Gretel my host was so kind and helpful. She was quick to sort out any issues I had and gave very good recommendations. The view too! If I'm ever back in Seychelles, I'll book here again.

A big thank you to Gretel, who helped make the stay excellent, easy, and relaxing. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view. A major advantage of the apartments is their location slightly up the hill, away from the road. Gretel and Christy were always attentive and responsive.

Die Aussicht ist wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Der Aufstieg zu Fuss ist steil aber dir Lage sehr schön. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Shops, Strand und Bushaltestelle.

Apartamento simples, mas agradável, a localização é boa, mas o acesso é meio complicado, mas vários hotéis em Mahé são assim na montanha. O melhor do apartamento foi Gretel, ela foi super atenciosa e prestativa quando nós precisamos. Ela fez a diferença no apartamento( e ainda fez uma surpresa para meu aniversário!)

Acho que o preço por não ter café da manhã poderia ser mais barato, mas como disse, tudo em Mahé funciona assim.

Beautiful view in the upgraded room

I stayed at Northwest Bay Seaview Apartment for one week and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and all the essential household items. The bed was very comfortable, and the huge balcony offered an amazing view of the beach, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and other conveniences. It was the perfect base for exploring Mahé. A special thank you to Christy, who was an incredibly accommodating and helpful host. She arranged a driver for me, accepted my early check-in request, and even offered another room where I could rest and take a nap while my apartment was being prepared after my early arrival. Her kindness and hospitality made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Northwest Bay Seaview Apartment to anyone visiting Seychelles and would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la disponibilité de l'hôte pour nous satisfaire et les petits messages ou gestes sympathiques. La vue même si elle se mérite (belle montée et belle descente) est incroyable !.les couchers de soleil magnifiques

Nicht aufgeräumt/ war ein sack mit leeren bierdosen da ( was insekten lieben) hatten eine kakerlake drin und allgmeine zu viele Insekten und laufen nicht so nah wenn man noch eingekauft hat

Der Zugang zum Apartment ist zwar ziemlich steil, aber es zahlt sich aus, weil man eine atemberaubende Aussicht genießt in sehr gut ausgestatteten Räumlichkeiten. Nicht weit weg unten an der Hauptstraße gab es eine Busstation. Christy war für kurze Rückfragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Blick über die Bucht und die Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich! .

La montée pour arriver à l'hébergement et l'absence de personnel à notre arrivée (la chambre qu'on devait avoir était deja occupée et personne pour nous recevoir, comme nous n'avions pas de wifi nous avons dû activer notre réseau international pour pouvoir joindre l'hôte et donc des frais de téléphone à supporter) finalement nous avons pu avoir une autre chambre après une longue attente.

Host fantastica e disponibilissima. Ci ha aiutato tantissimo ed è stata fantastica con la nostra piccolina. Ci ha fornito qualsiasi tipo di informazione e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Distante 5 min a piedi dal centro, comodissimo la sera, c’è una bella salita ma ne vale la pena. Tramonti fantastici dal balcone.

Die Lage ist super, oberhalb von der Bucht Beau Vallon, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Bucht. Frühstück haben wir selber gemacht ( Self Catering Appartment) Das Appartment war groß und geräumig und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

Lekker balkon, voldoende mogelijkheden om zelf te koken. Alles was netjes schoon.

Die Lage des Appartements ist traumhaft, der Blick auf die Bucht und jeden Tag wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge... Das Appartement selbst ist nicht luxuriös, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsreich. Es gab keinerlei Probleme mit Kommunikation. Unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Dickes Lob!

Everything is perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great view. Very nice touch - sweets for coffee and complimentary water in the fridge. Host was very nice and responsive.

A bit too long way up. That's nobody's fault, just to explain why 9, not 10.

The view from the room is amazing. Room furnitures are new, bed is very comfortable, air conditioning is strong enough to keep the room cold. Location is very good , hotel is just next to Beau Vallon Beach, 5 minutes walking distance. Very steep slope to the hotel , rental car is recommended. Getting from beach to hotel by walk might be a very hard cardio session :) I rented a car from Okap Car Rentals. The landowner Greta and receptionist Christy very kind and welcoming , they did their best to feel comfortable.

