uma viagem para ver o congresso, não conseguimos aproveitar as demais instalações além do quarto. Mas o quarto de excelente estrutura, atendeu com primor as nossas necessidades uma vez que tivemos que efetuar a confecção do nosso lanche no quarto para levarmos ao estádio do dragao. E na saída, a Sra. Awa (não deve ser assim que se escreve, mas ...) também muito simpática e gentil ao fazermos o nosso check-out. Voltaríamos sem pestanejar pois cumpriu com louvor as nossas expectativas. Mais uma vez, obrigada!

Breakfast tray delivered to our room at 8 every morning as we requested.plenty of food, good variety and great quality .

The property was exceptionally clean and quiet. The pool area was a lovely way to relax after a hot day walking around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were so comfortable. This was definitely more like a hotel than an Airbnb, with all of the perks of an apartment and all of the perks of a hotel. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Great sound proofing. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen. Comfortable loungers by the pool.

Pool was small and shallow.

The whole apartment was lovely, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Huge balcony with street view. Coffee pods, chocolate and water nice welcome touch! Jacqueline and staff were extremely helpful too.

A table on the balcony for eating outside would have been useful. No microwave which might bother some people.

Wonderful Apartements very close to the historic center. They offer a Pool, Sauna & Gym. The rooms are extremely Clean & beds are wonderful!

Nothing to complain about

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a pool view with a little balcony and the linen was very high quality and changed regularly. The amenities in the apartment were plentiful and immaculate. The pool was clean and the sun beds were plentiful and the cushions were clean and well kept.I really can’t fault this place at all.

The only thing about it was that it was slightly further out of town so a 20 minute walk from aliados however it’s through Santa Caterina pedestrian precinct so there are much worse places to walk. Also Marquez metro station is a five minute walk from the apartments which we opted for if we’d walked too far already or if it was very hot.

Estadia quase perfeita. Apartamento ótimo, espaçoso, muito bem equipado e decorado. Simpatia das funcionárias. A piscina no meio da cidade. Boa localização, a 10 minutos a pé do Bolhão e dos Aliados.

Difícil encontrar alguma coisa negativa. Único pormenor sem nenhuma importância... as almofadas são um pouco altas demais.

Very clean and cool amenities

Very, very happy with the Apartments. I am not sure how recently the property had been renovated, but everything has an immaculate and brand new feel to it. Throughout the complex everything is spotlessly clean and well laid out. The gym is excellent quality. The pool is beautiful. Equally importantly the staff are beyond helpful and friendly

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gezielt zum zweiten Mal gebucht. 2024 waren wir zufällig auf booking.com darauf gestoßen.

Es gibt - Stand jetzt - nichts zu beanstanden.

Wunderschönes Appartment, stylish und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool, die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Metrostation sind weitere Pluspunkte. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Rezeption ist bis spät abends offen, was wir nicht erwartet hatten (eigentlich wie ein Hotel). Bald eröffnen sie noch ein neues Café.

Das Frühstück, das man ins Zimmer bestellen kann, hätte reichhaltiger sein können.

Etwas störend waren die Bauarbeiten

Fräsch lägenhet med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Otroligt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående personal, som hjälpte till på ett innerligt sätt. Här vill vi bo igen.

אהבנו את המיקום, את הדירה המרווחת והמאובזרת, את הנקיון ואת השרות. בעיקר אהבנו את הצוות המדהים, שהיה זמין ואדיב מאוד. הרגשנו כמו בבית וזה היה נפלא!!!

Very well equiped apartment and very clean. The dry sauna and turkish bath were pretty good, also the gym is well equiped. The service was on top, thanks to the crew. The breakfast is quite complet and fresh, really good. Also, you have the possibility to book massages directly to your room, which was nice. I recommand.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée.

Seul petit bémol, la piscine était en travaux pendant notre séjour, mais à part ça tout était parfait !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil, leur disponibilité et les informations données. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine. De nombreux équipements comme salle de sport, sauna .. De plus l'appartement était très calme ce qui permet de passer d'excellentes nuits. Nous recommandons Villa Catarina et reviendront avec plaisir.

Des rangements, comme des tiroirs, pour les vêtements pliés seraient appréciables ainsi qu'un endroit pour suspendre les vêtements humides.

Great apartment in a central location 5 minutes from the metro station. Very friendly staff at the front desk with excellent recommendations for the places to visit in Porto as well as their favorite restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and as shown in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Apartment was clean and spacious, very quiet and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful , courteous and kind. Leisure facilities of the swimming pool, gym and sauna were great. We had a lovely holiday in Porto and our accommodation was key to our enjoyment. The new cafe that is planned next door will be an asset and our testing of the treats especially the banana bread and pastel de nata after an afternoon walking the hills of Porto went down a treat.

Little niggles as we did really like the apartment. In the one bedroom apartment there is no storage for underwear, socks etc. There are also no hooks to hang wet coats other than the coat hangers in the bedroom or in the bathroom hooks to dry towels so wouldn't need changing as often. Would also have liked 2 chairs on the balcony to sit and relax.

Everything as described. Photos correspond with the reality, the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean, the receptionists and housekeeping were very attentive and professional. Furthermore you can find cooking utensils, towels, and bathroom supplies. It was a very pleasant stay.

Everything perfect.

Great location, is a bit of a quieter area than downtown but there are some bars nearby you can hear but it didn't bother me and with the windows closed you couldn't hear. The pool was lovely, great gym and the apartments are equipped with everything you need. Parking facility was also excellent and enclosed. I didn't have the breakfast but saw my neighbours breakfast at the door one morning and it looked excellent - wish I'd ordered it.

The pool area is still being renovated but will be nice when finished. The pedal on the bike in the gym is broken, which was a shame as its the only cardio I can do right now with a foot injury, so I couldn't use it. The door was difficult to unlock at first and is not a standard door lock and turn, so if you're not used to them I would suggest you show people specifically how to use it. But overall this place is great!
