Chique&blissful Kolonaki Athens

Det var stort och rymligt för 2 personer. Bra kök där man kunde laga enklare maträtter. Det var rent och fint när vi kom, men vi var där i 2 veckor och de kom och städade en gång på onsdagen vår sista vecka. Hade kanske önskat att de kommit och städat lite tidigare.

Det luktade mycket avlopp. Vi fick ha öppna fönster och vädra varje dag. Dessutom var det ganska fuktigt i lägenhet.

The location was superb, a super nice neighborhood with lots of food choices and very quiet. Apartment was spacious enough for 3 people. Hosts were quick to answer questions.

I have never seen black coloured pillow cases in many years in staying in AirBandb . I would suggest white or light coloured pillow cases. There was a bad smell for 1 day -assuming it was coming from somewhere in bathroom but could not figured out. It was gone after a few hours.

Μας αρεσε που νιώσαμε ασφάλεια

Δεν μας άρεσε το σπίτι μέσα ήταν πολύ σκοτεινό σε αντίθεση με τις φωτογραφίες μέσα ήταν μεγάλο αλλά πολλά σημεία του ήταν παλιά κ φθαρμένα το μπάνιο ενώ ήταν καθαρό δεν του φαινόταν γιατί είναι παλιό επίσης σκοτεινό δεν έχει καλό φως ,τα μαξιλάρια στο κρεββάτι ήταν απαράδεκτα τύπου ότι πιο φθηνό κ πρόχειρο σε αντίθεση όλα αυτά με την τιμή του . Δεν νιώσαμε άνετα σχετικά με την φιλοξενία και την ζεστασιά του σπιτιού γιατί δεν υπήρχε νιώσαμε ασφάλεια σχετικά με την περιοχή τίποτα παραπάνω .

La ubicación es estupenda, una zona residencial muy tranquila y segura para salir y regresar en la moche, casi en pleno centro, y con accesos al metro muy cercanos. A pocos metros hay farmacia, pequeños supermercados y algunos restaurantes de distintas categorías pero muy buenos y fuera del circuito mas turistico y abarrotado. El apartamento tiene exactamente la apariencia que se ve en las fotos, no defrauda, resulta cómodo y muy práctico. La cama es grande con un colchón muy confortable, el baño muy bien aunque no le vendría mal un poco más de luz. El propietario fue muy amable en todo momento dando todo tipo de facilidades e indicaciones. Sin duda recomendaría la estancia en este apartamento.

Algunos pequeños detalles como por ejemplo tener paños de cocina para secar las manos, una lampara de pie o similar en el salón que daría un poco más de calidez ya que la vivienda es algo oscura y una mampara en sustitución de la cortina de baño, mejorarían aún más la estancia. Y tener en cuenta, antes de la llegada de los viajeros eliminar los mosquitos del interior de la vivienda (tiene mosquiteras) una vez que los antimosquitos eléctricos hicieron su efecto el resto de días no fueron un problema

Buena ubicación, apartamento muy grande. Aunque es una planta baja, la puerta es de seguridad y está en un barrio muy bueno. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar los días que necesites.

Al ser una planta baja hay un poco de humedad y había bastantes moscas y mosquitos.

Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, ησυχία και καθαρό το σπίτι. Πολύ καλό το στρώμα του κρεβατιού.

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε και πιστεύω ότι χαλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα, είναι η άσχημη μυρωδιά που βγαίνει από την αποχέτευση του νεροχύτη στην κουζίνα. Αυτό πρέπει να διορθωθεί.