Він зовсім НЕ на передній лінії, як зазначено на BOOKING.COM. Досить крутий підйом в спеку+сходи. З дітьми чи коляскою без автівки нереально. Додаткова неочікувана плата "за прибирання" яка Не зазначена у вартості номера, за одну ніч 20Є. Check out о 10.00 це дуже рано для тих хто приїхав на відпочинок, якраз саме спека. Я виїхала трохи пізніше, але в правилах написано 10.00.

Problèmes de pression d’eau et d’eau chaude signalés . Ils ont été réglés par Gretel qui s’est montrée très disponible. Je pense que le propriétaire pourrait être plus rigoureux sur les équipements de l’appartement, notamment la literie qui est dure comme de la pierre. Les chaises de l’îlot de cuisine sont trop hautes pour y manger , et sur la terrasse c’est une table trop basse pour les chaises qui y sont. Aussi, il fait plein jour au petit matin , un rideau occultant et un autre rideau pour assombrir la pièce côté cuisine devraient absolument être installés . Les coqs et les chiens aussi perturbent le sommeil, nous avons mal dormi les 4 nuits malheureusement . L’accès en voiture est très compliqué

Wonderful place. Close to town, shops and beach. The cottage is super, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is expensive but has a large selection. Very caring workers always help if needed. I recommend 100%.

Posizione fantastica la cosa più bella. Il terrazzo. Con una vista panoramica bellissima, il tramonto e dormire con il rumore del mare Christy molto disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta.....

Bisogna migliorare un po' gli esterni, basterebbe una riverniciata. All'interno abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia..... L'acqua scorreva pianissimo. Quasi impossibile farsi la doccia........ E spesso era fredda. Letto veramente durissimo basterebbe un topper.

я вибрала цю квартиру через її балкон , захоплюючий вид на захід сонця . Кухня має все необхідне, навіть з миючим засобом . Ліжко дуже зручне і велике . Кондиціонер працює . Персонал завжди допомагає і на зв'язку . далеко від дороги , оскільки треба йти вгору то чужих людей не бачила ,вночі тільки звуки природи .

Загалом нормально. До квартири треба підніматися 5 хвилин в гору , для мене це ще те випробування під сонцем . В душі напір води дуже низький , інколи води взагалі немає (думаю це проблема острову ,не знаю) малі гекони часто забігають в гості , 2 з них взагалі там живуть , інколи подають звук.

Der Ausblick nur!

Das Zimmer war voller Eidechsen. Als ich mich in der ersten Nacht beschwerte, weil die ganze Nacht eine Eidechse über meinem Kopf herumkroch, wurde mir ein neues Zimmer versprochen in dem sowas angeblich nicht vorkommen sollte!Tatsächlich bekam ich am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer, aber das Problem war noch schlimmer! Statt einer Eidechse „schlief“ ich nun mit zwei, davon mit einem sogar unter meinem Bett. Die Nacht habe ich auf dem Sessel verbracht. Nachdem mir der volle Zimmerpreis abgebucht wurde, meldete sich bis zu den letzten beiden Urlaubstagen niemand mehr bei mir! Nach der zweiten Horror-Nacht hat die Frau, die für die Unterkunft vor Ort zuständig ist gesagt: „Ich kann dir dabei helfen eine neu Unterkunft zu suchen wenn es dir bei uns nicht gefällt“! Frechheit! Anstatt sich um eine Lösung zu kümmern. Die Türen und Fenster sind überhaupt nicht dicht weshalb die Geckos reinkommen! Hättet ihr Fotos von der Unterkunft von dem Außenbereich hochgeladen, hätte ich die Unterkunft natürlich nicht gebucht! Also wenn ihr euren Urlaub mit Eidechsen im Zimmern verbringen wollt, dann könnt ihr euch das antun! Ich konnte mich überhaupt nicht entspannen oder erholen weil ich jeden Abend die im Zimmer gejagt habe! Als ich mich bei dem Besitzer der Unterkunft beschwert habe, kam nur „Ich arbeite nicht mehr mit NWBSA“, was auch nicht stimmte! Er lebt nur nicht vor Ort! Keiner wollte sich drum kümmern und haben die Situation als „normal auf der Insel“ gerechtfertigt! Ich habe mich überall informiert, auch bei den Nachbarn und anderen Touristen die wo anders in Hotels und Unterkünften waren. Keiner von den befragten Touristen hatten die Eidechsen im Zimmern gehabt! KEINER! Natürlich kann man die draußen sehen aber doch nicht im Zimmer wo man schlafen möchte! Ekelhaft! Mein Urlaub war ruiniert und ich konnte keine Nacht einschlafen. Erst morgens als die das Zimmer verlassen haben. Also ich habe die Unterkunft für die Eidechsen bezahlt und nicht für mich!

Uphill, key collection was perfect. My Host is a very nice and friendly person. I will want to stay in her apartment again and again.

The host was the nicest lady you could ever come across. She was super helpful and kind. The property has a stunning view over the bay and ocean and I spend hours and hours on my balcony just soaking it in and feeling all of life's stress just draining away.

The only minor improvement I would make to the unit I was in, is to either replace the hottub with a shower or install a bigger hot water tank and fosset to the bath. The current setup doesn't provide enough hot water or the speed of delivery to get the hottub filled.

The property is immersed in the nature, no cars noises. You can relax enjoying the wind and sea and birds

Wunderbare Gastgeber , welche ständig nachgefragt haben ,ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir etwas benötigen. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment über das Tal ist einfach umwerfend!!!

Können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht

Der extrem steile und lange Weg zum Appartement. Beschrieben waren 150 mtr., es waren mindestens 500 mtr. Das Haus war extrem runtergekommen. Die Matratze war eine Katastrophe, extrem hart. Geckos im Zimmer die haben die ganze Nacht gerufen. Die Hunde der Umgebung haben die ganze Nacht um die Wette gebellt. Die Küchenaustattung war sehr dürftig. 1 Pfanne, 1 Kochtopf. Darum haben wir uns ein anderes Appartement gesucht und haben die zusätzluchen Kosten in Kauf genommen. Booking.com hat sich trotz mehrmaligen Emails meinerseits leider nicht gemeldet, das ich sehr enttäuschend finde. Darum haben wir auch keine Chance noch etwas Geld zurückzubekommen. Das habe ich von einem weltweit agierenden Unternehmen wie Booking.com nicht erwartet.

The room wasnt in the same state as the pictures and several parts of the apartment have degraded over time or are damaged e.g. bathroom ceiling cracked. The windows also don't shut properly and as a result all kinds of fauna fly in or walk in during the night. E.g. lizards wake you up in the night with their loud call in the room which startles you Regarding the location there is quite an uphill walk but the host seems to be aware of that she assists with transport. However other taxi drivers have difficulty finding it

The host was incredibly helpful. I arrived late because of flight delays but her phone was still on to guide me. She also allowed me to stay extra hours during checkout with no extra payments. I would recommend 10/10

There was nothing not to like.

The host went out of her way to pick me from a nearby spot as my Taxi couldnt locate the place.She was very nice and made sure i settled in well.

Die Lage und Aussicht (Ap.Nr.4) oberhalb des sehr schönen Strandes war toll.

Nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Magere Ausstattung, alles ein bisschen abgwohnt und selber gemacht. Die Bilder auf Booking sind wohl schon einige Jahre alt und entsprechen nicht wirklich der aktuellen Realität.

Als laatste overnachting op Mahé voordat we weer naar huis gingen hebben we deze locatie gekozen vanwege het mooie uitzicht over de baai en omdat dit het meer toeristische gedeelte van Mahé is. Je zit op loop afstand van het strand waar voldoende restaurants en takeaway te vinden is. We mochten na de overnachting het appartement de hele dag nog gebruiken voordat we naar de luchthaven gingen. Super bedankt Christy!