1. Dode rat op de grond van ventilatieruimte midden in de badkamer. In de niches voor cv-ketel, doe rampje naast wasbak open en zie foto waar hij is! Hij is nog niet opgeruimd door de host! Beste host, graag aangeven wanneer de rat opgeruimd is. 2. Vaatwasser werkte niet (ging niet aan). 3. Wasmachine doet het alleen als je zijn afvoerleiding in de emmer doet en zelf volle emmers steeds in de wc leegt, omdat afvoer is verstopt. Zie foto 4. Slaapbank is geen slaapbank maar gewone bank in de woonkamer waar 1 kleine volwassene kan slapen op lang gedeelte. 5. Gedrag van de eigenaar. Voor simpele vragen reageren ze binnen enkele uren. Vraag je om te komen vaatwasser aan te zetten of rat weg te halen, beloven ze iets en komen hun beloftes niet na. Pas toen ik Booking had ingeschakeld, ging de manager stappen zetten. Zoals vaatwasser repareren halvedag voor ons vertrek (toen hadden we hem niet meer nodig). Maar niet de rat opruimen (die kon ze niet vinden! Er is van haar geen rat in het appartement).

L aria condizionata in camera da letto, faceva fuoriuscire cattivi odori davvero fastidiosi e non funzionava benissimo per cui siamo stati costretti a tenerlo acceso prima di andare a cena. Il vicino di casa fastidioso ed inopportuno. Ci aspettava per dirci cosa fare ... se accendere o meno l aria condizionata forse per via del rumore . o forse era il proprietario stesso?nn lo abbiamo capito

Lovely location, spacious, all mod cons, able to drop bags off before check-in time.

I thought there listing mentioned that there would be a pull-out couch in the bedroom, in addition the bed, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room. This was not the case, although we made it work.

We left the apartment approximately half an hour after arriving and returned the keys to the lockbox. We were left with no choice but to book alternative accommodation in Kolonaki for the night. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was far below expectations. The smell was unbearable, and the so-called "sofa bed" is not a bed at all—just a long armchair that’s entirely unsuitable for sleeping. I’m honestly not sure how I missed this in the reviews, but this is definitely something future guests should be made clearly aware of. We’re extremely disappointed. Not only was the stay impossible, but we effectively paid twice for accommodation that night because it wasn’t made clear that the apartment is not truly suitable for three people.

The location is great, and Mpesi has been very helpful! The flat is very spacious as well.

The apartment has a certain smell due to probably being on the ground floor and the sewage. It gets better when aired.

It is a nice place with a good location in Kolonaki A big place with alot of things you need in the daily basis in it

The contact with the owners wasn’t very well Since I asked for a set of towels and they answered a bit late and when they wanted to provide the towels a day after i requested they told me it is on a 15€ price (Which comparing to a 4 day stay is not so cool)

I was surprised to realize that the apartment is actually a semi-basement. I wouldn’t say I felt unsafe, especially since the neighborhood is good, but I would certainly feel more comfortable on a higher floor. It would have been much appreciated if this had been mentioned in the listing. I now see that other visitors noted it in their reviews, but I hadn’t checked them thoroughly beforehand.

Staff provided very clear info and responded quickly to my questions. The flat was very nice and with all modern facilities. Good location close to public transport and restaurants.

The location is incredibly close to the Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations. You can easily reach here on foot as well. The house is designed for a comfortable stay, with every little detail you might need considered (there's air conditioning both in the bedroom and the living room, appliances like the refrigerator and stove are new and spacious). It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly whenever you need anything.

The entrance is a bit complex:) We supposed that the lockbox is digital so we cannot find the lockbox easily at the first time.

Quiet and safe street, tube station nearby, various cafes and restaurants, stores within 5 minutes walk. Good beds and clean linen.

It can get dark considering that it is located on the lower ground floor.

The apartment is spacious, keeps cool in the scorching summer heat, it's in a really great location, has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay including a washing machine. The bed is very comfortable and the space is open and relaxing.

The shower area can get a bit messy. The shower curtain doesn't quite reach both sides of it and it's easy to splash water outside of it.

The location was quiet and very clean in a wonderful neighbourhood. The design of the house was also nice.

The sofa that was meant for me to sleep on wasn’t that comfortable. I was with my older parents and there were some steps to get to the flat (on a lower-street level, which I didn’t know before) and inside the flat too.

It was cozy and very clean

There was no microwave and or toaster . Which is something I use regularly .