We kregen allebei last van de rug in het bed dus dat zou een puntje van verbetering kunnen zijn.

Der Herd funktioniert nicht. Bei einem Selfservice Apartment nicht tragbar. Die Gastgeber sind nicht weiter auf dieses Problem eingegangen, nachdem wir davon erzählt haben.

Super nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Apartment gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Toller Strand quasi vor der Haustür. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants ebenfalls vor der Haustür. Steuerung der Beleuchtung leider nur zentral über einen Raum, aber nicht tragisch.

The water pressure in the shower and hand was sink was low. The toilet wouldn’t flush as the water tank took hours to refill so we had to improvise and refill the tank manually. The windows made a lot of noise when it was windy as there was no rubber holding the glass in place. The floors were not clean. The couch was squashed in the middle so after sitting for 5 minutes you start experiencing back aches. The sheets were worn out and the pillows were uncomfortable. The AC was very loud and felt like you’re in an industrial plant. No cleaning services provided from the property during the stay so we had to do it ourselves and take out the trash too.

Wszystko! Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt. Pokój był niesamowity. Lokalizacja rownież super. Blisko do plaży i restauracji. Bardzo pomocna Christy na miejscu.

The view

The photos has so much edit, property needs some renovation. We could not sleep because of the noise that windows makes. They can not actually be closed. They just slide. A lot of rust in the kitchen. Mess. Adress is not accurate. Owner gave us a contact number and that lady send us a wrong adress. It is presented as a beach front in description but it is on a hill way to far from the beach

The views were great!

Having an extremely difficult time finding the property. It took the taxi driver almost an hour once in beau vallon. Everyone she ask didn’t know where the property was located. After a very long two days of nonstop travel we were tired and the difficulty finding the property was a bit overwhelming.

Really great value! The balcony in our room (room n.4) was outstanding, the kitchen is fully equipped and the room is very spacious.

The only thing to improve is that the curtains are pretty thin so in the morning it’s very bright - in case you’re used to sleep in the dark bring an eye mask

Love the room Outside area could be better eg the reception, the path needs better light. The road leading to the property is a bit steep and path is a bit hidden but the view is well worth it. The staff Ibty is super kind, super helpful and very very friendly

The bed was absolutely terrible. Like sleeping on wooden floorboards. I left this property early due to the severe discomfort. I had almost no sleep due to the bed and exremely noisy airconditioning. I informed the owner and they chose to ignore me completely. This property should be removed from this platform and all others. It was clean and had a lovely view. But seriously needs a pillowtop. The lack of response from the owner tells me this isnt the first time this has happened.

Good location

When we arrived, apparently, another couple had taken our assigned room. The doors were wide open, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The air conditioning seemed to work but did not cool the room, so we were sweating the whole night. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room throughout the night. The facilities are a bit old, and there was a strange sound coming from the light under the mirror in the toilet.

The property was in a great location on the island , near beau vallon beach ! Small hill to walk but it’s nice to get some exercise on a vacation IBTI the care taker of the property was exceptional ! She helped us in many ways by providing us information of the island , taxis , ect! Our luggage was lost during our travel and we had 3 days with no luggage …IBTI provided my girlfriend with dresses to wear and bathroom products!! She was very grateful and happy

Nothing Everything was good

Views were really nice and the location was close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment’s Wi-Fi worked well. The environment was beautiful so it doesn’t really matter what kind of apartment you book here, it still got nice views. The washing machine as well as other devices were relatively modern, you just need to bring your own laundry detergent if you want to do the laundry.

Some of the kitchenware were quite old and worn-out (for example coffee mugs) and the bed mattress was extremely hard, so it wasn’t too nice to sleep on, even for a person who is used to firm mattresses. The room included a safe but it didn’t work as apparently someone had programmed their own code in it and it was impossible to change, even according to the manual of the safe box. These may be minor issues, and the price of the stay was quite cheap so I think it was still in line with its price.

Great location super close to the beach and restaurants, dive shops etc, nice interior and amazing view, but the absolute best bit was the host (Ibti)! She was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to help us organise our onward travel. Highly recommended.
